Gov is elected by entire senatorial zones (in most cases 3 zones) n thus his/her control is felt all over this area whereas a Senator represents just a senatorial zone. On d other hand, a Minister is just an appointee who can be hired n fired at d instance of d President or even in some cases by d interest of d Governor for political/party exigencies. A Governor has immunity from criminal prosecutiin, controls a larger chunk of resources n d chief security officer.

Zanna again?. In May Senator Ahmed Zanna died after winning reelection n now Deputy Gov Alhaji Zanna Mustapha. RIP though

The only figure dat is constant in all is d N78million, while Fash claimed N12million was paid to Info Access (dat will leave a missing balance of N66million), d company claimed they were paid N10 million (dat will leave a missing balance of N68 million). Aside from these figures, I asked u 4 questions which u v 'smartly' avoided n this has only exposed ur made up mindset. For ur info, if there is any politician I cherish, dt politician is Fashola. In as much I dont knw d details but I think this caption is misleading. Mr Aminu Idris testified as a petitioner's witness and not as Inec (which I believe as a body will be defending d commission for returning d candidate of d pdp). My first question is, whether it is right within d context of civil service rules for an Inec staff paid with tax payers money to appear in court against d official position of d commission without being reprimanded. Secondly, this is a pre-election matter also no pdp candidate is complaining of being rigged ou of d primaries, and Inec has already conductd d election and from Rotimi Amaechi case in 2007, its been established dat in d eye of d law it is party not individuals that win elections. This is part of why Nigerians believe d Ag chair of Inec Mrs Zakari might be on an assignment. The tribunal shd be encouraged to adjudicate the matter on its merit as per whether there was substantial compliance to d electoral act and not on technicalities.

If this company collectd N78 million, were they not to knw d details of d money collectd n wud v told us N10 million is for this and N66 million is for that? If another company was involved in d upgrade to d tune of d unaccountable N66 million, while did d govt of d day lump d whole sum into Info Access name? u forgot dat d company also said dat for this website creation and its lifetime maintenance, they were paid N10 milla. What we r asking is d balance N66 or N68 milla. For ur info am not a kid dat rants but was only arguing out case as a concerned Nigerian. In any case in this case dat d main project cost N10million while other modification to d website cost N66 million is simply like eating a plate of food for N100 naira while d cost of extra food was N660. If u understand this analogy of mine then u will understand while Nigerians are reacting d way they are. The question will remain on d whereabout of d bogus N66 million naira as d company handling d job never made mention of it. Remember there was no oda company dat was reflectd. If d deal is as neat as Mr Fash want us to believe, d company shd v bin d one to v come with this clarification but since they knw they are unconnected with d perceived fraud, no mention was made by them about it. Overall I still wish Fashola survives this 'roforofo' fight and have his amiable respect back but he sure needs to do a better rejoinder. If 'saint' Fashola is this way, only God knows how d 'devil' governors were. Nigeria is really sick.
