During dis period of lent, d church has being encouraging us 2 fast, pray nd give arms. Nw wen u fast, it is nt all abt abstienting 4rm fud til nyt. It also means abstientin 4rm wateva we do regularly dat gives us pleasuse. One tin most pple derive pleasure 4rm is eating meat. So abtsiening 4rm meat on fridays during lent especially good friday is anoda form of fasting. It is observe by all xtians nt catholic alone.
