I am planning to submit another application. My parents have 50 million naira in bank statement, I just got a sponsor of 10000 pounds from a family friend which isn't available to me but He has printed a bank statement and written a sponsorship letter for me. I also have a letter of good standing for my dad stating it's for my higher education worth 20 million naira a year. I do not exactly have time of excess right now as my school would be starting soon. Do you suggest I get a GIC with 23 million naira out of the bank statement or something else please any advice and suggestions on how I would reapply properly would be highly appreciated

Yes, you can enter Canada again after serving the ban, you need to apply for Authorization to enter Canada

You can't change DLI outside of Canada, you will have to apply for a study permit. You need to enter Canada and then change your DLI.

I was refused visa on May 22. I followed what I learned on this platform to apply for my visa. I must have missed something along the line. Please, I need help as my program is starting in the last week of August, I waited for the GCMS note before reaching out. I want to reapply immediately.
I am going for a one-year postgraduate certificate program. I paid my one-year tuition in full and submitted a POF of 31.25 million Naira with the explanation that my elder brother added some money to support me. I also included a letter of support from him.
I submitted my PAL alongside other documents. For the POF, 30 million Naira was in Access bank statement of account while 1.25 million was in GTbank statement. I stated in my SOP that I would be living my children and my husband behind. I ordered for GCMS note and the explanation is as follows: bank statement of Gtco does appears inconsistent and usual with other similar bank statement , this is an aggravating factor in my assessment, I have concerns the applicants does not have sufficient finance readily available to cover their living cost during their stay in Canada...

The amount was not up to 30M, she only had a closing balance of 30M, there is no way a sponsor will use the entire money in the account to support you. You didn't state it in your SOP was not the problem. You might want to work on the financial aspect. Order your GCMS note.

Good day Everyone, My application was denied and i don't know what i did wrong.

My Aunty’s is my sponsor, she has different business in beauty and cosmetic. when i first applied and submit my application i never knew the amount that was in her account but later she told me it was 30million which was not sufficient then i filled the web form to add my own account of 9.5million but i didn't state it in my S.O.P that i will be supporting myself. The total of 39.5 million was used as my proof of fund, with my father's properties and health serving as an home tie.

I did my biometrics May 30th, 2024 and git denied june 20th, 2024.

The day i was to add my own account to it 2million was sent to my from a non related person.

The Following are the reasons for denial.

1) i am not satisfied that you will leave canada at end of your stay as required by paragraph R216.... i am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave canada.

Yes, the UK Embassy can conduct an interview for you the reason might be they suspect some things in your application so they need to verify. Hints:
1. To ensure the legitimacy of provided papers, such as educational credentials, financial accounts, and sponsorship letters.
2. To cross-check the details provided in the application form and accompanying documentation.
3. To ensure that you have enough money to cover tuition, living expenses, and other costs involved with studying in the UK.
4. To confirm the source of your funds and ensure they are legitimate and accessible.

Ensure you go over your documents and the forms you filled out during the application. Don't panic, they don't know you they access you with the information provided so make sure what you say corresponds with what you have on their record.

You can't just switch programs looking at your profile there is no career progression, you don't have work experience in this new field, you can continue based on your level of education, and then switch programs when you have been approved.

Yes that is what I meant, was the document legible? Something must have happened to the documents you submitted. In this case, you can reapply and make sure all your documents are legible. Do a confirmation before uploading them.

Okay, reviewing your CL, you need to give more details about the application. Work on your home ties and finances. I will advise you to order your GCMS note to determine the precise reasons for the refusal, you can defer your admission to the next available term there is no need for the rush.

Sorry about this refusal, did you use MBS? Try to reapply using the conventional SOA and make sure all documents are legible. The funds this time should meet the required funds.

As an NCE holder with a teaching experience of 10 years, you can go for a college diploma in early childhood education, the profession has a high demand in Canada. You don't need your NCE transcript, your NCE certificate should be merged with your WAEC/NECO result.

My dad doesn't own a computer institute. I just thought I should add that narrative to show strong ties to my home country in order to better my chances of getting the visa.

If the school and your employer are covering the major cost, you can merge your employer and your relative as one. In other to reduce the complexity.

Failure to declare it might also jeopardize your chances because during background check the VO might pull out such information if your son used you as a sponsor. Also, your other son and wife in Nigeria with your job or business outweigh your son in Canada.
