What is the condition of the Teslim Balogun Stadium?

Oga u and I know that none of our stadiums are in perfect condition. No need for long talk.

At the moment Egypt would do a far better job hosting. We’ve been here before when we talked about airports etc. Anyone who tells me MMA2 is great is delusional or have not seen better airports. The Abuja airport is currently in construction, but I’m not expecting anything great.

Anyways we all have our different way of seeing things. What is perfect for you could be average at best for me.

forgiveness:
You are the one speaking balderdash and looking for loopholes to begin those your usual tribalism nonsense.

Stadiums in states that can afford great stadiums are in good conditions. Uyo, Delta, Rivers(only grass needs to be worked on) and even Edo. There was no need to emphasize on this.

Lagos case is different and it will take a state like Lagos willing to spend money to embark on such projects.

Do you think only stadium is involved? What about accommodation, transportation, security, logistics etc

Use your brain for once.

Your comment on Lagos not the mention. That was uncalled for. It’s not like other states have not build great stadiums. It was unnecessary and wasn’t the point of this discussion.

Let me ignore the balderdash
forgiveness:
What kind of unnecessary question is this? Did you see only Lagos on my list? Why didn't you ask me if I am an indigene, huh?

You don't need to worry about the existence of Lagos indigene. Go and work there and see if you will promoted to permanent secretary or any sensitive positions if you are not an indigene.

How many stadiums did Iist there? 10. Why did I mention only 7? Use your brain for once.

Back to the issue, Wasn’t it the Adokiye stadium that hosted our Congo friendly? I wouldn’t be surprised if your “perfect” and “good” isn’t what it really is after all.

forgiveness:
Because Lagos is more eager to host major competitions.

7 of those stadiums are in perfect condition.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 9:18pm On Jan 08, 2019
What do u mean by Lagos is rich to put in a perfect condition? We all know Nigeria can get several stadiums to perfect condition. But the question is what is the state of the stadiums right now considering our maintenance culture? And how much needs to be done to get tit standard completion ready? You say good condition. How good is this your good condition?

forgiveness:
1. Uyo stadium(in good condition) 30,000 capacity
2. Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Edo state (renovation ends this month) 20,000 capacity

4. Abuja Stadium (grass can be fixed) 60,000 capacity
5. Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Rivers state(new stadium) 38,000

banging in goals earlier. is his club form affecting him in the GWG, or has he simply regressed? You choose

Komekn try watch Chukwueze in La Liga. I would like to hear your own analysis without making reference to EPL.

komekn:
I know it would have to be you digging and looking for straws to clutch on too. To buttress your prejudice.

Every club has an analyst well at least most professional ones will have a number of analysts. Thier job is too objectively assess player performances against factual performance data. Just in case you do not know.

One question ❓ two answers

What is the difference between MATCH ANALYSIS with it's objectively specific measured performance parameters and players promotion, hype and or preference. Obviously you do not know.

Skysports is arguably the most authoritative sports media outlet in the world. With its detailed Match performance and the inherent players assessments this called ANALYSIS. I want to believe you have heard the word before.

What happened with Chukwueze is subjective, futuristic speculative projection, supposition which is essentially likelihood.

If l said that KC and Isaac Success had rubbish games yoi would all say, l am biased but underpinned my view with substantiation. We are also talking about one specific match and thier specific measured performances.

One local journalists an individual not a collective made an opinion based projection albeit informed it is still speculative. With regards to Chukwueze.

Skysports assess the factual performance details after the match and in sense carry out a balance score card assessment and these are thier SCORES RESULTS or if you like ratings it's not speculative but factual.

Ignorance they say is bliss. You are comparing cheese to chalk.

Nuff Said.

Until he threads that path you are suggesting (assuming it would work to his favor), allow others to say it as it is. You are judged by what you do on the field of play.

TheGoodJoe:
As I said, it is his choice. Either he wants to stay making money or take some loses to propel his career. I just pointed out why he is not doing well and suggested the solution.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 3:54pm On Jan 08, 2019
It has to be reputable British ONLY media
junnyjake:
You're a very interesting somebody, aren't you Komekn?

You were thesame person forbidding everyone from using LaLiga's rating of Chukwueze as one of the best U-21s in Spain.

You said we should use our brains instead and not allow the media, do the thinking for us. Wayodude, you should remember this argument.

Now, you can run to your online sources to corroborate your negative stand against those players.

You're just too predictable.

PS : Don't come at me with your usual dumb "context" lectures, it won't fly with me this time.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 3:51pm On Jan 08, 2019
whats of Rohr’s system? Has it changed?
TheGoodJoe:
Please, I have made my point and it is so simple. The system does not suit Nacho. The point is too simple. From Shakespeare, it was the same. Terrible systems that does not suit Nacho. Mourinho was delivering results and titles for Manchester United, that did not stop the old dogs of Manchester United like Giggs and Scholes to point out the detriment of Mourinho's negativity to the players.

So telling me Puel came 7th does not in anyway change the point. We can expect Nacho to work his socks off to make something out of it. But, I will not judge him on that. I pointed this before Nacho moved.

Finito.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 3:47pm On Jan 08, 2019
They are not key players then. That’s the crux of the matter.

TheGoodJoe:
It is simple logic. Aguero will perform better with the key players in the team than when they are not there. If the player is not scoring with key players, how do you expect a better performance without them?
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 10:07pm On Jan 07, 2019
Ah ah.. when key players dey, u no score. Now key players no dey u wan blame their absence. Why u urself no be key player na?

TheGoodJoe:
BascoVanVeli point is factual and has no basis of sentiments in it. Dropping key players will affect the performances of other players. It is clearly logical and devoid of sentiments.

Finito.

grin
komekn:
I remember our good friend BascoVanVeli called the league one teams a bunch of agricultural engineers and farmers. Now this wasn't league one bit a further step down to league two.

That KC is way too good for the league and our players from the NPFL he implied are better.

Well what will BascoVanVeli say now, first of all his highly rated strikers were impotent against these farmers.

I watched our players and l have watched both of KC and Success.

In a physical game with KC leading the line against the farmers and agricultural engineers from Newport. KC was completely out of his depth. Zero hold up play and no aerial superiority.

I was more shocked by Isaac Success, who l expected to completely dominate proceedings was getting bullied off the ball by agricultural engineers.

I remember making the comments that KC will struggle in the championship and many jumped on the abuse wagon against me. Many said KC would be scoring goals for fun in the championship, l said I very much doubt it. This was as they tried to downplay the quality of Josh Maja.
