The cashout works fine only that a lot of people don't understand the rules.

Cashout is only available if you have won a game in your ticket (after full time) and if another game has not begun.

For example, if you play Arsenal, Chelsea and Juventus to win. .Arsenal and Chelsea match to start by 3pm while Juventus match to start 8pm same day, cashout will be available if Arsenal and Chelsea both win.... If however Juventus match will start by 5:15pm same day and Chelsea and Arsenal already won, you won't get cashout because the Juventus match will start before their system updates the record of the match and makes those two green.

So in summary, you won't get cashout if any of your game is in play, if you have lost a game in the accumulated bet and if the result of matches that have played have not been uploaded to the site.

Uploading of result of matches that have played within a bet takes about 20 to 40 minutes after full time.
