Marriage is an institution ordained by GOD. 'He that found a wife; found a good thing'. For the guy to propose in a church goes a long way to justify his good intention.
Assuming the guy seized same side attraction to announce cash donation of N5million instead of marriage proposal, will the pastor stop him on same reason that he is not aware and need to be informed first?

My question is 'IF YOUR NIGHT TURNS TO DAY, WILL YOUR PARTNER STAND BY YOU?' Peradventure you lose your job years after marrying such a character, what will be your fate? You can manage everything in your life but marriage. Do not think of managing your marital life especially when you have clearly seen the signs ahead. Otherwise, you continue shooting your foot. Love is all about making sacrifices especially in hour of need. Anything short of this is fantasy. Adams Oshiomhole - 'one week, one trouble'!
The last thing that can happen to a man is behaving exactly like 'phrasal words' use to taunt you. For instance, 'you dare not behave stupidly as a result of being called - A STUPID MAN'.
When Adams Oshiomhole became national chairman of APC, many political juggernauts referred him as 'AN UNDERTAKER'. Please Mr. Chairman, do not live up to that prediction.
Inasmuch as I detest the leadership style of APC current administration, I still clamour for strong and equally matched opposition party to always checkmate excesses of the ruling party and maintain challenge for better administration.
It is a crystal truth that PDP is coming back. APC has failed Nigerians. Mark my words, PDP will perform better than this current APC. They will also make an atonement for their misdeeds and omissions.
Be that as it may, we still need an equally matched political party as an alternative to serve as a threat to them. Opposition in politics is a driving factor for good governance.
So, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, do not allow APC to die under your watch. If need be, let the NEC of the party do the needful for the betterment of our democracy, future and viable politics as I eagerly await the coming back of PDP.
My only worry is the way Nigeria politicians switch tents with political parties. Before you know it, it becomes assembly of the same people. I pray that a law will be enacted to address that. Law like 10years probation after quitting a political party before joining another.

I would have preferred national assembly complex named after MKO Abiola. More so, since we already have MKO Abiola stadium in Ogun State (I think in Abeokuta); Abuja national stadium should have been named after Sam Okwaraji who died on active service.
I would have suggested renaming National stadium Surulere, Lagos (Okwaraji's actual death bed) after him but owing to its proximity to Teslim Balogun stadium that located opposite it and conflict of interest between Lagos state owned stadium and national stadium. I opined that Abuja stadium should be used to immortalize Sam Okwaraji. August 12, 1989.
It is never a coincidence that the two dates fall on 12th. One is for political reason and the other for sports reason.

My dear, life is a mission. We all have different visions and targets. The climax of it is its fulfilment. Age doesn't matter. Provided you have something to drive, finance and sustain your life, do not care about how long it took you to fulfill your dreams. If you are looking at how long, you might not achieve it. Focus on how well and feasibility of achieving your dreams.
Some people equally achieve similar feat at 50s and 60s. Concentrate on how best. As for me I don't mind achieving such dream at 50s or 60s. It is how best that matters. And your best is what you give to the society. Your impact on the society is a bedrock of your assessment. Some people became medical doctors in their late tens and early twenties and spent their entire life without much impact. Nobody knew of their existence. Whereas some made it in sixties, impacted positively on the society and were celebrated and being remembered.

For clarity sake, there is no difference between Mkpokiti and Atilogwu dance except the nomenclature.
The dance is originally 'Mkpokiti' from Umunze town in Anambra state as stated by the OP.
Owing to its scintillating and electrifying displays, some people in amazement argued if the dance were fortified with charms ('Atunyere ogwu n'egwu a?' {Igbo language}). With this argument 'atunyere ogwu n'egwu a?' - meaning 'whether this dance was fortified with charms' (just like people are still asking on this thread) gives birth to the name 'Atilogwu' - derived from 'Atunyere ogwu'.

She gave the advice on Saturday, September 14th during a Town Hall Meeting with Benue Youth held at the New Banquet Hall, Benue Government House, Makurdi.

According to her, most internet users live on borrowed robes to impress their fans, they are living illusionary lifestyles that are not in conformity with reality.



She said a Nigerian child needed to be priceless, top class and should not be seen as a cheap product that can be purchased with as little as recharge card and further appealed to youth using internet to be cautions of their activities on the net as responsible companies at the moment, investigate applicants’ records including those on internet before hiring.

I appreciate the counsel of our VP's wife or (second lady).
In addition to your burning desire to have modest youths in our society, I appeal on you to use your position, influence and opportunity to prevail on your husband, liaise, with first lady and get in touch with Mr President. Tell them to create jobs for Nigerian youths with resources at their disposals, through economic driven policies and sundries. I tell you most solemnly, if Nigerian youths are gainfully employed, little or nobody will have time for internets. Drug abuse and other criminalities will be a thing of the past. As a wife of a pastor, I believe you are very much aware of what an idle mind as a result of joblessness is to the devil.
Of a truth, millions of jobless Nigerian youths are visiting internet to find succour and pacify their already made miserable, frustrated and despaired life.
You can't beat a child and deny him right to cry.
With all due respect madam, I can assist in suggesting a way forward.
For instance, with your position, suggest outright ban of some good for nothing reality TV show like this ongoing Big Brother Nigeria and replace it with other impactful reality challenge for our teaming youths. Something like bringing youths from different geopolitical zones in groups. Provide materials and formulae for them. Mandate them to fabricate Television, fridge or (other electronics). Those in medical field can be mandated to manufacture vacines or even perform kidney transplant on monkeys or guinea-pigs. Give them time frame to execute such challenge. Great rewards awaits people that came successful.
By doing so, you are not only empowering the youths but also making them productive in the society. This will become win-win to everybody in the sense that even unsuccessful participants learnt something new, becomes more equipped and effect of such initiatives will bring educational, technological and economic revolution in every facet of our society.

To be fulfilled is to be happy in all areas of life...

a husband is a customized dic and a customized sperm donor...if a woman is lucky she will get financially buoyant with the package and if she’s extra lucky a great companion....men of nowadays give the opposite... stress, children outside wedlock, beating, cheating, I don’t see how having all these in a woman’s life equate to being fufilled..

Any woman that can find happiness weda she has a man or not is fulfilled..
