I was jobless in Nigeria and jobless in Europe, bro. I just love to travel, if travelling is a job then I am working as a traveller.

Bro you can try Finland and Netherland during summer for picking jobs don't come to Greece except you want to move to another country from there.

Europe is very hard no work people are looking for a farm job to do they can't even get it.

After this pandemic, many countries around the world will open road for migrant I advise you get your passport ready, May God help us.
Thanks again, advice taken.

The truth is without a hustle that permits one to save to travel, travelling remains a fantasy or maybe what can only be achieved through a miracle.

While preparing myself for the possibility of countries opening border for migrants after the pandemic, please anyone who knowns of a legit way to raise travelling money should please help point me towards the direction, OP abeg you can suggest a hustle spot too I am ready to work and can do anything so long as it harms no one, thanks...

I personally can do anything genuine no matter how menial to raise money for travelling.

I love you courage! I will ask you some questions and get some information from you. my word of advice and anyone reading this conversation might be of help.

what problem does your business idea want to solve. What industry do you want to operate.
I did actually see your mention last night but couldn't reply immediately due to power issues.

I have 3 Ideas with all of them in line with at least one of the United Nations SDGs.
The first is Health (consuming of healthy food/making available the needed nutrition for patients depending on the ailment).
If you read from these two links below, it would be easier to understand what I intend to solve or at least reduce significantly.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/health-fitness/nutrition/11-reasons-to-stop-drinking-fizzy-drinks/

https://healthyeating.sfgate.com/disadvantages-soft-drinks-2308.html

I intend to produce a more healthy refreshing drink, that would serve the purpose of these carbonated/soda/fizzy drinks and also serve as a detox and a post workout drink, as this is the only way to reduce the subtle harm and death these carbonated drinks are causing.

The second is on Tech/Education which is also one of the major SDGs of UN.

The third but not the least is on Agriculture.

My experience is really unbelievable.
I was actually a victim of scam.
I met that particular guy at my place of work(hotel, he actually told me he had a problem with his ATM Card and that I should pls. Let him transfer to my account in which i declined. My roomie saw me talking to the guy and asked about our discussion and i detailed the info to him. Later, the next morning the guy (claiming he is coming back from the ATM) approach my roomie and he eventually gave him my account and my ATM Card(he has issues with his bank account). The guy transferred 150k and 20k to my acct. And withdrew 150k. He went away with my atm card and was nowhere to be fnund. 3days later, my acct was restricted and i was asked to refund the 150k.
My experience is similar but not with ATM though.

How do you guys get hotel hustle please?
Abeg help a brother.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: 5 Habits That Make People Stay In Poverty For Life by Joemetry(m): 3:41pm On Apr 24, 2020
uprof:
Often time I ask myself" why do very few people rich and majority stay poor?"

In my quest to find answers to this question,I realized that the rich and the poor differ in what they think about and what they do

In this video I'm going to tell you 5 habits that make people stay in poverty for life.

1. They live below their means!. The habit of live below your means is doing more harms than good. With a view to living below their means, they cut down important cost on things that can make them go forward in life. Instead of living below your means why not focus on increasing your means. If you will be realistic cutting down cost is like cutting down things that can make you happy. Psychologically most things we buy increase our happiness and self esteem.

In this short video I gave out suitable illustrations and reasons why people stay in poverty for life.

If you don't have data to watch, you can read the blog

Now many of us have business idea but no finance and all we get from business gurus as advice is "get a small loan" but then loan requirements is somehow an indirect huddle stopping you from getting the loan because you don't have a job or a tangible collateral.

Okay now speaking for myself, I am very ready to work in fact hard working enough to do anything legit even though menial to gather money for my startup but I have walked the streets of Southern and Western Nigeria for 5 months no job (To an extent it's 'no connect no job').

2 days ago, I went to Iddo market a very busy commercial area in Lagos mainland begging the northern guys there to allow me work with them (unloading and loading of food sacks that in weight should be way over 100kg) but guess what?
Even with my readiness to do any job regardless of it nature so long as it's legit these men particularly from the north said they can't allow me work there because those people unloading/loading have groups that have been together for over 5 years and if anyone leaves the group those already in line for replacement would be contacted.

Now, how does one raise the smallest of capitals to startup?
Even in Nairaland a reasonable job adverts are scam baits waiting for you to nosedive in and loss.
Remember, I am ready to do anything legit no matter the nature, as long as it can help me raise capital.

Thank you.

EMEKUSBOY9:
LET ME QUICKLY ADD THIS THINGS.

For those people who doubt or who believe on manners from heaven

Yes, i was the only one among us who has plans on what to do before coming to ivory coast. 3 of my friends have no plans but they just believe in them self and God. (Please am not saying people should just travel like this ooo, without proper plan)

But think again if u think God just bless them without them having anything to offer, then u will find out they have a lot to offer that they dnt even know.

Let me tell u what they have that made God to use it to bless them( no body is born useless in this world unless u decided to be useless).

So let me start this way

CHIDI - has a senior brother has been in ivory coast for years and got married to an Ivorian ladies.

Chidi told me how his brother never wanted him to come, and how his brother told him ivory coast was bad. ( did anybody remember one common thing with Nigerians abroad? ) but he keep disturbing his brother then he brother told him " if u come to ivory coast u are not going to stay at my place " . He has no choice to accept that term, then his brother sent him money to for transport too ivory coast.

LESSONS

WHY HE MADE IT ? - he was determined at the face of rejection from his senior brother. That is what we called " DETERMINATION"

ISIOMA - God does not forget he's own people. His love for God was something anybody in the church will notice. in fact he has a record of not dating any woman before he left ivory coast.

BOBBY- people can use this guy case as study that the way God think is different from us.

His plans was to move to Ghana but that plans change because of his love for women put him into trouble but still yet God is always ready for u. ( am not encouraging anybody to womanise or commit adultery) . That did not make him give up or return to nigeria and his smartness and foresight played in . In fact is like his life was destined that way.

LESSON TO LEARN

WHY DID HE MADE IT ? his a grate thinker, smart and a guy that sees far ( visions).

Once again God uses the Good things u have to bless you.

DNT GIVE UP

U are more to hit a jackpot in business in "ivory coast " than Nigeria.

Business is number one way to be the new "Ivorian dangote " grin all most all business can make u a big boy down to even food selling. If u have a serious girlfriend/wife move in with her and set up a canteen there and watch her be the new Ivorian "alakija" grin

I know a woman who came into "Ivory coast" with a "make shift canteen" to sale food, believe me after 6months this woman bought car for her husband. 2years since i left there my friends told me she has started building her house in Nigeria. Let me say something.... "age is nothing" if u are determined , i remember how me and my friends where playing with this woman because of her age. We were telling her hustling is for young guys in a foreign country and not for a woman that is around 45 to 50 years grin but today she has proven to us that age is nothing. Dnt allow anyone to tell when or what age to travel. Is better late than never!
Keep inspiring me bro, I have a brother pushing football like you did.
We used to do it together and even played in the same academy on Pro League the one we call division 2 in English football, I had ACL injury and had to stop the hustle but he is still pushing strong and has tried his luck in Burkina Faso and some other African countries, I need to tell him about Ivory Coast as the pay in this other countries is just for survival and to help one push the hustle the more.

These are the kind of threads we want in this platform.

The country is really cool and peaceful; the steady light (Nepa) and public water supply is really fascinating and incredible. Can't still believe my eyes that this is the third night here and the light is yet to blink. It's like in a dream.

Pls fellow Nairalanders hustling here, I will really appreciate any hint of a legitimate hustle here. I'm precisely in Greater Accra region.
