This guy is not the APC chairman of Ondo state just one of the numerous guys claiming to be chairman. His opinion is weightless.

Deputy Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon Irioju Ogundeji and alongside another member of the House, Hon Adewale Williams have been suspended by the leadership of the assembly.

Both lawmakers were among the nine lawmakers that kicked against impeachment move against Deputy Governor of the state, Hon Agboola Ajayi.

They were suspended for alleged unruly behaviour.

After days in self-isolation after he was infected, the Ondo State Governor, Mr Rotimi Akeredolu, has tested negative for COVID-19.

Governor Akeredolu in a weekly press briefing on Monday confirmed the development.

He said the doctors confirmed his negative status after running the test twice.

The construction of the university was flagged-off by The former Governor of Ondo State, Dr Olusegun Agagu on Friday 31st October, 2008. Unfortunately, the change of Government in Ondo State in February 2009 brought a halt to the on-going construction of various projects at the site based on directives from the then new Government led by Dr Olusegun Mimiko. If you want to blame anyone, blame Mimiko for the state of the Uni until Aketi renovated it unless you are playing politics with the issue.

Doyin and his wife were discharged yesterday (12th May) after testing negative from isolation center. They tested positive on 23rd April.

If you look at the chinese info on worldometer (if you look at daily trends), you will see that they recorded some new infections earlier this week and decided to temporary stop foreigners from coming in.
