Family / Re: How Do I Confront My Wife With This Kind Of Question by jobadaiya: 6:45pm On Nov 22, 2023 |
OP's original sin is simply lack of boundary which you mentioned. 2. He allowed some religious malware programming to take over him, including that harmful 'allowing peace to reign.' 3. No 2 above messes up with his leadership role in the union; with the spiralling consequences on both sides. A man who firmly leads as the captain and with a strong boundary that he actively polices would considerably tame his woman. I mean, gives her a strong sense of direction. This wasn't there and the woman chooses to be doing anyhow. 4. Guy must have to face his business squarely first before anything. Then, go on a therapy or heal up before setting up boundaries to safeguard himself. 5. After taking his time on No 4 above, which must have primed him up psychologically, he can then go for DNA test on all the kids. 6. Separation is something OP should consider first; if possible with immediate effect and he should be more security and safety conscious going forward. Dogalmighty17: |
Politics / Re: Why Saraki Will Survive At The Supreme Court by jobadaiya: 8:24am On Apr 20, 2016 |
chukwudi44: You dont need to answer those who think through the anus of sentiments and childishness. In law court, it is the merit of the contending parties that matters. Some of them claiming holy holy here, will do worse if given mere church offering to handle. Your argument on why Saraki may win is very plausible. There even more holes I see from both the prosecution bench and the CCT itself. |

chukwudi44: Exactly! The case against the Senate President is pure persecution both by some political power block and some irresponsible and misguided media. |

Well, just as I have detailed in bullets above, you need do the ASKING - Real Research. Not a desktop thing. I did suggest some steps as business, is subsumed as part of wider resource allocation system as ours. dondo83: |

Its quite a good idea. I know several ''shared'' or multipurpose services (I alluded to it up thread) in Abuja with such as part of there business model. It thrives on good/accessible location with potential customers having paying capacity and of course a sound management. We are already in a sharing economy in Naija... |
Business / Re: I Need A Business Idea I Can Invest 2-5million In Abuja by jobadaiya: 3:45pm On Jun 17, 2015 |
Often I hear/read similar questions like this. My take sir: 1. You need to do the ASKING and ANALYSIS, i.e., Real RESEARCH - NOT Desktop Research sir! 2. By spending say between N30-N100k on such research, (a) asking say business people some selected businesses and (b) also asking potential buyers of these selected businesses and getting several reports, you will have clearer idea of which to establish. 7 to 14 days should be okay for this. 3. Should You settle for any based on (2) above, you will need do a proof of business concept to determine the economically viable market offer. 14 to 45 days 3. With (2) and (3) above, you will not only save the possibility of big loss in an unfamiliar business/market, but also gain the city market insights such as various markets, prices, players/agents/contacts/network, and some peculiar market challenges. 4. With the above, you can have a better level of assurance to do whatever business that will bring in profitable paying customers. 5. For instance, should someone say business X, or Y or Q is the best for one to go into, questions to ask the person is show us those who are making such money so as to get an idea of how they are delivering value to customers (i.e, their business plan). If, they cannot show us human being who run such, well, it may be poems for the deities . You need see evidence, me think for you to spend any money o. 6. Businesses that come to my mind right now, that can be tested in any viable location in Abuja include a business center (you will have advantage of doing your paper works and pursuing contracts market in Abuja), laundry services, multi-service centre (one with say gaming, viewing, saloon facilities), agric production (NOTE- good to start by buying and selling any of such before you go into actual production yourself) or even PARTNERING or BUYING out-rightly any existing business and restructuring it. It's all about the system/business model you setup to run any business you so settle for and of course, ACTION, being proactive! 7. Ultimately, the business you settle for should be one that you can develop interest in so as to contribute into its growth. Sorry that I wrote lenghty - the answer requires many clarity/obstacles to arrive at sir! 1 Like |
Business / Re: What Risk Free Business Can Give Me At Least 50k Profit On 500k In 3months? by jobadaiya: 1:45pm On Jun 17, 2015 |
I will suggest you do a CP/BA investment in any commercial bank. The interest may be small but, your money will be safe till you will be able to do the business you presumably have competence in and familiarity with its market dynamics. If you are to invest such in any business now, the risk of loosing the money, to me is on the high side; 1. You may not have TIME, 2. You may not be able to get COMPETENT hand easily to assist You,and 3. finally You may not be able to Evaluate the Market because the short time frame. However, to overcome this, You may have to ask around in your LOCALITY for a knowledgeable business researcher/consultant to quiz you further and also suggest what businesses are available in your domain after considering YOUR personal CONSTRAINTS. 1 Like |

Hello @all. My take on this: 1. Is the whole sum going to be capitalized for the business? If yes, it means 50 of you guys are co-owners of the business(es) accordingly. I am assuming, you guys can form a cooperative to have a more formal identity and structure. 2. You guys also have to determine whether you are employing others to carry out the business or you have competent manpower in the battalion of 50 men. 3. For a real business as you want, it is the market that SHOULD determine what you are to go into and also your collective resolution... 4. It means, you will need to have a REAL Business Developer/Researcher in your LOCATION/AREA/REGION to conduct REAL research/feasibility studies in order to determine A) what products or services the LOCAL PEOPLE are PAYING FOR (LARGELY IN CASH) and the viability of such. 5. In summary, Your location and current or potential future market needs should determine what you are to consider for business decision. It would be difficult for anyone here to tell you the right business if we dont know which LOCATION/AREA you are from; and most importantly, getting a business analyst/researcher/consultant(whatever label) to do a proper field work. Cheers |
Programming / Re: Future Of Software Development In Nigeria In The Next 15 Years by jobadaiya: 7:59am On May 28, 2015 |
Goodmorning Gimakon, these countries you mentioned, developed because of their peculiar nature - for instance, USA was built from scratch by the immigrants who left their old world and culture which they dont like...; India with her staggering population is only responding to natural economic laws to speed up development (You cant have such population and be on merrymaking!); and Japan has a long history of innovation and organization ingrained in their culture. In my little experience in Nigeria, getting the right developer with right attitude is a big challenge. The problems are much to say the least. However, we need focus on solutions on way forward for Naija... |
