Even, after selling the land to you and you pay in full, they will approach you and demand money for foundation, flooring, roofing, painting, etc. After some years and you wish to renovate, they will still come and demand another money for renovating the land you bought from them years ago. Very soon, you will be hearing complaints like Igbos have bought all my farm products. [He sold all to them at his selling prices and they buy and pay in full]. After sales, he goes through his invoice to realize that no single Yoruba name was there, he will raise the alarm that Yorubas were bullied out of buying it because they cannot afford it.

More so, you will hear something like - all the students in this institution are Igbos. [The school is owned by a Yoruba man and built-in Yoruba land to improve the education of Yorubas]. But Igbos has taken over because the Yorubas cannot afford it and the owner loves money so much. Etc. [Can you imagine]

In my life, I thought that the Birthday celebration is a once in a lifetime event. Just to mark a year anniversary on earth (1yr old). Till I came to Lagos to hear that grown kids or adults still celebrate Birthdays., Wedding anniversaries in gigantic ways and sometimes every year.

For instance, your landlord will approach you and request for advance payment of house rent to enable him to fund his 60th Birthday or Wedding anniversary when your current rent tenure is not yet due. Owing to desperation, he can offer you a 30% or 40% discount. Trust an Igbo man that rarely misses an opportunity, he will embrace the offer, pay and collect the receipt. Thereafter, you will label him a bad person. The question is, must you celebrate? When you spend on frivolities, you will hardly pay attention to Essentials. Igbos don't spend frivolously. They use the same fortunes you spent on partying and celebration to acquire properties and investments. Yorubas can spend a fortune celebrating the death anniversary of parents and grandparents but will rarely renovate or give an inherited property from the same parents a face-lift. Imagine selling an inherited property of your dead parents to fund their memorial anniversary. Who does that?

I need advice or guidance on how to recover a monetary transfer made to the wrong account.

Owing to the cash crunch we experience earlier in the year, many people recourse to POS merchant operators as an alternative.

The issue got messier when it becomes difficult to make financial transactions with Bank Apps. Many of us take to Fintech Apps to salvage the situation.

I mistakenly transfer money to the wrong Palmpay POS Agent account on two different occasions (March 29th and 21st of April) but have yet to get my money back after calling both Palmpay and Opay customer care and following the directives they gave me.

The POS operator is in a fixed location (she stays in a shop) in the Ogun state where I work. On the first occasion, I went to transfer some money via my Opay App in exchange for Cash as usual with charges being paid. Having been running a series of transactions with the App, I ask her to call her account number because it will take me a while to extract it from my transaction history while I input the figures into my phone. I input 9550476175 (Real Acc. No.) Palmpay gave me the usual beneficiary's name, Glory Mount Bush (Not Her Real Name. I don't want to make someone's name public) so, I completed the transaction successfully. After waiting for almost an hour for the money to be credited to her Palmpay account but to no avail, I left because it was in the evening. The next day, I came back to know the status of the transaction, and she told me that she hasn't been credited. She showed me her transaction history. I resolved that either it reversed or they credit to her account and continue doing financial transactions with her whenever I pass through her shop while we await the fate of the transaction. On 21st April I went there for my usual financial transaction as we were discussing the disputed transaction, I opened my Opay App once again to show her the details and status of the transaction. So, I extracted the account information and launched another transaction successfully. Behold, it failed to be credited again after a long time. It was when we became so inquisitive to know the cause that we noticed the slight difference in the account numbers. The authentic account number is 9550041675 (Real Acc. No.) Palmpay. But to our chagrin, the names are perfectly the same Glory Mount Bush (Once again, not her real name) in the same arrangements.

The POS Agent was very surprised how come someone else will bear exactly her three names and in the same arrangement with nearly similar account numbers (9550476175 and 9550041675) and the same Palmpay. We called Palmpay and explain what happened. They acknowledged that though the names are the same but belong to different personalities because they have their Biodata. I was advised to complain to Opay through which the process of refund will be initiated. I called Opay and explain everything to them. They said the process will take about 4 working days. After 3 weeks, I called Opay again and they told me that the owner of the account has not authorized them to recall the money from her account.

Please experts in the house, is there no other way to have that money returned or I should wait endlessly for the owner to authorize it?

It still beats my imagination how such a mistake was made and it coincides perfectly with people that bear the same names in the same arrangements.

NB: Palmpay refused to give me access to the oowner'sphone number. I understand that Agents are assigned special account numbers instead of usual phone numbers knocking off the first zero digit.

Mr man, pain is real for you at least for the next four years, let me tell you something good about Buhari government, for those that lost their jobs and think of what to do to survive they are doing well for themselves now, because we discovered our talents. Either Tinubu or not we earn in foreign currency unperturbed by inflation or exchange rate....but I will never support a deceiver who sees election as a religious War.

Tinubu is the anointed one and I don't need anything from him rather I will continue to pray for him to succeed and have a long life.

Please, align with your kinsmen and tribe to dominate the market and economic space and render their products, imports, and services inconsequential.

NIGERIA, INEC, AND YAKUBU

Conversely, the world is made of Black and White people. The continent of Africa is famously known as a Black continent. Nigeria is a country situated almost at the center of Africa. It is the most populous Black nation in the world. This literary mean that the average Blackman has his root in Nigeria. Nigeria is more like a Pride of Black nations or the Black race. Nigeria is the symbol of the Black nation. Every Blackman looks up to Nigeria as the emancipation or rallying point of the Black race.

I was taught in Primary school that the future of the Black race lies in one country, Nigeria. Meaning that when Nigeria sneezes, the whole Black race shakes. When Nigeria is on the Right Trajectory, the whole Black race is in progress. But whenever Nigeria slips, the Black race slips.

This just-concluded 2023 general election has once again projected the image of Nigeria and by extension the Black race to the world. Mr. Mahmoud Yakubu [my conscience cannot allow me to ascribe 'Professor’ to him again] told the whole world at Chatham House, London of his Guidelines, Regulations, and Acts for the conduct of the election by INEC headed by him. He re-emphasized his readiness to give Nigeria and the world the freest and fairest of elections. Enough resources and time were given to him.

The election has come and gone. According to Mr. Yakubu, the outcome has emerged.

My Questions Are:

1. Is this all we can offer to the world at this era?
2. As a Nigerian and Blackman, can you proudly tell the world that this general election was the best a Black race can offer?
3. Is Nigeria moving forward or backward?
4. What hope of faith do you still have on Nigeria as the Symbol of Black race?
5. What does your conscience tell you about the election?
6. Do you still have trust in Nigeria, INEC, and Yakubu?
7. Above all, was the Black race truly cursed or Nigeria is the cause?

All eyes are on the Supreme court to give a final definition of Nigeria to the world.

This is a case of using elephants as prey to set a trap. I wonder the animal it will attract. INEC has bitten more than it can chew. BVAS, Irev, the masses, etc. have put INEC in Dilemma.

Dear INEC, it is obvious that you have lost credibility and value, please save the leftover image of our Country, Nigeria on the global map.

1. He always asks people to go and verify his claim.
2. Peter Obi is well informed of Nigeria's configuration. He knows the size, data, economic activities, and viability of every state in Nigeria.
3. He is well knowledgeable about global politics. With him, Nigeria will not be relegated among the league of nations.
4. Labor party’s presidential candidate is someone Nigerians will never lose sleep when call upon to make a speech in United Nations Assembly and its likes.
5. He has no scandal associated with him both within and outside Nigeria.
6. Peter Obi is not wasteful. Very conservative.
7. He has a verifiable background, a verifiable source of wealth, and a verifiable academic record.
8. Labor Party candidate has been a known wealth creator. His promise of taking Nigeria from consumption to production is real.
9. Peter Obi will nip corruption in the bud. A leader that is transparent, accountable, and has no greed for personal gain will block all loopholes of corruption.
10. He is the only candidate who, despite no affiliation with the government in power has been openly challenging Nigerians to go and investigate him and his days in public office in all ramifications, if ever found wanting by any means, he will give up his aspiration.

Can your candidate make the same statement?

The tribal card is being played by a serving minister that is supposed to be a Nationalist.

President Muhammadu Buhari is on a Salvage mission.

BAT openly criticized him for being a Failure. Honestly, I applaud BAT's courage to speak out the truth. It is now dawn on Buhari that even his party's presidential candidate also acknowledged that he failed.

It is barely three months for Buhari to round off his successive tenure, having reviewed his scorecard of almost 8 years of presidency, he realized that the only legacy left for him is to rewrite history in the 2023 election. During this injury time, Buhari does not want to fail anymore. He is doing everything possible within him to ensure a level playing ground for all candidates and deliver a transparent, free, and fair election to Nigeria. Buhari wants to succeed in this last straw.

Buhari want to distinguish himself in this last and final exam. He is aiming to score 'A'.
