She knew she was AS, was in love with an AS person and knew the implications. She found an AA guy willing to marry her but her love for the AS guy remained and they impregnated each other even after she married the AA guy. She lock up with the pregnancy hoping and praying for at worst an AS baby but God was against her adultery evidently.
They impregnated each other? Lol

As in the man impregnated her and she also impregnated him Very funny

And yet they praise the wealthy, who got thier wealth by doing worse, killing, maiming , impersonating . And so on....

I think the blindness is clear
Don't mind them!

In Nigeria, people are too hypocritical. Nigeria has not been working since Independence because of corruption in high and low places! Politicians, civil servants, business men are all involved!

Go to Abuja and other parts of Nigeria and you'll see people whose only jobs all their lives had been working as civil servants, yet they own estates everywhere! Those are the people who have stolen funds meant for development of Nigeria through the years! Yet, when you sit down to talk to them, they'll be the first to talk about INTEGRITY! I have met many of them and they annoy me whenever I hear them talk about INTEGRITY.

I like people being open with their lives, if you're a bad guy, come to me as a bad guy( I'll still relate with you) and if you have integrity, then talk to me about integrity so I can place you rightly where you belong and know how to relate with you.

That way, we can be able to correctly choose people with integrity to entrust the future of our unborn generations into their hands.

Tell me a wealthy man/woman in Nigeria who can place his/her hand on his money and swear with his life that he made his money legitimately!

Only those making money with natural talents like footballers, musicians and other artists are legit in this country! #Fact

I'm not encouraging anybody to make money fraudulently though, but the truth is that the majority of Nigerian wealthy people ain't legit and same are the ones who first talk about INTEGRITY when talking to poor people.

Family / Re: How Much Money Is Required To Feed A Family Of Four In Nigeria Today? by Jman06(m): 10:05pm On Mar 17
Women are usually the reason for wasteful spending in this generation, hence I believe men should just provide the much they can afford and let the woman augment from her own earning. I'm sure it is still the man that pays annual house rent, children's school fees and other expenses. Yet he still gives 80k for monthly feeding.

What is the woman doing with her own money Or is she not working and earning? Which would beg the question, what's the need for educating and employing women if they can't spend their own funds on their families I come in peace

His wife is not occupying any official government position.
But other state governments have offices of the first lady of the states with monetary allocations, official cars and security aids. Soludo, stop copying the verified achievements of Peter Obi, he was the only one who governed a state and removed his hands from state money because he was even richer than the state before he won governorship.

Stop playing to the gallery because you haven't achieved a tenth of what Peter Obi did for us in Anambra state. You criticized his administration, but you have been below his level of output since you won. As a Professor, you are performing below the verified achievements of a trader. grin

As long as Peter Obi is around in Anambra politics, you will remain a political Lilliputian.

Even Peter Obi knows that Soludo is doing very well as governor. It's only dunderheads like you who don't even know the meaning of good governance that would spew the above trash!

Ur not a straight forward human.

U said the stethoscope is used for measuring blood pressure and I made u realize that ur terribly wrong.

Now u went to Google or whatever source to find out the truth and still got everything muddled up.

U don't even know the mechanisms behind digital blood pressure machines.

And saying they can give one ' false' reading is nonsense. It means u don't use it often.

Even u saying the stethoscope is used in conjunction with the BP measuring machine to check heart rate still shows that u shud stick your area of prescribing and dispensing drugs.

U don't even know it's primary use.

U were not able to prove me wrong that most pharmacists in pharmacy stores don't have the pharmaD degree.
And that they don't know how to use the stethoscope.

Ur trying to make it look like the pharmarD or whatever extra to ur pharmacy degree automatically makes u understand medical issues the way a doctor does.

Just go rest and stay in ur lane.

U even cud not tell me why a pharmacist why answer as a doctor when an ignorant customer wants to get drugs! grin grin grin

Because u pharmacist want to create an impression that ur as close to a doctor or same as a doctor in terms of medical knowledge.

Funny enough, we doctors never one day claim we know drugs more than u guys.

But ur here telling me that a stethoscope is used for measuring blood pressure grin grin grin

Mtchhhheeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwweweweeeewwwwwwwwww! I won't exchange words with your level again. I have reasonable and thoroughbred medical doctors I interact with, not your level. 200-300level medical students seriously need reorientation in this country on how to relate with other healthcare professionals. I remember that as a pharmacy student we did a full course on interprofessional relationships, such courses are clearly not taken by medical students.

I enjoyed reading your submission and your passion is evident, but the fact remains that a pharmacist wearing a stethoscope is patently ridiculous.
No Pharmacist even wears stethoscope about like that foolish poster stated. I personally don't wear it because Pharmacists have their professional symbol which comprises a ceramic pestle in a mortar. I prefer that as a symbol than a stethoscope.

Ur a bigger fool for not being in tune with reality!

How many pharmacists in ur area have the pharmaD degree?

Am telling u about something I see everyday ur here talking trash!

How many lab scientists know how to use the stethoscope?

How many pharmacists know how to use the stethoscope?

That's why u guys keep prescribng nonsense and keep urging those quack nurses to dish out injections anyhow.

U want to pretend that the lab scientists and pharmacists carry stethoscope around so they can check vitals abi??

Mehn just imagine.

All my life, even in the largest pharmacies in the country av or come across pharmacist who put the stethoscope to use!

So what are u carrying it about for?

A patient will come in for BP issues and after a couple of questions u prescribe drugs!

Which bloody vitals do u guys check?
The only thing u do is use the BP measuring machine.

Abeg stay in ur lane and stop Interfering.

See how u shot urself in the leg.

Who told u stethoscope is used for 'monitoring blood pressure'?

Shey u see ur self?

Shey u see why u shud also be arrested too? grin grin

I'm even talking to an obvious ignoramus who doesn't know that a stethoscope is used alongside a sphygmomanometer to check blood pressure and determine heart rate. Not everybody uses digital sphygmomanometer because of the tendency to give false results! I personally prefer using my normal Mercury sphygmomanometer and steth. Yes! I do that all the time to help patients monitor their blood pressures in my Pharmacy!

You're probably an overzealous 200level medical student who thinks every other healthcare professional is there to compete with medical doctors! Don't worry, you'll soon grow in training to know that everybody is on their lane and that no Pharmacist is stopping the serious ones from excelling in medical practice.

I don't know why y'all live in perpetual fear of Pharmacists despite all our efforts to make your works easier. Honestly, there's urgent need for a reorientation of our physicians from medical schools up to the highest level! Y'all need to have your minds disabused to stop thinking that Pharmacists are your problems! Stop the insecurity!!! This is how y'all make hospital Pharmacists walk on egg shells in public hospitals by using the CMDs to lie to government against Pharmacists!

I pray the average Nigerian medical doctor realizes sooner than later that Pharmacists are not your problems!
Health / Re: NMA Arrests Fake Doctor In Rivers by Jman06(m): 7:31pm On Mar 16

That is one aspect.

The one that annoys me the most is lab scientists and pharmacists parading themselves as doctors and carrying stethoscopes around.

And full grown adult nigerians who shud know better will enter a pharmacy or medical lab and call the staff there doctors.

U will hear something like:
Doctor abeg I wan do malaria test( to a lab scientist o)

And the bastard pharmacists and lab scientists will answer them as tho they are doctors and be driving around town with a stethoscope!

Imagine lab scientist telling someone to always take paracetamol with his antibiotics so that he won't feel weak!

And those nurses giving injections anyhow to anyone that has malaria as if it's a standard; and even try to treat sickle cell disease patients in serious crises inside the pharmacy.

Nigerians better wake up o.
Thru wud rather use money to build houses than treat themselves we'll when sick...
You're a full for making the above comment!

For the records, Pharmacists are comfortable in their profession and don't wish to be physicians. Except for the introduction of the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) which is now the minimum requirement for licensure as a Pharmacist all over the world, Pharmacists were comfortable being addressed as Pharmacists! Now only Pharmacists who have pharmD rightly bear the doctor title. Or are you saying that medical graduates with MBBS (non doctorate) degree can bear doctor title while a Pharmacist with Pharm.D shouldn't Because it bruises your fragile ego PharmD has come to stay and the earlier you come to terms with that the better for you. I'm very sure that your type will find it very difficult practicing abroad because your insecurity could make you go and say rubbish to a doctor of Pharmacy in your medical team abroad and that would get you kicked out of the system over there!

For your information, the stethoscope is just a point of care apparatus that can be used by any healthcare professional to check vital signs of a patient. It is even used at home by patients and their relatives to monitor blood pressure. It is not part of your uniforms as physicians!

Go and read the roles of Pharmacists in primary healthcare, you'll see that they're also permitted by laws to help patients monitor their vitals. Some of you just open your mouths and embarrass yourselves and the medical profession when you make daft comments like you made above. Let me inform you that all the roles of Pharmacists are clearly spelt out in various laws and not even your insecurity can stop them from carrying out their roles.

There are many of his kind still parading themselves as qualified physicians in this country..NMA should pay attention to fishing out such quacks and dealing with them instead of fighting other health workers who are not fighting them!

Like reported in this news, private medical facilities who train the so called auxiliary nurses are the major causes of quackery jn Nigeria's healthcare system. Instead of employing qualified nurses and other healthcare professionals, they'll rather continue to downgrade the roles of other health professionals by employing quacks to take the place of professionals. Later these same doctors in private practices would start complaining about medical quackery.

Another major cause of medical quackery jn Nigeria is the uncontrolled and chaotic drug distribution system which allows everybody access to all classes of drugs and medical consumables. If drugs distribution system in the country is properly regulated, it'll go a long way in checking medical quackery because those quacks start by doing trial and error with different classes of drugs. This is why it is important for Nigerian physicians and Pharmacists to cooperate and respect each other's roles in healthcare as doing so would go a long way in keeping quacks away.

The legal age for marriage in Portugal is 16.
But in southern Nigeria, they'll say it is 18! And even go as far as sentencing any man dating 16-17year olds to life imprisonment (as is done in Lagos). Whilst in northern Nigeria, it's a different ball game since a girl of even 13 can be married off. I advocate that age of marital consent should be made same across the different sections of Nigeria. If it is going to be 16, let it be 16 everywhere and any punishment for those going for partners younger than 16 should equally apply to all the regions of the country!

What does it matter for a man to marry a way younger girl, if not that many of you are HYPOCRITES...
What was the age of consent few decades ago in the west and your church? Even as low as 9 years...
You're all acting like saints claiming woke after all the years...

You call it misery but is not more misery and woe to be putting your mouth were you know many guys have released their sperms before in the name of satisfying a whóre?
Don't mind them! Many of them just want to be seen as "woke". As far as I am concerned, age of marital consent in Nigeria should be reduced to 16yo across all the states! It is better to marry off our young helpless girls to responsible men who would take care of them than having them prostituting all over the place and still having sex with matured men in closets.

We must not copy the west in the aspect of marriage and family values because evidence has shown that the marriage system being practiced in the west create more chaos. Besides, it is detrimental to some Nigerians when you have a section of the country who are permitted to marry younger girls while another section is not. That attitude of copying the western marital system is what has tilted the scale of growth in favor of the Muslim north and that is what will eventually lead to obliteration of Christianity in Nigeria and create more political advantage for the Muslims in Nigeria.

Our "woke" Christians can never see how they're creating their own downfall until they have fallen completely. It is already happening! Prior to the election, they were all doing "nzogbu nzogbu" about the Muslim-muslim ticket but those of us who knew better knew that they weren't gonna do jerk! What some of them now claim was that they were rigged out but I personally know that Tinubu/Shettima won that election squarely because they had the number to win.

Yea, yhu know Jos wella. The kind of risk I took in that city eh, na only God save me o.

My first night in Jos was at Katako......just immediately after the bridge. Then some UJ students told me alot of frightening stories of how students have lost their lives there.

I was always going to Angwa Rogo to see a Muslim friend there until someone whispered into my ears the danger of visiting there.

I was frequently going to Ahmodu Bello Way through Bauchi Road until I had a narrow escape when a fight broke out. That was my last time of taking that route till I left Jos.

Funny enough, those guys know themselves, they easily identify who belongs to where and who don't.

Wait, did you stay in any of the hostels?
I tell you. The whole of that Bauchi road from Terminus down to UJ main campus, Angwa Rogo, Katako, and Congo Russia used to be a no-go area for Christians then.

I stayed in village hostel. What I did then was that any time I had a need to go into town, I take Faringada to Angwa Rukuba and from there I connect to any part of town, including Terminus market. I completely avoided Bauchi road then until I left Jos.

Madam, I don't pity women like you because most of you choose the wrong men for all the wrong reasons in this world. This is why I don't support ladies blindly choosing a man with the claim of being in one yeye love. Women are the worst in making choices of life partners because they hardly do so with logical reasons but with lots of emotion! But if a guy is the chooser, that provides opportunity for him to be thoroughly vetted!

When we say these things they think we're just saying it for the sake of saying it, but when problems arise from their wrong choices, they want to blackmail everybody into pitying them.

Before now, I used to think it is a result of poverty, but the news coming from South Korea says otherwise. The wave would certainly get to Africa, especially Anglophone countries and those who practice the Western version of Christianity. Honestly, should the vitriol continue unabated amidst economic woes, the institution of marriage in these African countries would face massive attacks. But when it does, I won't be surprised as I have stated that if Nigeria was as prosperous as Malaysia, most women WOULD not marry the men.

It is a only a matter of time.
If the woke southern ladies want, they can embrace marriage aparthy as practiced in the western nations, the good thing is that Nigeria is becoming predominantly Islamic. The only thing it'll cost is for more southern men to convert to Islam and they'll be able to marry as many women as possible in accordance with Islamic tenets. The future of Nigeria is really Islamic! And I'll like it to be the Afghan version of Islam where women's roles begin and end with bearing children and keeping the family.

1) Settled men are not overlooking women in their 30s. Let’s not accept your conjecture as facts. Like I said, it’s another hideous lie aimed at telling women they have to settle for anyone or they will miss out. Sorry it is true.

2) where’s the pretense? Unless you’re not reading what I’m posting, I’ve stated clearly that a young woman is only marrying an older man if he’s wealthy.
So yes I know why a young woman would marry a man that’s extra old. But many Nigerian men are not wealthy. There are those older men who can get young women but it’s not a majority of you.

The examples you gave earlier shows that you’re so far removed from the Nigerian society, many women are already financially in those positions you described. I wonder what would make them see it as a reason to get into an unwanted marriage with an unreasonable age gap. Please what’s 200k/month that will make a young woman accept to be a third wife ?

The only answer is that it’s a result of y’all’s incessant shaming tactics aimed at bullying them into marriages they do not truly desire.

See you who's not even in Nigeria trying to tell us what we know that's constantly happening around us. Like that guy stated earlier, older guys even in their 50s can comfortably settle down with a younger girl of 18-25yo. All he needs do is to stop forming woke and marry a young girl below his perceived class! There are many of such girls in this hunger-infested country! A man doesn't even need to be very wealthy to get such girls. And honestly, it makes more sense for a man to marry such younger girls because women of all ages and class in Nigeria still expect same thing from their men, so why should a man choose to marry an older and less appealing woman who would not be any different from younger girls Only men who want to form "woke" or want to be seen as belonging to a certain class would marry such!

You have a point. Before you get to the issue of brideprice, you have to deal with the arrogance, ruthlessness and heartlessness of the igbo woman.
But this is also caused by our culture of worshipping women. My service year at onitsha opened my eyes. I saw onitsha business men spoiling little 18 year old girls with millions of naira. And they grow to become arrogant.

Igbo men compete too much for women and this has spoilt our women.
Very correct!

This is why even among Igbos, Anambra and Imo ladies are more prone to the menace of being single at old age. This is because their men spoil them whilst still young but the same men would start running to Enugu and Ebonyi in search of decent naive girls to marry.

It's a big problem in igboland that people refuse to address.

It's a shame seeing igbomen mocking their unmarried sisters instead of proffering solutions.

First, bride price must be abolished in igboland..
Igbo ladies are single even in old age not because of bride price but because of their greedy choices (which they like to term 'standard'). If Igbo ladies were less greedy in their choices, Igbo men would not have problem with paying bride price! Igbo men are rather scared of the high demands and expectations of these ladies after marriage. Such high demand can send a man to his early grave and no man wants to die untimely, so they'll rather keep such greedy igbo ladies at arms length even if it means marrying a moderate lady from another tribe. Many Igbo ladies are mentally spoilt in their minds on what the role of a man should be.

Honestly, normal age of marriage for ladies should be 16 to 23years old. That's if we want to tell ourselves the truth. However, people would rather lie to themselves in order to be perceived as being "woke". Ladies above 23 lose attractiveness!

Any guy who makes the mistake of marrying a lady 30 and above with several body counts should be prepared to be accused and shamed of being impotent. That's usually the case in that scenario. The lady can't get pregnant easily because of years of rough sex life with numerous body counts, while friends and family would see the man as the one with the problem.

It's a very big problem in marriages nowadays, especially among Igbos.
