Buhari lacks the spirit of sportsmanship. This sort of man should never be a leader. He's so bitter! Look at his demeanor: his facial expression. So stiff! Not even a beam of smile. But look at how innocently - albeit almost sheepishly - Gov. Seriake is smiling, and Buhari is shaking hands with him, stone faced. Why? Because the Governor is of PDP. He couldn't even pretend for a second...even if it's just for the Camera. If it was an APC Governor, you'd see him opening his 32, laughing like a fool. What a bitter man! Nigeria has never been the best nation of the world, yes! But she had never been this bloody. Nigeria is bleeding profusely! I grew up to meet a "bad Nigeria". Nevertheless, it took The PDP (Obasanjo = 8years + Y'aradua = 2years + Jonathan = 6years) good 16years to bring Nigeria from her 'original' bad state to worse. And now, it has taken The APC (Buhari) just 1year to shatter that record; breaking the record set by the PDP so rapidly and in an unprecedented fashion, by bringing Nigeria from worse to worst; to an all-time low; to her bending knees. And by so doing, they've set a new record - a world record...in failure! Wow! Nobody (Party) does it like the APC. Legendary! 148 Likes 16 Shares

Judging from the picture, this is a clear illustration of Federal System Of Government, where both the Central government (FG) and the State(s) have equal authority. Look at the Ass (the FG) and the Breasts (the States), you'd see that they are equally powerful. No one can intimidate the other. You do me, I do you! You shake your own, I shake my own.
