UTMOST10:Up here is an example of a typical black man's mentality. This is an example of how religion eats away at the brain of a typical black man. Many of those who made this statement, some don kpai. Some are the same people creating posts and begging diasporans like this op. Others, in their old comments, they were boasting about how only they and their family are insulated from economic hardship because they probably have a "special" way they connect to their invisible god. This individualistic or close-unit familial mindset is one reason why the country is where it is today. The socalled stup!d celebrities don't care about others because they and their family do not "beg to eat". Same thing for politicians. Even during the endsars, there were those who earned money online by doing remote work and because of this, they didnt feel the need to involve in the protest. This is the most backwards mentality of the black man. They dont know that a working society is far better than an individual milestone. You travel abroad to sane countries because the society works. Crime is on a low so you do not bother about erecting huge walls, electrifiying your fences or hiring security guard to protect your home. In nigeria, you make money but you create a huge fence, put broken bottles on your fence, add 2 iron doors, dash in and out. You are only as rich as your outer society. You are only as free as the outer society. If you live in the midst of mad people, foreigners will regard you as mad. Even if you speak coherently, they will but brand your madness as posh. Reason. You are not more special than those who have said these words and are now begging and hassling people on whatsapp and extended family members. OP was probably saying things like you 3 years ago. Let's see what you may say 3 years after. |
Sangoamadioha1:Nigerians have been there and done that yen yen yen... Done which crap nonsense?! ![]() Stories. Is that how to do protest? They kllled just a few people and everybody ran inside and started doing tribal blame games. The soldiers that shot were just following orders. So you don't know that some will die? As they kill some, they expect the protesters to mount a serious comeback so they can have tangible reason to recoil. They need us to be hardcore to an extent. But trust this GMO generation na. Na to fold like wimps, dey hide, dey peep thru window. Shioor abeg. ![]() |
I DON'T TAKE NIGERIANS SERIOUSLY. THEY WILL BE COMPLAINING ABOUT HARDSHIP. BUT JUST SUGGEST A BREAKING APART OF THE ZOOLOGICAL REPUBLIC, THE LUGARDIAN CURSED EMPIRE, THE SO-CALLED NIGGGER-REANS WILL UNITE AND COME FOR YOUR HEAD. AND WILL MOCK YOU IF YOU ARE TAKEN AWAY OR INCARCERATED. |
Kobojunkie:Sounds counter-intuitive but makes sense upon deeper reflection. |
DUNDEEmoderatos:It is not enough to call him a suffering ni666er. Some of these people are moles planted all over the internet space to defend the epileptic government and to influence those with weak minds on ethnic, tribal or religious grounds. Before the hungry and angry typical nigerian hits the streets against the politicians, they need to first identify the enablers and defenders and take the war to them first. There needs to be an inner revolution first before the outer revolution. |
DID KENYANS ASK FOR THEIR PEOPLE ABROAD BEFORE THEY STAGED A REVOLUTION?? WEAK-ASS BLACK VEXATIOUS NIGGGER-AREANS. SHEBI ALL OF UNA NA PRAYER WARRIORS NA. WHAT ALLAH CANNOT DO DOES NOT EXIST; MIRACLE NO DEY TIRE JESUS. NO MATTER THE STATE OF THE ECONOMY, MY HOUSEHOLD AND I BLABLABLA... Is It Not Some Of You That Were Going For 2023 Elections That Were Fighting Diasporans Of Biafra And Oduduwa Extraction, Saying They Were Sponsored? Many Of Us Here Mocked The Arrest Of Kanu, Igboho And Even When Ekpa Was Temporarily Arrested. Even Up Till Today, Una Still Keep Mocking Them. Go To Ekpa's Page Or Koiki's Page Or Mayegun Diary Politico. Lazy Irritating Niggger-areans. Shey One-nigeria Don Dey Tire Una So Quick? I Watched A Number Of Programs Then: From Adeola Fayehun To Dr Damages To That Delta Dreads Guy (Pararan mock news or so). Even Here On Nl. You People Mocked Us Saying We Are Sponsored. Okay Na WE MUST ALL SUFFER THE FOOLISHNESS TOGETHER. DIASPORANS, HOLD UNA MONEY BACK. CONQUERED BLACK SLAVES MUST LEARN. |
jkuvira:Thanks. I've looked around for more lyrically meaningful artistes but they are few and far between. |
Ahmed0336:U go fear fear na But the difference is that Canadians also travel to UK, and USA to obtain citizenship there too. Its such like an exchange. But u see Nigeria, its a one-way ticket. |
All na hustle sha. By the way, when Nigeria movie industry go do film like prison break or 24? This is what I keep saying. Both in songs, movies, books etc., we only get mediocre stuff. In songs, you'll be hearing lyrics like "Come wetin dey worry you, I get money pass your papa o hmmn". In the movie industry, you'll be hearing titles like "Heart of Fire", "Lagos husbands"... now see this one: "Lekki housewives". Is everything always all about love, family, relationship, cheating etc? I just don tire. Please engage your brains please. There is a site in Idanre where they tend to hear sounds from a caved rock. You can form a movie around that idea. There is abundance of fulani terrorists and bandits all the way from sahel down to lagos. Think of a movie that sheds light on how ammo runs illegally, espionage, hideouts, upper echelon conspiracy, crime fighting, crisis management, world politics, neo-colonialism, terrorism, unjust detentions, illegal mining / bunkery, even secession. Disguise it in such a way that it would pass the screening test but your viewers that have sense would know where you're going. There is a current GMO agenda in Nigeria already in the works. Nollywood producers cannot think of a movie that would encapsulate the danger, knock-on effects and predictability of this agenda and how far-reaching its effects could be. No o. Instead at the dead of the night, they will be sending email to oldies like Rita Dominic or mercy Johnson that "Hey, we are about to shoot one movie in Lekki. Please can you play the role of a housewife or sugar-mummy? We estimate between 2 - 4 million for a cameo role if the numbers hit so-so- and so figure" |
Belcon:Wise men put measures in place to save their land. |
femi4:Hmmn, not all the time. Simi, made a comeback after fading off with her single hit ara-ile. She re-branded and came with a hit with Falz (soldier) in 2016. Since then, she's been mainstream. |
RighteousDemon:Africans are making zombies out of social media. |
Chrisrare:So in ur mind, sniper is easy. Just dey play. |

God go bless you tire. She's been the best female artiste to come out of naija in the past 10 years. I can name many nigerian female singers and nearly none can come close in holding a candle to her. See names: 1. Tiwa Savage (Very versatile but still holds no candle to Morgan). 2. Simi (Sonorous voice. Good dancer. Intelligent actress and song scripter). She try though but no reach 3. D'ija (Powerful voice. Has a unique range of pitches. Still no reach. Left the scene too early). 4. Stormrex (No reach) 5. Fave (Her dancehall style reminds me of Cynthia just a likkle. Still nuh reach). 6. Waje (No reach. Generally simple songs she sings). 7. Yemi Alade (So-called Mama Africa. Sings one reasonable song after 9 cringy songs) 8. Tems (Overrated) 9. Teni (Hit and miss) 10. Niniola (Good but not excellent) 11. Qing Madi (Tries for her age) 12. Eva Alordiah (Good) Purposely decided to leave out the likes of Sade Adu or Asa who sing completely different genres and firmly fall into a prior generation but I place only these 2 above Cynthia Morgan... that I can recall for now. |
Dangrace01:Hahaha, boss no o. Haba, I swear no o. ![]() |
willyo:U sabi. |
Since Wizkid lost his mum last year, you can tell his passion dropped. And his mom was not that old. After Davido lost his kid, his passion also dropped. But at least he seems to have partially recovered, and he always had other kids anyway. His wife has not recovered. As for Burna, one of d very few nigerian singers that can do an int'l collabo and I wouldn't cringe about his lyrics or his delivery. Another is Patoranking. Tiwa Savage is one, Wizkid a little. Asa definitely. Omah Lay surely. Ruger, to a very good extent. Fave, Ayrra Star. Singers with lyrics that make me cringe Kizz Daniel (melodious but nursery rhymes), Davido (energetic but lyrics too cringy most of the time e.g, "so mi so, I don nono... Energy like cocaine, creme de de la creme), Victony, Young Jonn (sings nonsense, man should stick to dj), Shallipopi (should not be mentioning this guy sef), Rema (babyish lyrics: "come here wetin dey worry you, I get money pass your papa uhhn'), Odumodu (does not piece his rap story properly), CKay (lyrically lazy dude), Kcee (You would think his lyrics would have matured considering his duration in this game) Summary: Nigerian singers should do better with their lyrics abeg. I mean, it's not that difficult na. Worse comes to worse, open dictionary, learn history and cultures of other places and research idioms and witty expressions. Put efforts. Make person hear music make hin brain engage small. All these primary 1 lyrics don tire person ear abeg. That is why I miss Cynthia morgan: Bubble Bup (2016) "Definitely them a call on me Cos me a get the stuff wey fit fall down d economy Girl friend me never let the things of the world dishonour me Call me boyfriends sidechicks them a fall on me Word for dah Whine in a bubble bup Still in my run baff-mi say them no fit Whine in a bubble bup Stick stake it sticky-yicky... Simmer: one-two. Wey the way me bounce it for him, me lock down me tin' tin' tin' tin' tin' tin', Bounce it for him, me lock down the tin' for me baby baby o Like Dat (Ft Banky W, WizzyPro) "Girl a full When she turn up you cant look away Money red bottom money things that she wear Everything tight with a suiting Marykay Hold on She want the bread not the winner Money cheese and the keys to your beamer And she too deep her frisk collar bout to kill her When she comes through she she is a killer Hold on She a street hustler Man a real smuggler She never jack by left course that's a ritual If you are drug then she is the smuggler Chilling up with killers Girl 'a overzealous She don't want no hilux But she waiting for her pick up Call her friends for link up Chilling with the dons and the geez her skirt never cross above her knees" |
This man don turn apc spokesperson. O kare o. |
Rubyjade:U didnt even add exported prostitution? |
Ever8090:Way to go... |
olaniyilukman:Why call him oloriburuku? Waht has he done that warrants that? |
Inyaky:You are very correct. I understand your point. Thank you. |
WantsandMore:You have said it all. It's a strange relationship but does exist. |
See these shady Bayero's eyes sha. I remember one song by Joe el, the singer who sings and looks like 2 face (and quite by small coincidence, my moniker mimics).. He sang a song called "Oya now" with Oritsefemi in 2014 or so, produced by the late OJB Jezreel. A few lines of the lyrics are: "Isaac has sent joel bayaro (haha) I mean back in the days of ado bayero (sabada)" ---------------------------- What I'm thinking is Joe el is from Southern Kaduna and his father was killed by fulani terrorists in 2020 or so. My question is, why is it that some middle-belt people tend to honour this culture of the fulanis despite what their eyes have seen? Ice Prince from Jos dresses like that sometimes. 2 face from Benue wey no far o, does the same thing, dressing like an emir sometimes, shortly after fulani sahel bandits had laid waste his Benue kinsmen. I'm not sure if it's a tacit master-slave connection but uhmm, never really mind. |
vannessa7:Okay, thanks for letting me know but still doesn't negate my points. You are only a muslim because somewhere along the line, either you or your parents / ancestors bowed to the superiority of the arabs. That is just the long and short of the whole matter, whether you admit or not. |
LOVEALAIGBO:They are islamic terrorists. Simply knack it on its head. But you'll be surprised the amount of non-muslims that do not want to hear anything mnk, biafra, ipob etc. All d way from middle-belt to south west, south-south and even that south-east. |
Fire4fireNL:Say you are a muslim without saying you are a muslim. |
Nigeriaaa1960:Childish. |
SIMPonPatrol:She's just there. She's neither happy nor sad. |
vannessa7:So if most parts of Nigeria was bushy, what exactly is your point? Does that means humans didn't exist because the areas were bushy? What kind of reasoning is this though? Ancient men were mostly cavemen and hunters and gatherers... They didn't build any modern civilisation but wandered and foraged. If you say you see angels, hope you know there are others who see unicorns, others see flying horses, alicorns, dragons, goblins, ghouls? And how do you see them? If it's via a dream, then anyone can dream anything. If you say you spoke with one, did you speak inside a dream cos if so, anyone can talk to anyone in a dream. But if it's live, then where is your proof? If you do not have a video recording or at the very least, an audio recording, then you and your angel are quite a disappointment. If you call Ifa idol, then your jesus is a mere human sculpture. And if you say others would go to hell for not believing your jesus human sculpture then congratulations! Because you are also going to hell in another person's religion. |
nony43:Compared to Davido, definitely yes. |
