tmamuda: On 14th Aug, I make a transfer using share n sell d money was deducted n has not bin credited to the other line d amount was 65. From07064****** to 08130******. On 17th Aug, d same thing amount 60. Call customer care they said is due to system up grade but dey ll a refund up to now. Now they said they dnt have record of dat trasaction. WCUB3: Pls help BBM for Android not connecting on mobile network. It only connects via wifi, am on night plan, network is good, browsing ans other apps workingfine. I kkeep getting the error message in the screen shot belowPlease do the following on your phone: Go to SETTINGS>MORE SETTINGS>MOBILE NETWORKS>ACCESS POINT NAMES Select MTN GPRS or MTN ACCESS (whichever you see), select PROXY and remove the values there and select OK. Go to PORT and do the same thing. So your PROXY and PORT will change to NOT SET. Next press the menu button on the left of your phone and select SAVE Restart your phone afterwards and launch your BBM, you should get a positive response. |
