Politics / Re: Security Agencies Advised Us To Ban smartphones - Tribunal by Johans2023: 2:19pm On May 23, 2023
FreeStuffsNG:
The embarrassing show of shame by the uncouth mob of Mr Obi attacking the National Chairman of Labour Party, Pa Lamidi Apapa was a serious indictment on the security agencies.

The Intel failed, security officers were caught unawares and shown in distress was enough proof that the 'terrorist attack' on the hallowed court ground was pre planned to be recorded and posted online.

Unfortunately, not Pa Lamidi but the judiciary, Judges and court Security agents ended up being distracted and disgraced in the video.
No serious court or security agencies will risk a repeat of such security breach.

even your brain is free no wonder you are not using it. Can you mention one court in the world that ever stop the use of phones in a court sitting?
Politics / Re: Security Agencies Advised Us To Ban smartphones - Tribunal by Johans2023: 2:15pm On May 23, 2023
LeoDeKing:
I quite agree with the security agencies. Lives of stakeholders must be protected against nitwits who attack anyone with opinions contrary to theirs.

An old man was beaten and dragged on the ground right within court premises because of his opinion, our courts and security agencies shouldn't allow that to continue.
is there any judge that him and his family is not known? I'm the whole world I had never seen a court that ban the use of phones.
They are just trying to do something that there won't be any evidence to whole them?
Tribunal is not the final Court, so if you want to appeal the tribunal judgment, how can you do that?
Politics / Re: Phones Are Now Allowed Into The Presidential Election Tribunal Court. by Johans2023: 1:58pm On May 23, 2023
This is how I expect Nigerians youths to come out and protest this evil election. Nothing fear politicians like protest. If you sit down without standing up for them they will use you like a rag.

Why would they try such?

ĢEJ or Obj would have been better names.

Buhari stands for Dark-Tymes of our National life
He deserves nothing to be named after in Southern Nigeria. How many national institutions n projects are named after Southerners in the North including FCT?

MMA in Lagos need to be changed to Obafemi Awolowo Airport if I have my way.

Outside the 26th October 1967 killings in Asaba of innocent boys and men who came to welcome Murtala by Murtala n his Supporters, what else has Murtala done for South that an important Airport should be named after him?
Buhari still remain the best in terms of infrastructures.

Did you hear even a word from the drug Barron? Someone was cooking and all of them were over her, but innocent people were killed like rams and the idiot is only thinking about inauguration. In a sane society, the country will declare national mourning no inauguration.
You that said you will not come out to protest one day it will reach you or your family member.

If you get money in Nigeria you can kill people anyhow and the corrupt judges will set you free.
Ekweremadu never thought of everly going to prison but as God will do it, he is now cooling his feet in prison. One day it will happen to Doguwa and Tinubu.

Justice Tsammani: Televising the court cases is not provided for by the constitution and the powers are not resided hereon.

This panel sitting as Presidential Election Pettition Tribunal only has the power to listen to presidential cases.

The issue of televising is a policy… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
the decision is not a policy. It falls on the decision of the leading judge. The constitution is never against live proceedings.

Thank God you even mentioned agbo and am sure you most have been taken it to no it
So its a welcome business to you to

And for your clearity i losty mom two years ago at the age of 92 so you are wrong about that

Now for your information. You only narrow your thinking to your environment without thinking of the many lawyers thats have lost them life under suspension incident like

The woman shoot at lekki
Bola ige
A lawyer in ifako whom.have a case and one lunatic jump fence kill him

How many have your police brought to justice

If you no you no
Boko har no be spirit na man like you
the one that just passed the judgement, do you think people don't know him and his family? Nigerians know all the judges that that are participating in the tribunal and if they want to get them nothing will stop it.
We only asked for everything to be done in open. If I watch the proceedings I can easily accept the decision of the judges even if it didn't favour me. But with this kind of opaque judgement many people will doubt the sincerity of the outcome.
They judges should be very careful, many Nigerians are hungry and angry and you know what that means.

Transparency is not equal to live broadcast. The proceedings are being held in public with reps of the parties to the suit and their lawyers granted access. No benefits whatsoever will the live broadcast bring.
then what benefits will the hidden proceedings bring.

No problem, they thought they can decide any rubbish and go free? If the judges begin to feel the insecurity, poverty and hunger every Nigerian is feeling now then this country will be better.
Politics / Re: Tribunal Dismisses PDP, LP’s Request For Live Coverage by Johans2023: 1:10pm On May 22, 2023
This judges will pay if this country failed.
We have been watching live proceedings from several courts in Europe and US but one black shiit will sit down here and tells that the application lack merit.
Why the idiot no mention the law that says no live streaming.
He should continue, they don't know how the people will fight back if they over pushed their liberty.

Are you guys really insane. Oh! cos Obi is in the tribunal, the law should be bent for him? Since 1999 that the tribunal has been handling electoral cases, has any been broadcasted before, has it been done any where in the world, no. Why this despiration. No one I mean know one including Obi and the five criminal and bloodthirsty generals can intimidate the judiciary.
are you a fool? Show me one law that says live streaming is a crime. Show me anywhere in the constitution that says there should not be a live streaming.
Doing wrong thing everyday can never make it a right thing.

SwissMass:
God of Apapa is already finishing Peter girigory Obi and his miscreants, in one week they suffered four terrible mortal blows, the UD secretary of state Blinken Call was the first resounding heartbreak, later the court in Kano throw them of balance, INEC destroyed them completely with their memo of not monitoring their primaries and conventions in south east, before tribunal decided to seal it and climax it during the weekend with no cameras in the court, it was really a tough week for Peter girigory Obi and his miscreants, some of them might be on antidepressants prescribed by specialist neurologists.
remember what goes up must surely come down.
