1. We all know we are different type of human being and our approach to things differ alot.
We have the cool and calm beings, and also the stubborn and aggressive ones.

I see how pastor Adeboye preaches the gospel and pray in a cool and calm way and there are signs, wonders and testimony to that effect...

I also know some agressive preachers and prayer warriors like pastor Paul Adefarasin, N. duncan Williams and TD jakes.

Now, here is why i am writing this write up.

1. I sometimes feel i am too cool and calm in my prayers hence the delay or no answer i have in my prayer requests to the most high.

2. I believe in strategic form of prayer and i also do fast and pray when seeking the face of the lord on something... I don't usually think i am too cool or calm in prayers not until i started waiting endlessly for results.
If i am in a religious gathering, it depends on the leader of the prayer points and the prayer point itself that will determine my ginger and how aggressive i can be, but i don't see it going too hot or too cool.

3.what could be the delay of prayer request of somones need I feel satisfied inside of me when i pray in my own way and style. I don't really have privacy at the moment, and i am someone who really doesn't like people hearing my prayer point if it isn't in a religious gathering and general prayer.

I was born into Christianity and i served the lord in a church unit, but I will like to ask maybe there are ways i need to start praying that i don't know or practice for effective answers from the lord.

N. B. I know jehova witnesses don't pray loud or aggressive prayer, and i also know some other religious organization that doesn't do aggressive praying too.

So which one is which and how do one pray effective prayer with fasting without being aggressive

It depends on the kind of prayer, you are doing.
I've these classifications for prayer, and the type you do determines its praying pattern. E.g. the warfare and deliverance way is different from supplication and petition and so on.

Classification (my method, though)
1 Consecration and dedication
2 Commitment and devotion
3 Supplication and petition
4 Warfare and deliverance
5 Power and prophetic.

The first two are calm and cool to pray, can even been done while lying down.
The forth is aggressive and violent, but short like say one or two hours at a go for many times and days.
The last is heartfelt, and with long hours of say 5 to 6 hours.

However, like the bible put it. Holy Spirit facilitates Spiritual affairs and only Him can teach believers how to go about it.

But the glue is this, desperation is a subject of aggression or persistency.
Aggression is done violently but short time, while the later is done calmly but with long hours.
So, it's a function of energy and time expanded.

Blind Bartimeaus was aggressive while the widow in Luke 18 was persistent. Whichever, desperation was seen in both actions.
And sometimes, both can occur at a time.
The result is the real deed at the end.

The blessing is included in the principle of giving, and everyone (including non -christians) gets the result.
It is a principle, though unbelievers do not call it tithe, it attracts the same result just like sowing and reaping is a biblical principle but works for everyone that practises it.

Principles are keys.

So, for us, it is a double fold thing; we give because of our love for God. On the other way, we get the blessing that follows, even though our motive is center on love.

The devastating part is that some churches are not even known for anything.

God actually called some men of God, they are just too close to God that they heard Him calling them and the familiarity did not allow them to ask questions before venturing into ministry.

I actually don't know how men of God feel alright when their members are passing through challenges and could not be of help. It is true that we are not gifted in all areas but the Bible actually told us to desire/covet best gifts I.e. to seek to know how to function in other sphere but arrogant and wall of denomination will not allow them to do so.
They thought they are spiritually mature enough than to go and learn from others.

Only God understands His own will, how will I know if it is the will of God or not when I am not God. All I ever know is life is something and nothing at the same time.

The Word of God is the will of God.
What does His Word says as touching death? That's how to understand the will of God in any matter.
His word says - You shall not die but live to declare the Glory of God.
But He also says in Hosea 4:6, My people perish for lack of knowledge.
So, most times, it is our Ignorance of the Word and our role in playing our responsibility in the fulfilment of the promise that leads to death.
