NIGERIA, INEC, AND YAKUBU Conversely, the world is made of Black and White people. The continent of Africa is famously known as a Black continent. Nigeria is a country situated almost at the center of Africa. It is the most populous Black nation in the world. This literary mean that the average Blackman has his root in Nigeria. Nigeria is more like a Pride of Black nations or the Black race. Nigeria is the symbol of the Black nation. Every Blackman looks up to Nigeria as the emancipation or rallying point of the Black race. I was taught in Primary school that the future of the Black race lies in one country, Nigeria. Meaning that when Nigeria sneezes, the whole Black race shakes. When Nigeria is on the Right Trajectory, the whole Black race is in progress. But whenever Nigeria slips, the Black race slips. This just-concluded 2023 general election has once again projected the image of Nigeria and by extension the Black race to the world. Mr. Mahmoud Yakubu [my conscience cannot allow me to ascribe 'Professor’ to him again] told the whole world at Chatham House, London of his Guidelines, Regulations, and Acts for the conduct of the election by INEC headed by him. He re-emphasized his readiness to give Nigeria and the world the freest and fairest of elections. Enough resources and time were given to him. The election has come and gone. According to Mr. Yakubu, the outcome has emerged. My Questions Are: 1. Is this all we can offer to the world at this era? 2. As a Nigerian and Blackman, can you proudly tell the world that this general election was the best a Black race can offer? 3. Is Nigeria moving forward or backward? 4. What hope of faith do you still have on Nigeria as the Symbol of Black race? 5. What does your conscience tell you about the election? 6. Do you still have trust in Nigeria, INEC, and Yakubu? 7. Above all, was the Black race truly cursed or Nigeria is the cause? All eyes are on the Supreme court to give a final definition of Nigeria to the world. |
When a leader emerged through dubious, fraudulent, or criminal processes, how can he be able to wage a committed or sincere fight against fraud, corruption, or criminality? |
This is a case of using elephants as prey to set a trap. I wonder the animal it will attract. INEC has bitten more than it can chew. BVAS, Irev, the masses, etc. have put INEC in Dilemma. Dear INEC, it is obvious that you have lost credibility and value, please save the leftover image of our Country, Nigeria on the global map. The world is watching. INEC is grossly devaluing the image of our nation. As a citizen, do we still have any value in the global rating? |
Wike the biggest loser is still crying. He lost the Presidential primary and lost the V-Presidential slot, and his surrogates will still lose at State level. |
Check the history of South Eastern votes. Even the sitting president, PMB admitted that they only gave him 3 or 5 percent. South Easterners don't support Mediocrity. |
TEN REASONS WHY NIGERIANS ARE ROOTING FOR MR PETER OBI 1. He always asks people to go and verify his claim. 2. Peter Obi is well informed of Nigeria's configuration. He knows the size, data, economic activities, and viability of every state in Nigeria. 3. He is well knowledgeable about global politics. With him, Nigeria will not be relegated among the league of nations. 4. Labor party’s presidential candidate is someone Nigerians will never lose sleep when call upon to make a speech in United Nations Assembly and its likes. 5. He has no scandal associated with him both within and outside Nigeria. 6. Peter Obi is not wasteful. Very conservative. 7. He has a verifiable background, a verifiable source of wealth, and a verifiable academic record. 8. Labor Party candidate has been a known wealth creator. His promise of taking Nigeria from consumption to production is real. 9. Peter Obi will nip corruption in the bud. A leader that is transparent, accountable, and has no greed for personal gain will block all loopholes of corruption. 10. He is the only candidate who, despite no affiliation with the government in power has been openly challenging Nigerians to go and investigate him and his days in public office in all ramifications, if ever found wanting by any means, he will give up his aspiration. Can your candidate make the same statement? |
The tribal card is being played by a serving minister that is supposed to be a Nationalist. I weep for my country. |
Carefully assess this picture of events in 1993 and ponder if BAT was 40yrs then. Use your present age to make the assessment base on looks and appearances. [Please keep your verdict to your heart]

kay1one:His Excellency, Akiwunmi Ambode. He is Obidient and will join the Labour party after the election. That man is intelligent. He is not wasteful. |
flokii:Yes o! I totally agree with you and supported the notion so that my brothers in the Southeast will come out en masse and vote for OBIDATTI. No obstruction of any kind. People will go about freely and vote. The vote of Southeasterners must count. 98% Votes for OBIDATTI. |
May the will of GOD be prevailed! |
President Muhammadu Buhari is on a Salvage mission. BAT openly criticized him for being a Failure. Honestly, I applaud BAT's courage to speak out the truth. It is now dawn on Buhari that even his party's presidential candidate also acknowledged that he failed. It is barely three months for Buhari to round off his successive tenure, having reviewed his scorecard of almost 8 years of presidency, he realized that the only legacy left for him is to rewrite history in the 2023 election. During this injury time, Buhari does not want to fail anymore. He is doing everything possible within him to ensure a level playing ground for all candidates and deliver a transparent, free, and fair election to Nigeria. Buhari wants to succeed in this last straw. Buhari want to distinguish himself in this last and final exam. He is aiming to score 'A'. |

BATified2023:All these tantrums to His Excellency, Mr. Peter Obi. When your enemies are up to bring you down, they can accuse you of using a basket to fry their drinking water. February 25th, 2023 is around the corner. |
Ireportlive:Wonderful observation! I advise you to post the list of OBIDATTI PCC members as an evidence to your accusation for us to VERIFY. In today's Nigeria, 'Go and Verify' or 'Show us the Veracity of your Allegation' is now our new slogan Our eyes are clearer now. |

ecolime:This is deep and insightful! Words of Raggea maestro, Bob Marley just come to mind. In everything, never forget or deny your root. |
2mch:Now I understand your worry. She is not Yoruba. Then, let the Apapa constituency vote her out. A situation like this shouldn't bother you. You made it appear as conceding defeat before the contest. |
2mch:Barrack Obama is an African (Kenya) yet, he became US president. If I were you, migrate to Anambra and pick any political party's ticket to contest for the office of your choice in 2027. Let the masses decide. INEC or Nigeria's constitution did not kick against that. To awaken your mind, a Hausa man has won the premiership of the Eastern region in the past. Igbos voted massively for him. My dear, in this era everyone is clamoring for good governance and good leaders you are still raising eyebrows on ethnicity. Please, my dear, on the 25th of February, vote for the candidate of your choice and allow others to test their popularity. |
tamdun:James Faleke lost Governorship/Deputy governorship election in Kogi state (Nothern Nigeria) and came to Lagos to pick Ikeja Federal Constituency. This has been a standard practice in Lagos set by... Why raising an eyebrow now? Can you tell me the difference? |
I'm in. Together we roll the drum. A new Nigeria is POssible! #OBIDATTI |
The Jagaban! The Emilokan! One of the greatest politicians from Southwest championing the Emergence of Mr. Peter Obi as the next president. When I told you that BAT is campaigning for OBIDATI, you thought we are joking. How best do you still expect Jagaban to convey the message that PDP and APC have failed Nigeria? @BAT, remain blessed for making our (Obidient) campaign easier. #PeterObi for President! |
Wike is obsessed with little power and wealth at his disposal. He thought that he has arrived politically not knowing that aside from Rivers' resources, brain, good relationship with people, and forming mutual allies are needed in politics. Wike trustee so much on the resources of the state at his disposal believing that money can buy him an Aso Rock villa. Even before the PDP primary, Wike was so arrogant to every party member he perceived as a threat or against his ambition. He plotted his way to achieve his ambition. He made sure that Secondus did not return and facilitated the emergence of Ayu to pave way for the Southern presidential ticket. Just like a game of football, the smarter team always wins. Atiku outsmarted him. My question remains -: When did Wike notice that Atiku and Ayu came from the North? After the primary when they were scheming for his emergence as VP, he did not notice that the presidential candidate and party Chairman are from the North. The very moment Atiku settled for Okowa and rejected him, Wike's eyes becomes open. Is Wike fighting a just course or his interest? If not for Obi, I would have solidly queued behind Atiku, prayed, and worked for his emergence without Wike and the so-called G5. My concern is on Makinde that is yet to realize that he is gunning for a second term, yet he is flocking with final term governors in the name of G5. I wonder how he will perfectly execute a parallel campaign devoid of his party presidential train and achieve his second-term ambition successfully. Let him not shoot himself in the foot. |
Jennyclay:What an awesome analysis! Keep the fire burning. |
Mr Peter Gregory Onwubuasi Obi is more like Coca cola. It market itself. |
backnbeta:Guilty conscience! Who cursed you? |
backnbeta:Inarguably, Mr. Peter Obi is a force to reckon with. It is not by Party, Affiliation, Influence, or Power but by Antecedent, Reputation, Transparency, and Trust. It is not easy to build a massive political cult on nothing within a few months. In today's political arithmetic, the fear of the Labor Party is the beginning of wisdom. Labor Party has no State/Federal executive structure. The Nigerian masses are their structures. They have proven and still proving it. I give it to them. Finally, if you can genuinely convince your 5year old son with 5 strong reasons why the APC-led federal government should remain in power, I will pronounce GOD's blessings that your generation will be run and managed the way/manner APC managed Nigeria. |
