It's obvious that the Governor is not the one handling his social media accounts, but Nigerians on Twitter didn't take it lightly with him after the handler tweeted about Arsenal's 4-0 defeat by Liverpool, instead of the problems the state is currently facing.

PoliticsMimiko Left Over N220b Debt, Says Akeredolu by johnnyvid(op): 2:29am On Aug 31, 2017
By Ayodeji Alabi/Akure
Gov. Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State says his administration inherited a debt burden of N220.58bn at its inception.
Akeredolu made this known in Akure on Wednesday while swearing-in commissioners and special advisers. He advised the people of the state to refrain from acts that could further push the state into deep economic crisis.
But his claim about the debt legacy was promptly attacked by a former commissioner for Information during the Mimiko administration, Mr Kayode Akinmade, who said that Mimiko left N20billion in the kitty of the state government. Akinmade skirted the issue of debt and also did not explain why Mimiko failed to match the N38.64 billion left in the kitty of the state government by his predecessor, Gov.Olusegun Agagu.
Akeredolu said with a debt of more than N220 billion, it was not difficult for anyone to know that the government’s capacity for adjustment to cater for the people had been stretched to its limit.
According to him Internal Debt of N53.15billion constituted almost a quarter of the debt legacy.
Others are External Debt, N17.48billion; Unpaid Salaries and Allowances, Aug. to Dec. 2016, N17.27billion; and Jan. to Feb. 2017, N6,91billion, Ondo State Pension Liabilities, N4.80billion; Ondo State Gratuity, N15.04billion; Unpaid Local Government Salaries and Allowances Aug. to Dec. 2016, N9.3billion; Jan. to Feb. 2017, N5.19billion.
Local Government Pension Liabilities of N25.23billion; Local Government Gratuities N20,96billion; Contractors’ Liabilities N39.74billion; Outstanding payment requests in the Office of the Accountant-General without cash backing, N5.45billion made up the rest of the debt profile.
However, Akeredolu promised to provide the needed leadership to move the state forward and make life more abundant for the people.
“We will continue to strive to keep that vow within the available resources. We can turn things around positively,’’ he said.
The governor also congratulated the commissioners and special assistants, adding that they should use this opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people.
Mr Femi Agagu, who spoke on behalf of other commissioners, thanked the governor for the privilege given them to serve the people.
“We are aware that your administration has a blueprint to transform the state. Collectively, we will take the state to a glorious destination.
“We pledge to discharge our duties faithfully and with the fear of God. We will defend the oath we have sworn to and we will uphold this honour you have bestowed on us,” Agagu said.
The commissioners are Mr Taofiq Abdusallam, Mr Rasheed Badmus, Mr Solagbade Amodeni, Chief Adegboyega Adefarati, Mr Saka Yusuf-Ogunleye, Mrs Omowumi Olatunji, Mr Donald Ojogo, Mr Yemi Olowolabi and Dr Wahab Adegbenro.
Others are; Mr Funso Esan, Mr Wale Akinterinwa, Pastor Emmanuel Igbasan, Alhaji Olurimisi Ismaila, Mr Femi Agagu, Prof. Bayonle Ademodi, Mrs Julianah Fagbemi, Mr Timilehin Adelegbe and Mr Kola Olawole.
The special advisers sworn in include Mr Victor Olabimtan, Mrs Olubukola Ademosu, Mr Tunji Ariyomo, Mr Tobi Ogunleye, and Mr Akinboye Oyewunmi.
Others are Dr Olawunmi Ilawole, Dr Jibayo Adeyeye, Mr Tunji Fabiyi, Mr Alaba Isijola, and Mr Raheem Aminu.
Former Gov. Olusegun Mimiko handed over to Akeredolu on Feb.24, 2017.

PoliticsMonitoring Of Social Media By The Army Is A Normal Practice All Over The World by johnnyvid(op): 12:42am On Aug 31, 2017
Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, was a guest on Channels TV where he spoke on the recent announcement made by the Nigerian Army that it would be monitoring social media for anti-Buhari and anti-military comments. According to Lai, monitoring social media is a normal practice all over the world.

“Those saying that the government is going to clamp on the freedom of the press, I think they are just exaggerating the issue. Secondly, the report crediting the military that they will be monitoring the social media to me I think it is something that the military does all over the world – Monitoring speeches, monitoring actions just to balance and to ensure that there is no security threat. It does not mean that the military is going to arrest anybody or prosecute anybody.” he said.

FamilyCouple Spotted Enjoying Themselves In An Office In Full View Of Onlookers.photos by johnnyvid(op): 2:18am On Aug 26, 2017
A randy couple enjoyed a late-night office romp in full view of passers-by last night – and even drew a crowd of amused onlookers. The pair had apparently waited until their colleagues had gone home for the night before they decided to get down to business.
couple spotted enjoying themselves in an office

Unfortunately for them, they had decided to leave the lights on during their tryst, meaning the crowd gathering in Dover Street, central London, could guess exactly what they were up to.
The couple were spotted last night at around 11.40pm, in an office above Caffe Nero , and didn’t appear aware they had attracted such an interested audience.

A witness told the Sun Online : “It was close to midnight and I saw this huge crowd gathered.”You couldn’t see anything graphic, but she was on the table and he was standing up. The crowd were pointing and laughing as they watched.”
It’s reported that the amorous lovers were on view for around 20 minutes, before “going on the floor.”
Some onlookers even cheered.

It’s not clear what company the office space above the coffee shop belongs to.

PoliticsTurkish Govt To Partner Osun On Completion Of MKO Abiola International Airport by johnnyvid(op): 2:45pm On Aug 23, 2017
Hope of the completion of Moshood Kashimawo Abiola (MKO) International Airport, located in Ido Osun brightened over the weekend as the Turkish government indicated its interest to collaborate with Osun State government on the project.

The Turkish government also expressed its readiness to partner Osun on trade, commerce and industrial revolution so as to aid the state in its effort to improve on the socio-economic wellbeing of its people.
Speaking during a courtesy visit to Governor Rauf Aregbesola at Obafemi Awolowo Osun Governor’s Lodge, in Abuja, theTurkish Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr Hakan Cakil disclosed that efforts had reached the climax to support the state at completing the MKO Abiola International Airport, a development which he said will open windows for better relations between Nigeria and Turkey.
He said the decision to partner the state was aimed at complementing the efforts being put together by the Aregbesola’s administration at giving the state a befitting airport, just as he commended the state for coming up with the idea of having a unique international airport, capable of being a model in Nigeria and by extension, Africa.
Cakil assured Aregbesola that the partnering company, Biray Construction Company,‎ had the full the backing of the Turkish government, expressing optimism that quality job will be delivered at the end of it all.
He therefore assured that the execution of the airport will not only foster good relationship between the Osun State and Turkey, but also provide ample business opportunities between the partnering governments.
In his remarks, the chairman, Biray Construction Company, Birol Arikan‎ assured Osun State government of quality service delivery, stressing that the company possess the capacity to deliver on its mandate when being given a partnership, which he said will to turn around ‎the airport.
According to him, ‎”We are well known to this project. This is what we do most. We have been on ground for long. We have been operating since 2002. We ha‎‎ve handled such projects across the country. So, when we begin, all efforts will be made to make MKO Abiola International Airport of international standard”.
Earlier in his speech, the facilitator of the partnership, Ambassador Nurudeen Ogunlade announced that the firm, All Works of life Development Organization, had completed all it entails, including obtaining the first tranche of funds through the EXIM Bank of Turkey to begin the construction, upon the signing of concessional agreement between Osun and Biray Construction Group.‎
While responding, Aregbesola, said his administration will muster the political will needed to complete the project, contending that no efforts will be spared to turn around the economy of the state for the betterment of all and sundry.
He said his administration had done much to bring a facelift to the state, particularly in infrastructure development, a move which, according to him, had turned Osogbo, the state capital, into a mega city.

@Chevronstaff
Don't even waste your time and resources on that (Msc in information system/technology) except you apply for a BSc. Information System.

There are alot of students who even have BSc. in Infor. Sys. who could not gain admission not to talk of someone who has no study background

in Info. Sys/Tech.

Even in Nigeria do you think you will be allowed to just change like that without doing like a Diploma or PgD. Not to now talk of Germany where they don't take chances at all.

Well there is no harm in trying tho.

My Own Opinion: Apply for a BSc. in Info. Sys. (If you have Passshocked Hion(In Arsene Wenger's voice) for it)
Or
Apply for courses like MSc. Financial Engineering or MSc. Actuarial and Financial Mathematics which also have

high concentrated level of IT skills. Am sure of Financial. Eng you will program well like say tomorrow no dey in R, C/C++ as well as some

Database Querying in MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB. etc.

Mate, the ball is in your court.

BlessUp & be Inspired
