Its good to finally see the face of the greatman who has been making a lot of people's dream come true. I am loyal, continue with the good work and most ESPECIALLY removing the notion that Nigerians can not be trusted. You have proven that not all Nigerian's are 419s we still have quite a lot of honest and hard working Nigerian around. I recently pre ordered a car from Oga FHEMMMY, i have never seen or met the guy but i trust him more than 100% and in the next 6 weeks i would have my car delivered to me in Lagos.

Oga Spyder880, you don receive the email i sent you yesterday, well actually it was a reply to your request for the location of my land, i also took the liberty to attached the sketch of how i want the place to be when pepper rest, but for now i just want to face the boys quarter. So about the question i ask, i never check my email sha so i dont know if you have replied yet.
Bros Spyder, the sketch when i send how much will it cost to get the drawings done ie architectural,mechanical and electrical drawings.

I am somewhere where i can not access my email so i cant tell if you have sent me the 3D or not at the moment. I wanted to also asked what the cost of the BOQ and can i BOQ be done without seeing the drawings? ie the plan. I would be in my present location for the next 3 hours so you could reply me through NL however, if the 3D have been done and sent to my email you could also let me know here on NL.

@ IHEBROOKE, i am wowed by all this design i am seeing, however, i dont know if you can help me with what i have in my head, i only have it in my head and i was wondering if you can show it to me through these 3D stuff i am seeing here. okay this is it
I have a 2 plot of land and i want to build a 2 bedroom bungalow, a poultry farm with a capacity of 5000 chickens, a boys quarter, one room office and one room storeroom.the boys quarter will be annex to the poultry house. The 2 bedroom bungalow is planned to be build at the entrance of the land, behind it would be the poultry house,the BQ and the store room and office.
I dont know if i am making any sense here but thats what i have in my head and i need someone to put it in picture for me and then i can draw a plan accordinly.
Any help is appreciated

Spyder888, i am about to start the project i told you about, but i require some information from you and the house just to hace as a guide line. Okay this is the propose project plant
A BOYS QUARTER, WITH 2 ROOMS, A KITCHEN, A BATHROOM, A TOILET in a nutshell a basic Boys quarter.
I want to start moulding block first, and a moulder has quoted me 25naira per block, i want the house to help me out here is this price reasonable or just about right.
Secondly, how many block will i need to take the project to the roofing level, that is to cover everything that needs block
Thirdly, what size of block would be better to use, a 6" or a 9"
Forthly, how many blocks can i expect to get from a bag of cement.

Please guys i need reponse urgently, Thanks in advance
