You can know something better by having revelation of it through the Word of God open to you but the best way to fully have the knowledge is by experiencing the Word.

Spiritual warfare is a serious issue in Christendom but we understand it differently because the war is not directly targeted to us the same way.
Taking for instance, the way you will react to malaria or headache is not the same for Ebola. They are both sicknesses but one is more deadly than the order.
