My BBC plan stopped working except for the bbm over 2 weeks ago even though I am still within fair usage according to status report from 21600, so today I dump my mtn sim into a smaller phone and around 5pm I received a sms from mtn saying I have free 1gb data but after checking *559*4# I am yet to get the free 1gb data. sorry for another disturbance but MTn deducted my 100 naira today. I recharged 100 naira again today and I was given free 20mb. my data was remaining 6mb while they deducted my 100 naira. I don't know what I did to these people.nowadays they have been deducting my money whenever I recharge. I will like u to look into this. my line is 09034710868.

pls, I recharged 200 naira yesterday around 8:00 am, I made a call and my balance was 166 naira. later in the evening I discovered that mtn has taken my 100 naira, leaving me with only 66 naira. For about a week now, I have found it extremely difficult to check my mtn night bundle data balance inspite of having made up to 30 attempts. please my BBC has stopped going for the past 3 days and the few times it goes, it moves at a ridiculously slow pace. I'm talking 2k/s slow. Are you throtling my data? I've checked Status repeatedly and apparently I'm still in fair usage. And no, its not my location cos when I switch to normal wap service, it goes perfectly well.
