Becsuse day to day deposits and payments re made on the personal,but there's some cash in the business

Could have been; depending on the amount added in the company account and the one they had in their personal account.

I suggest you get an account with proper money in it, that is w/out the overdrafts if possible.

Hello,

Here's what I did in my case, I wrote one reason only. I chose a reason I had tackled sufficiently - insufficient fund - and wrote it. My sponsor's SOA had a significantly higher amount of money compared to before, and I had paid part of my tuition.

House, Please what's the difference btw when they refuse based on financial status and personal assests AND them excluding the above but stating PA won't be able to pay tuition without working??

That would not be a problem to your application since you truthfully indicated that you've been denied visa in the past. Your Passport number will automatically be used to regenerate the UCI number.

when filling the form,after I've clicked Yes to being rejected b4, and they ask reason..do I have to start writing all the reasons they stated back to back or just submit my rejection letter along?

I studied Comp Sc and I’m going for PGC in Info Tech Busnss Analysis. I paid just the tuition deposit which is not even up to a semester tuition fee and my sponsor deposited my living expenses into my account.

why do they like us going through the stress of waiting for Gcms note..this small descriptions could have been written on the refusal letter... anyways it's always good to order Gcms anytime one z rejected (what so ever reason).. could it be because of tuition??

If you want to go with first term tuition fee, make sure you have reasonable liquid cash in your sponsor's personal account statement.

Thence, If you want to kill it, open a dom account or tell your sponsor to send some money to your account and submit your account statement, then you address it in the SOP that your sponsor sent you the money for your second term tuition fee.

It takes an average of 35 days to 40 days before you can start sending them an email.
But just hope on 1 month or less.

You asked a question yesterday concerning paying of tuition fee.

Inasmuch as paying of tuition fee is not prerequisite to visa approval.

Just to let you know all cases ain't the same.

If you check your refusal letter, it's clearly stated. the Visa officer that handled your application want you to pay your tuition fee.

So the choice is yours. (I would advise you to pay your tuition fee, then you have only two refusal ground to tackle in your next application cause travel history is not a problem).

For a better understanding, wait till you get your Gcms note.

thanks, with this statement the vo made,if I pay half or maybe 10k(full tuition is about 17k) does it prove that the vo's statement is true...that I can't pay tuition without working.
Or z it now compulsory I pay the full tuition to prove VO wrong.

Those applications have been sent to secondary review.
Generally, if you check your Gcms note you will see review is required that’s when the primary VO is not very clear and let's his senior decide on the matter who is more experienced and knowledgeable than him.

So if you haven’t seen your Gcms note, omo you get mind oooo. By now May/june/july hopefuls should know what they are expecting from them or what they are trying to find out.

A secondary review doesn’t take more than 6 months.
Though there's no specific processing time for secondary review.
