I voted NO because in a marriage, there must not be room for any of the spouses to have intercourse with another person other than their lawfully wedded spouses. There's no basis to arrest the spouse of the culprit in a domestic violence. It's just like saying that the spouses or relatives of those who commit crimes should be arrested. That doesn't make sense at all! When I heard of the husband of the Anambra woman being arrested, I immediately knew it was people like you who are always quick to call for the heads of men in every unpleasant situation that must have triggered his arrest. This is because, unless the woman was not there at the time and perhaps the police decided to hold the man pending when the woman gets arrested, there's no basis for arresting the man when the child already identified the one who abused him.

For in instance, in the west, they have old people's homes where people can retire to when they grow old and get taken care of. Such is not obtainable in most African countries. Therefore, when you refuse getting married and having children all in the name of wokeness, remember that old age is coming when sicknesses, hunger and loneliness will reset your brains like they have done to this woman. At that time, you'll be alone and nobody will come to help.

But honestly, marriage and children aren't a big deal, personally, I don't view them as achievements... There are many women in loveless and abusive marriages who wanna leave, but have nowhere else to go... In fact, marriage is a humiliation ritual for many women out there.

The same way there are many elderly parents whose children have abandoned to die from loneliness.

Even if your children abandon you at old age, you'll die happier when you have your genes persisting on earth even after your death. That serves as a strong connection between you in the spiritual world and the physical earth.

This is not always true!
When it comes to the issue of sex before marriage, ladies are always very careful (especially those from decent homes with good upbringing). Being a single mom in this time and age is not funny! There's a lot of stigma attached to being a single mom due to pregnancy out of wedlock. So op, be calm and take things slowly. She wants to see that serious commitment from you before giving you her body.
