Pls kindly help me with recharge issue i had using the GTB top up. 2000 naira was deducted from my gtb account after dialling it twice with MTN telling me the transaction failed and i should try again. I called your customer care and they informed me to lodge the complaint with my bank but the truth is the money has already been credited to MTN account. How can MTN not load me my credit?
