The truth is, majority of us tend to focus more on our physical health while Ignoring the mental aspect of our health. Our mental health controls our physical health and has lot of roles to play in our daily life activities and the way we react to things. People who often consider their mental health tends to feel more relaxed and enjoy their lives. While those who ignore theirs might end up having mental disorder.

#Please stop keeping things to yourself (No 1 causes) learn to express yourself always. It helps to relieve your body and soul from heavy burdens.
* stay away from alcohol , smoking and drugs
*ignore critics and focus on your dreams
*Have good rest, sleep and eat well.
*Learn to take yourself out and give yourself good treat no matter how little.
*never compete with anyone (No 1 causes) (simply know that not having it now, doesn’t mean you wouldn’t have it tomorrow)
*Learn to be contented with what you have
*Be more of a thanksgiver than a complainer
*stay away from people who bring you down always or abuse you either emotionally, physically, materially, financially or otherwise.
*learn to manage stress. Seek assistance where you need it.
*Avoid anything or person that put you in a state of depression
*manage your expenses and don’t spend above your earnings (cut your coat according to your pocket or size)
*seek for help when you need
*learn to do things you love
*have the number of children you can comfortably take good care of.
*Know your God and put all your hope and trust in Him. Seek Him when you need Him and He’ll direct your path.

Majority of us are passing through the symptoms of bad mental health without knowing. This has nothing to do with money. Both the poor and rich pass through it. I’ve being there before but that was many years back. But since I employed the second outline in my life, I’ve been living a fulfilled , happier, peaceful and joyful life. I do teach my kids too.

The thing is, we all have different brain anatomy of which can lead to mental disorder if not managed properly. That’s why you see some very intelligent people end up getting mad due to too much reading or whatsoever and some also get mad due to drug intake or depression. And these stuffs are what others will do and get away with them.

Kindly study your mental health and keep it healthy always. Don’t you ever displease yourself in this world just to please others . You wouldn’t know where the depression you might face will lead you.

Prevention is better than cure. Prevention is less expensive and stress free unlike cure.

*Have #SelfLove and #SelfValue
*always keep your hopes and dreams alive.

Ever since I was a kid in primary school. My teachers told me I was intelligent I was a smart kid in class but my result always proved negative I was termed as an average kid. Throughout my secondary school my result was bang average. I do feel remorse for my school result but my parents do cheer me up. I entered university to study Microbiology. First semester I had two carryovers. My Cgpa was 2.4 I was told to work harder by my parent. Second semester I did work harder but I had nothing to show for it I had 2 carryovers my Cgpa was low I was so depressed . my parent cheered me up and told me to Work harder they were always there for me. This semester I told my self I would make them proud. I started reading harder than I ever did in my entire life. Result for this semester just came out I had 7 carryovers. I was so shocked I received the shock of my miserable life I'm planning on committing suicide because I feel like a disappointment to my family right now. I can't even show them my result.

One thing is to read another thing is to read right!

No need reading without direction. Look for past years past questions and answers of the courses you’re doing and read and memorize the answers.

You’ll thank me later in your next result.

With this format , I was the best student during my secondary school (2004 set) got jamb that same year (240) enter university the same year (2004) never had any carryover, graduates with Honorable Second Class Upper (2:1) FUTO .

I always option for past questions and answers. Different years for each course.

Reading without direction has made so many intelligent people loose hope on themselves.

Just try this method and anyone else can also use it and thank me later.

Use the method in your GCE or Waec and Jamb preparation. And your University Exam preparations.

It’s not just to recall them back; he should pay them salary till the end of his tenure. That’s the main thing.

Not calling them back and after they use the little money they have or even borrowed for transport to work, they wouldn’t still be paid! And they’ll end up regretting why their being called back.

The government shouldn’t bring them out from their good zone now to a bad and frustrating zone. He should simply make plans on how their salaries will be paid monthly. That’s my own concern.
