Luckystar220:Yes I agree with alikote. Buh again, what are the available alternatives at this point?. 8% is still very much a better deal than 4%. ![]() |
The event currently unfolding at the National Assembly with respect to the appropriation bill is really a national disgrace. How long can we continue to watch helplessly as the act of impunity by our leaders goes unchecked. The leaders whom we consciously signed a social contract with, for the sole purpose of managing and protecting our common wealth for the greater good of all Nigerians. At this point I believe we should demand that the issue of the appropriation bill, alleged to have been altered by Senator Enang shouldn't be swept under the carpet as usual. If something as significant as the appropriation bill can be altered by a single man, then, we are finished as a nation. Who is with me on this? ![]() |
So sad |
This is hilarious! Mid-day robbery by our very own anti corruption crusaders. |

rapmike:Alright... Its same thing. your not paying the money to me. Cos I won't even collect cash from you. Whether you register through me or through the site. Your expected to pay into our ARM money market fund account with Gtbank. And I believe having someone like me to guide you all the way should make things alot easier for you. But, its your call. |
Parisfran:Are you doing a research on them for academic purpose or you want to invest? |
rapmike:We don't have an office in Osun state. But what I can do for you is to email you the form; and you complete it and scan back to me, which should be accompanied by the kyc requirement. Like your national government issued ID and your utility bill which serves as a proof of your address. Note: Distance is not a barrier cos we have clients that invest from UK and America. @drdams well done and happy new year. Seems your one of our client. |
rapmike:Maybe you should try us out at ARM. The ARM Money market fund is very flexible. Minimum investment of #5000 and the minimum additional is #1000 and its not mandatory you make additional payment into the account monthly. Its actually at your discretion I.e, anytime you have any extra money you don't want to spend, you can pay it into your account with us. |
civilserva:There are three parties involved in the Mutual funds investment -The fund manager -The Registrar The Custodian The Registrar is charged with all the documentation. Anytime you want to redeem your investment, your redemption form is taken back to the Registrar to ensure that what you have filled out corresponds with their record. Any discrepancy will be communicated back to the client so the necessary reconciliation is done. Hope this is useful |
Happy new year to the house! @carpenter ernie4life I hail ooo. I pray we all are able to achieve our investment objectives this year, even as the economy is really not looking so promising. |

osubair:I think you were not properly intimated with respect to what insurance policy is about. Insurance is primarily not an investment. Although, recently, insurance companies have tried to develop products that include investment. But, how it works is that every premium you pay is apportioned into both insurance coverage and investment. The investment part is what you get back if you want to exit. And the penalty will be on the coverage. That is why they are in business. Cos if something happens to the policy holder after making just the first premium payment, the insurance company is bound to pay the beneficiary the SUM ASSURED. |
osubair:Do you pay into the account officer's bank account or the company itself? Cos am aware that it is usually stated that on no account should one remit any money directly to your account officer. |
Raymondenyi:Alright. I know they can't possibly give you naira counterfeit, all you should be mindful of is being shortchanged |
The road side abokis are usually in every bank. Approach them once you notice their presence. So immediately your paid just pay it into your bank account. |
jammiller:Your entitled to 25% of your contribution once you have been out of job for four months. You should contact your PFA. |

nextstep:Very funny indeed... Whats the proportion of well-to-do Nigerians to those homeless Nigerians? |
Am astonished.... In the midst of so much poverty. Well... GEJ and Mama peace didn't attend any. so? ![]() |
yomi007k:Same here my Oga, Don't want to derail the thread again. Buh all I can say is that it depends on your objective. If you need the info on money market just send an email to kelvin.chiejine@arm.com.ng Best regards. |
Bamz:I think you should consider the money market for the main time or better wait till next T.bills auction since your willingly to accept 4%; the next auction can't possibly go below 4% I presume. Am surprised that people get so attached to a particular investment vehicle which shouldn't be. And there again it balls down to our investment objective. If our investment objective is moving from point A to point B, and of course with the assumption that point B is a much better state. Then it wouldn't make any sense being attached to a specific investment vehicle. Its like someone traveling from Lagos to Abuja. When you board a bus, you obviously wouldn't want to drive the vehicle or own it. All you should be interested in is the bus taking you to your destination in this case which is Abuja. Merry Christmas to the house! And as we celebrate the season, remember that for "Every Naira you keep, puts tomorrow's worries to sleep. " |
Why is Nigerian Labour Congress only involved in political issues. I have never heard about NLC intervention on issues such as; the maltreatment of employees by the Lebanese, Chinese and Indian companies. |
What a tragedy |
