so you need to ban this agent called Frakobron1 now that you know of his dealings.
justwise:

I have said this many times here, yes there are agents here actively contributing in this section but I have no control over what they do outside this section. If anybody here decides to dm them and get scammed then I have no right to intervene. If you can not ask question here or study materials already available and decided to engage any of these agents then you deserve whatever you get out of it.

Nigerian agents are heartless and are ready to break any immigration rules with no regard for their victims.
I ban any of them that advertise here or asked members to contact them privately.

The accused.
justwise:

Disciplinary process should be imposed on who? The accused or the accusers?
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by jnyuwa02: 11:38pm On Oct 22, 2023
Timeless @Justwise!! So you are still here. I think there should be a disciplinary process that should be imposed in situations like this to preserve the sanity of this platform.
justwise:

Are you surprised about the allegation? Sticking around here does not stop him from doing other things outside online forum activities.

How do you think they get clients? Door to door ad?
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by jnyuwa02: 8:38am On Oct 22, 2023
This is just bizarre, why would he be sticking around this platform for over 5 years while others are making progress in life? This should depress anyone. Is @justwise still here too?
subzheero:
The so called Frank needs your money ....after collecting your funds and you get refused you will know his true colour because he needs you to make another payment. He is now an agent who doesn't care if you are refused or banned.
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by jnyuwa02: 2:14pm On Oct 21, 2023
its been like 5 years now that I was using Nairalland to get information and help people here. I obtained my visa eventually and left Nigeria and this forum, i remember Frank and I were helping people here and many obtainied their vis free and we never asked a penny. I just decided to check this forum after all this time and very suprised at what my eyes are seeing. Are you sure of this accusations or just a disguntled client?
subzheero:
It is high time l hit the nail on the head.

Please it is time we desist from the so called @Frankrobnn1. This guy is a very fraudulent guy which we all called guru here.He is one of the agents outside.Anytime he comes here to advice,ALaye is looking for clients.

He Handled my application early this year and he collected 600k ,l was refused. The so called guru wrote a very ambiguous and watery SOP and no lumpsum explanation was done despite having lumpsum on my SOA. I wonder why people would come here and be praising this guy who doesn't know anything .
I am on so many platforms and this guy @Frankrobnn1 is not being portrayed very well at all.

Frankrobnn1 is into fake statement, he would collect a large sum of amount from you and give you a fake statement .Some of our nairaland members here have been banned but they refused to speak up l do know why. I will call on so many people here to testify to this.A Nigerian lady who resides in South African contacted me recently that Frank collected 2m naira for POF from her and Frank gave her a fake statement and she was banned after PFL.This guy has messed up so many people's lives .Once you get refused that is when u know his true colour because he wants you to pay him again for reapplication.

Please shine your face ooooooooo.Frank is after your money. Ask questions here and learn .DIY is the way to go.

PLEASE LET'S BE GUIDED.

wow wow wow, these are some serious accusations. Some paid one million? Are you sure of this bro?
subzheero:
@Frankrobnn1. Your image has been tarnished already on so many platforms.Baba You are a fraudulent person stop using fake Statement of account for people .You have messed up so many destinies.l can challenge you any where
Again ,don't come here to give advice to people you are one of the agents outside there who are after peoples funds. With the so called watery 20 SOP pages you give people also disguising yourself as if you have an affiliate with Canadian Schools. So many people are been refused under you , many have gotten PFL and being banned under you.@Frankrobnn1 STOP THE FAKE BANK STATEMENT.You know yourself that you are on nairaland to get more clients ...Either they are been refused or banned is not your problem so far you have collected your own share with your useless terms and conditions forms you give them to sign.
GUYS BE WISE OOO @FRANKROBNN1 You know what am saying you are only defending yourself because you need more customers

Frankrobbn1 you are still here after these many years? Na wa oh!! You are suppose to be in Canada now are you? I know we worked hard on this platform many years ago providing free help to people. What are all these accusations against you now
bro?
Frankrobbn1:

What will you gain from tarnishing someone else's reputation?

I will need you to provide verifable evidence on this honourable platform that will substantiate the below claims you've against me and my reputable consultancy firm:

1. Provide evidence that I'm a fraduentlent person.

2. Evidence where I sent you the aforementioned bank statements with precise dates.

3. Clear demonstration of phone calls b/w you and I, where I agreed that my firm provides bank statement services for her clients.

Failure not to provide these information to the public, I will take this as a sabotage to the strong recognition I have on this platform and as such I will implore the moderator to verify the real identity of this handle. I have never scammed nor lured any of my client to use a fraudulent statement without their consent, knowing fully well the consequences. Genuinely, every client signs a retainer agreement with our firm before the start of the process and part of the agreement contract states that we are not responsible for providing bank statement and in the event that one provides any that is fraudulent, he/she should truthfully declare same. I see no reason you should come here to spoil the legacy I have toiled to build for several years. I have contributed so much to this platform, and I have never forced or asked any applicant to retain our firm. I trust a lot of persons here would testify to my standing.

Pleased refrain from working so hard to pull down my outstanding track record, for there is no gain in this. I wish you all the best.

It will end in praise

Jesus you are still here? You should be in Canada now. What happened?

Frankrobbn1:

You can get a work permit/visa from Nigeria on the account that you've secured a valid job offer (LMIA/LMIA exempt) from a designated Canadian employer. Apparently, due to Covid-19 pandemic, it will be extremely difficult to secure a job from outside of Canada. Any job offer you may receive from anyone now, may likely be a fraudulent offer. I would suggest you tread cautiously.

Hi, jnyuwa02 (Attorney General).

I can see you viewing this topic. It's been ages now. Nice to see you around here today cool

As always, it will end in praise.

Yeah been working hard at my job and at living, not had time to come here for over one year. My admission and full scholarship had to be cancelled by USASK due to the fact that I was not given a visa with my 2017 admission. I just took time off and did other things I enjoyed doing and reapplied again this year for admission and today I received the good news, they offered me admission and full scholarship again for September 2020. If any good news can come out of Covid 19, it is the fact that USASK is shut down and I am able to study online and graduate from Nigeria, as per the school's new policy, should I not be able to get a visa again. This will be more than fine with me and I am more than excited and know God used this covid 19 as bad as it is, to favor my predicaments. So I stopped by here to see what is going on in the house as I would be Canada bound. How are you @Frankrobbn1 and your visa application? It suprises me you are still here for ages. May God see you through.

Please, I applied for Masters program for the Fall 2019 in the university of Saskatchewan, I graduated with a CGPA of 4.74 of 5.0 in my last two years and overall CGPA of 4.47 of 5.0. I have also gotten a potential supervisor with the department and I also mentioned his name in my application. And my potential supervisor is the graduate chair for the department I applied to.

Please, how certain is my admission for the Fall term and when likely will decision be made also.

Your chances are very good of admission. But not a guaranteed because their are other students from around the world vying for the same seat. You can stand out by the strength of your essay and recommendation received on your behalf. Decisions are been made as we speak.

My Attorney General Jeremy, you alone know why I address you with such prominent title. I regret to hear about the ugly incident report of your long awaited application. Verily, During your reign was a remarkable and a notable one on this great thread. Within you was a strong desire to assist others to achieve their goals, a proper and commendable desire with reasonable promptness.

We have exchanged stupendous knowledge over the years on this reputable platform and have debated on several occasions on the account of proffering solutions to queries pasted here by prospective applicants. Merrily, what an enjoyable and delightful experience we had!. I wish you the very best in all your endeavors and in your new business adventure. Always remember you've got a family here and try in your little capacity to pay visit during your spare time.

Stay safe My Attorney General.

Regards,

Frankrobben, the Gentleman and Revolutionary!!! We indeed exchanged stupendous knowledge over the years. I certainly thank God for your life. We went, we saw and we conquered for good and humanity. In life, the greatest acts of goodwill and benevolence are not necessary reaped by the doers, but by others. I stay confident though that God will visit us in his own timing. I stay committed to the process and engaged and will come from time to time to dole out nuggets of wisdom learnt in the real world. It has been a privilege.

Your humble Attorney firing brimstone and fire from the mountains of Plateau.

I wont blame them. I have 18 years immigration history, they had to check everything and trust them, they did. I didn't put a hold on my life for them thankfully. But I am hopeful of overcoming next time since denial was only based on purpose of visit.

@jnyuwa02
@Frankrobbn1

Wasn't rosy at first because i always disagreed with what they say often...

Do this..
Do that...

Oga Ade, but you never get this Visa Now?

I have never met a matured reply like @jnyuwa02 , Instead of coming for me, he slowed down and pacified my frustration, he automatically sent me on therapy, changed me from the original perspective.

@frankrobbn1 won't even reply me, i was always looking for his trouble, ... na Visa we dey find, why everybody come serious like this?

Rejection came , I went berserk, stopped reading the entire page, then when i opened it after after 2 weeks i saw a guy who came to give his testimony, he submitted and application with 1m balance mistakenly, and he was meant to have like 20Mil to apply, he got his visa.

I applied again the next day.

I am not an agent, though a lot of people send me mails asking to pay for me to do stuffs for them, ... the truth is that many people don't feel they have to be sincere, and i tell them i only work sincerely, i can't help you to kill your future.

Hey long time, how far? Glad we rubbed shoulders here sometime back, hope you are hail and hearty!

So if everybody is like you and decide not to assist peeps because you dont have ur Visa yet, how will this thread be informative. For ur Information 2 of the most knowledgeable gurus here presently i.e frankrobbn1, jnyuwa02 havnt gotten their Visas yet but when they answer questions here, you will think they work in the embassy cos of the depth of information they possess. Also if you have been reading this thread from the beginning, you will see where peeps that have gotten their visas thank Frankrobbn1 and other gurus for contributing to their success whereas they havnt gotten their own Visa yet. Even me, 3 of the peeps that I have personally guided have gotten their Visa while am still waiting for my own. Also most of the peeps that have gotten their Visa, once they enter Canada, they forget about this thread, so if someone that is very knowledgeable about this Visa application do not render help here because he or she doesn't have a Visa yet, who will now answer the questions that the newbies post here and how will this thread be more active? So Mr man I will advise if you don't have anything meaningful to say, you can just be a silent reader and do not discourage peeps that are doing a good Job here.. You can come for me tho, it wont remove anything from me.. Peace

Who called my name? It's been a while since I contributed here. After one year of my application pending, it was finally denied. Good news is its only based on purpose of visit and GCMS stated I graduated from the University in the USA since 2006 and never attended any more school since then until now, so they are not convinced I would be a genuine student. Sincerely I expected worst. So I intend to revamp and refire addressing their concerns. I am enjoying Nigeria a lot and my new job. That is why I have not been here sorry. But promise to be returning from time to time to give free information and help. Miss you guys. This forum taught me a lot and I am glad I was able to give back and helped a lot of people here go to Canada during my time here full time so called gurusmiley

Note he's standing as a sponsor to take care of just my flight itineraries and miscellaneous expensess during the course of my studies

Hello everyone,
I’m a June applicant. There has been no update on my application even though I sent inquiries to Lagos and London, nothing seems to hasten my application. What should I do please?

The only message that I got from them was sent on 10th of October.
This is exasperating!
Has anyone applied from the US? Is it advisable to cancel and apply from the US? How long will it take? I already deferred my admission to January and this delay is ruining my other travel and holiday plans. Please help.

These people sef with their response that if you are no longer interested in studying in Canada, you should let them know, are they for real?

Good day bosses, please i'd love the opinion of the house on my intending application. My uncle (sponsor) intends providing the statement of account of his company (fixed deposit account). How can such a move in anyway affect my application.

Thanks

I think you are the person that called me. Since you are fully funded by Simon Frazier and your uncle is only showing commitment in the way of airfare, a fixed deposit account with a notarized letter of support from undertaking to be responsible for your ticket will do.

this is correct...because from his application everything seems right. The gap needs to be covered especially using any form studying activities while working, perhaps some short courses, certifications etc

Yes that is one way to do it. How about those who never took any classes? There is not fast and easy way of overcoming study gaps. You can present cerficatiom and short courses taken to meet the requirement and this will still not do it. Some simply write a sincere SOP explaining their love for learning and their overall goal and how that fits into their future coming back to Nigeria.

Study gap is not a barrier.

It starts to become a big barrier once you have over 5 years gap where you didn't attend school. You need a strong SOP to justify to the VO why it should be believed you really have the interest of going to school after such a long gap and not merely using study route as a way of facilitating entry to Canada.

If this is true that your friend who applied July 12th just got approval, then this is good news for online applicants for June, July, August and early September whose application has been stuck in London. Was your friend's online application processed out of London?

Ps: no two cases are exactly the same. So simply because your friend who applied in July 12 got approved, it doesn't mean every July 12 applicant should now start scampering and expecting approval.

Yeah, it was granted in Lagos. They said I'm the only one that can pick it up.

You have to make time and fly to Abuja then. What is keeping so much from going to Abuja? Work that you will soon resign? I know someone who authorized her mom to pick her passport. Maybe they changed the policy now. They always make the threat of sending it back, but the policy is to hold it for 30 days before sending back.

Ps: sending it back to Lagos means sending it back to the Canadian government and consular office where it was granted in Lagos.

@JNYUWA I don't know if you're familiar with this case - I need you to rescue me. So I got a call from VAC Abuja requesting that I pick up my stamped passport from their office or they will have to send it back to Lagos. I'm not in Abuja or anywhere near Abj. So what do they mean when they say they will return the passport to Lagos? Please clarify me, I'm kinda scared. I actually want to pick-up the passport when I get to Lagos as I'm about leaving.

Probably your application was processed and granted in Lagos? That is what they mean, Passport sent to the processing office. That will complicate things if your passport is sent back to the embassy. You can give someone a consent form to pick up your passport for you or better, take a flight or overnight bus to Abuja.

1. I received passport request and then after 1 week and some days, I was expecting ‘’your passport is ready for pick up ‘’ only to receive an email in my CIC account that the passport request sent was sent in error. I was shocked that this could happen. When I researched on a few people online who this had happened to, it ended in a refusal. But I held unto the word of God that said ‘’ who’s report would I believe? God or man?).
2. I held unto the word of God. I prayed more, I praised him and I kept fasting, I encouraged myself.
3. I made a huge mistake while I was uploading my personal bank statement. After submission. I realised that my bank statement was supposed to be 20pages, but I mistakenly uploaded only 5pages. ( it was incomplete). I really did not know what to do, so I took it to God in prayers. I was scared that the VO would think that this was deliberate and that I wanted to hide something. But God took control.
4. In addition, some people genuinely advised that I apply first on my own then later my family can apply. But you see, my family is everything to me so I never for once considered the thought of applying alone first. So with faith, I decided to apply together with my family.
5. Also, my school only gave me one chance of deferral I had differed from 2018, and I would have lost the admission if I wasn’t granted the study visa, but I thank God who did it!

A big thank you, to all the seniors and everyone who takes time to responds to people’s concerns and request on this forum, to everyone who helped me with information on this nairaland forum. I must confess you guys are awesome and I appreciate you all.
I pray from my heart, that my sweet Jesus who heard and answered my prayer would hear and answer the prayers of everyone reading this in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Tip: Prayer changes things. Please never loose hope. God still works wonders. Always tell it to Him, He hears, He listens and he answers!

If you are applying as a family with Children, upon passport submission we paid 11k for each child for ‘’passport Transmission.’’

Mathew 17 vs 201- ‘’Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

It ended in praise, My God will do yours also and you shall testify in Jesus mighty name amen!

I am Goingforward.!!!! Forward only. cool grin smiley

Congrats once again. You do well! May God go before you and your family and perfect the good work he started in you.

Am suspecting this too, its obvious their database for June- August applications have crashed ,mayb that was their reason for the frequent maintenance around that period. cos its not sensible holding up to applicants of June - August and replying to those that applied September and October. There is something fishy they are not disclosing... If their database have crahsed, they should just give everybody that applied from May -Ausgut approval since the fault is from them.. Am seriously suspecting those people..

So many myths going on here. Someone last month said that all July and August applicants will receive a decision in early November. The truth is, nobody but CIC itself is privy to such information. Anybody who profers solution as to when an application will be decided based on a reliable source, is only speculating. CIC does not disclose such information to anybody, not even to an MP. The second myth going on now is that CIC website has crashed. I really don't think this is true. This is the 21st century. A Canadian government website crashing? Even if it crashed, is giving everyone that applied a TRV a sensible way of response? Ordering everyone that applied to submit their application again with no application fees would be the sensible response. That they have not done so tells me crashed website is not the problem, but a matter of backlog spilling from fall the most busiest season that London encountered. Now applications since late September and October and now are been channelled to less busy Kenya to allow London do background check and finish processing it's backlog. This is what makes sense.

You are talking of July, what of we June applicants. June 21st, we are still here waiting. Hunkerbert of May 19th is still there. Then I know of someone from last year. Lemme not call his name before they will say I should spell it.......

Hahaha. Issorite! But it's not funny. A few people on the outliers I can handle. But a whole population of July applicants stuck between a rock and a hard place, is simply the definition of dereliction of duty. Anyways patience is a virtue and we are here waiting for a positive outcome IJN.

Sorry bro...u just have to write to school and tell dem the whole story...it's not u dat is delaying but them (the embassy)..also add dat u have already made arrangements to be there but still u have to wait for the visa...just add anything to let the school allow u to differ one more time preferably April/May 2019...

Den for the visa....send a mail again, tell dem your school has given you till 2nd November to be there or face the possibility of losing your admission entirely dy by wasting your money on fees( also state the amount in naira and in Canadian Dollars)...u might also add dat u will be taking legal actions if u don't get a decision b4 time (approval or denial)...I hope this helps..

They have diplomatic immunity. You cannot take legal action against them. Your only option is to wait and pray it ends in praises!
