Thanks bro CuteRedd: send schools a request for a waiver also attach your unofficial credentials and talk about your professional experience/academic achievements if any. Also ask them if your profile is competitive enough to apply so that you don’t waste effort in applying to a place where you won’t have a chance. Wish you the best! |

Hello house... I'm now feeling like I'm too relaxed about my ambitions and goals about studying in the united state as the schools I applied to has not updated my admission status. I think I need to apply to more schools, please which schools waive application fee because I don't want to waste more money on application fee. Which schools offer GA? Thanks in anticipation for your response. |

I will do that right away adeshna: Good advice, but it doesn't work that way. There are ways of doing this to make it convincing. You need a good life story but there are certain things admission committee want to see to make them consider you.
You can contact me if you want me to help you through or I can help you. |

Thanks for this information... I'm very grateful Time2win: Going through the education USA route will cost you money, you have to register with them (registration fee is 200$ but i think the flat rate in naira is around 35k), send your official transcript to them and ask them to forward it to your school.
If you decide to certify it at federal ministry, you will have to get an official copy from your school and certify it at federal ministry of education. Then you send it to the school through post office which takes 21days or use courier services like dhl, ups, fedex.
Any option you choose, you will spend money. Be sure you will get the admission before passing through this stress or just forget the school. |

I don't know maybe after processing my official transcript I will have to take it to federal ministry of education or education USA For it to be certified before sending to the school or the official transcript sent straight from my school will do. Time2win: Do what they asked for |

Hello house...I got the below message via email from Eastern Illinois university:
I am currently reviewing your application to the MS in Cybersecurity – please know that your transcripts cannot be authenticated. As such, your application will not be moved forward.
Accordingly, I am advising you to mail us an official transcripts certified by the Office of the Federal Ministry of Education in your home country in Nigeria. You have also the option to have your transcripts certified by the Education USA Office in Nigeria. The Education USA is located at the following address in Nigeria:
U.S. Consulate Lagos
EducationUSA Advising Center
Public Affairs Section
2 Walter Carrington Crescent Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria
What do you think I should do in this situation? |

Wow...thanks for your encouraging words. I didn't get myself not until I saw this reply. Thank you very much. I'm more inspired and motivated now bracelum: If you don't stutter when you talk then you're not a stutterer If it is an admission interview, then it depends on the performance of your competitors. If your program is competitive, then a bad interview performance might mar your chances. If your program isn't competitive, the school will have no option but to admit you irrespective of your interview performance.
Every school needs students
So, keep your fingers crossed and learn from the experience. Interview expertise develops with experience. I think your next outing will be better than this one. |

I don't even know my category, but I stutter when I'm nervous or angry, I rarely stutter when I talk. Yes...it as an admission interview. bracelum: Are you a natural stutterer? Was it an admissions interview or just an informational session? |

Hi house, I finished my video chat with yeshiva University program director not quite long. But it is unfortunate that I stammer and stutter a lot in the video chat as if I can't construct sentences though I made them realize at the end of the chat that I was a bit nervous that they should pardon me for that. Hope it won't affect my application status and my reputation as a master applicant? |

Is it that I will pay $500 before getting the admission? Time2win: I think you applied to a different program that's outside your first degree, reason why they want to know you and your career plans. They might likely give you conditional admission and give you some EDX courses to study and pass, then u get certification in it and submit to them. If accepted, they have 500$ compulsory fee to pay in order to accept your admission. Their scholarship doesn't pass 5000$ most times. Well the interview is friendly chat, they want to know you. |

The application fee is nothing but but the problem is processing the admission with resources, pain and time and eventually finds out it's not a good school to get F1 visa. Please I need sincere response don't mind the application fee I paid. Thanks Olalekank: ...just in case of next time, try to inquire first before paying the application fee... |

Please check your PM Auditmonkey: Someone please respond this time.
Hey guys.
I just got my admit decision from UT Dallas for MS in Accounting (Fall 2019). I am still expecting a response from UMD and TAMU-Commerce.
I have searched online and LinkedIn for placement statistics for UTDallas but I can't find much except what's on the school website.
Please tell me what you know about Big 4(audit) recruitments on the UTD campus (internship/full-time).
Is it worth getting a loan for?
Thank you.
