Hi guys - i am about registering for an online program with a Canadian University . I am contemplating between University of Fredericton and University of New Brunswick. Which one more recognized and respected by employers?

I am taking this course for Canadian experience and to boast my CRS score ( two or more certificates). I already have a degree (in the same field ) and is it necessary to do diploma or a certificate will suffix?

They both offer the course in diploma and certification.

Omg!

Alright maybe i should try membership route . The professional body for my career in Canada is called The Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professional . I see that, i get extra 25 points for Skill transferability factors . What do you think?
The only down-size to this is : i have to travel to Canada twice for interview and exam cool cool cool.

Masters will take probably 2 years to finish. I can't quit my job for a masters degree.

optionese:

Online courses don't count. If you don't have a masters , you can try to get a masters. You can also try the PNP route. Put pnp on the search button to find out about it

Sir - I disagreed. They might not hard working the way you expected them but, that doesn't mean they are lazy. Your definition of laziness is incorrect here. Moreover, when do we ( Nigerians) become the benchmark of hardworking?

My input is we should learn to respect our host and continue our daily activities with dignity and respect.

LOL. You know the weather in the Karoo ( Mini Desert ) is a little bit harsh. We are at receiving end of it now but, remember when it was raining cats and dogs in J'burg and you guys were swimming in flood. we rarely see a drop of rain here. At least, Tomorrow will be 1 degree.

I think ''your people'' kind of treat you the way you present yourself. The most funny part of it is that, I do follow friends and colleagues to the Kasi to drink sometime.

I have been in Middelburg for 3 years. We have a project from Kimberley- De aar and Middelburg EC, I was in De- aar 2 weeks ago. I will say home is Vanderbijlpark . After this project , I will move somewhere again . Middelburg is small town 350 km from Port Elizabeth and 108km from Graaff-Reinet ( whenever you visit EC and try and see this beautiful valley called 'the Valley of Desolation' ) .

I was just told by my colleague that Tsonga people don't like to be called Shangaan ( luckily I find out early before I lose some of my teeth to an angry Tsonga man ).

What's your view about 'Ukuthwala' ? I wouldn't mind, if some of your sisters Ukuthwala me on my way to somewhere grin grin.

Why do Zulus men always try to force their language down your throat lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed ?

ZarZar:

-3? Lol, I'd move! Rather you than me tongue Stay warm smiley My side is not that cold today. There's a bit of sun outside, but it keeps switching from warm to something that almost feels cold. Bipolar.

Awww, I'm glad my people are treating you well. Yeah, we're not shit starters lol. We're good people. But everybody has a dark side, so I won't sit here & lie, say we're angels because we're not. Yorubas sound like sensible people, so I'm not surprised you're received well. How long have you been living in Middelburg? I don't even know which side Middelburg is in the Eastern Cape. What are its neighbouring towns?

Full blooded Yoruba man. I am currently among your people here in Middelburg, Eastern Cape. Xhosas are nice people ( I guess, behave yourself and sanity will follows ). I have travelled and worked in all provinces in SA except Western Cape. How are you finding this cold weather ? is -3 degree this morning in the Karoo!

ZarZar:

Xhosa. And you, what tribe are you?

Zarzar,

What about Tsonga, isn't it also part of your official language?

ZarZar:

You said so much, I don't even know where to begin.

The voice thing I didn't answer because 1)I don't know what you're referring to & 2)I don't believe it's related to anything other than perhaps the style of music. Example, people into traditional music tend to sound a certain way etc. Maybe it's voice training or whatever, IDK.

No, we don't have Pidgin. There're 12 ethnic groups in total. Starting from the top it's Zulu, Xhosa, Tswana, Ndebele, Swazi, Sotho, Pedi, Venda, Shangaan, Indians, Coloureds & Afrikaners.

Soweto= South Western Township.

So, what language do you speak?

On Tuesday, bring on Sunderland at Arfield and we will roast them as well. 4 TH place is certain this season.

Zambian miners kill Chinese manager during pay protest

Miners' pay at Chinese-run mines was lower than at other foreign-owned mines, a 2011 report said
Continue reading the main story

Zambian miners have killed a Chinese manager by pushing a mine trolley at him during a riot at a coal mine in the south of the country.

A second Chinese was injured, as were several Zambians, during the riot on Saturday.

The workers were on strike at the mine in protest against delays in implementing a new minimum wage.

They were angry their wages were lower than a new minimum of $320 (£205) a month paid to shop workers.

Zambia's minister of labour has gone to the Chinese-owned Collum coal mine in Sinazongwe, 325km (200 miles) south of the capital, Lusaka.

"Wu Shengzai, aged 50, has been killed by protesting workers after being hit by a trolley which was pushed towards him by the rioting miners as he ran away into the underground where he wanted to seek refugee," Southern province police commissioner Fred Mutondo told state news agency, the Zambia News and Information Services.

"He died on the spot while his colleague is in hospital."

Last year, the Zambian government dropped charges against two Chinese managers accused of attempted murder after they fired on miners at the Collum mine during a pay dispute.

Chinese firms own several mines in southern African countries, including coal and copper operations.

Copper mining is one of Zambia's main industries, providing nearly three-quarters of the country's exports; many of the mining companies are foreign-owned, and China has invested more than $400m (£250m) in Zambia.

A 2011 report by Human Rights Watch (HRW) said that, despite improvements in recent years, safety and labour conditions at Chinese mines were worse than at other foreign-owned mines.
