I tried to subscribe for the mtn goody bag by texting G750 to 131 but I didn't get any reply so I decided to call customer care and the lady did it but I was surprised that I saw #1200 and #750 in my bonus account instead of having 150mins and 200 sms. I called again to ask what happened and another guy told me that it has been activated that I should use it so I decided to make a call and the call was charge from the bonus account at 40k per second and Sms at #5, from my calculations the minutes cannot be up to 150 and I can't get 200sms if it continued like that.
I want to know how I got bonus instead of minutes and Sms. If possible you can help me revert to minutes and sms or refund my hard earned money

That of yesterday was when i recharged my phone, i got megabytes but after browsing for some time, i checked my account balance only to discover that i was charged for browsing and my megabytes was also taken.
