Maybe you got it twisted. Freeze's initial reply to Timi's post was actually a counter post, but it was devoid of any personal attack. Timi obviously fell into a trap when he said he had "waited patiently" to give a rejoinder on some of the burning issues. That was a big error, he shouldn't have personalized the discuss.

About the main issues that were raised... I differ from many of Freeze's views but I understand that he is entitled to them. He is only spreading his gospel like every other person and his audience has a choice to either accept or reject. My personal views only matters to me and the audience that care to listen. I had to leave school before I found this truth. I looked inward before I realized that I had been told a big lie. All along I thought that getting a job after uni would be the end of my struggles, alas, it signaled the beginning. I remain unfulfilled even after the certifications and the job. Now I'm in a struggle to find the real purpose of my life.

Unfortunately we wait to get to this dilemma before we turn to the creator of life. Before now I thought that being educated and having money equates having a fulfilled life, experience has taught me differently. You can never know the purpose of your life except you turn to the one who holds the manual of that life.

I used to masturbate, but mine wasn't chronic. I remember it used to be like once a week, or sometimes once in two weeks. I could go as low as once in a month too. Sometimes it could go higher depending on my state of mind. I've always had a natural dislike for pornography, so getting triggered by it was out of it. In fact I get irritated instead. The triggers used to come through my conversations with my female friends. Whenever we engaged in dirty talks or chats, I would immediately get triggered and I become restless until I ease off.

Becos I knew my trigger and I had perfected it's effect on me, I tried as much as my strength could to stay away from dirty talks. Unfortunately, this helped only but a little. You have to be very conscious of what triggers you. This is very important. Do not wait until you are neck deep into the lustful act before you take action. Try as much as you can to locate your trigger point. With this, you will know when to take a necessary step that would curb the urge.

Be accountable to someone. Masturbation is both a psychological and a spiritual problem. Try to confide in someone of higher knowledge than you. In my case, I confided in a brother in church. I chose him because he had shown a certain level of maturity and experience in dealing with the act. He was also a former masturbator and he wasn't shy about talking about his experience. He would call me every morning to remind me about the issue I was dealing with and how I was determined to overcome it.
