There has already been a precedence of importing mercenaries and under age voters as witnessed in the 2015 elections. I won't be surprised if that's what is actually at play here.

Well, I say it cos I've done it. It depends on the context you're basing your argument on. One can learn simple languages to a certain degree of perfection within that time frame, given the time and environmental conditions I outlined. I did not say one can know everything about that language (actually, there's nobody that can fully know all the tricks about a programming language. No matter how good one is....there's always someone that knows something you don't know)

If you're not Financially buoyant, id suggest you go for low end second hand systems that meet the specs of the software(s) you'd be working with. You can get them very cheaply at computer village.

It may seem impossible, but one can do so. Just that you'd have to be rendered useless throughout the duration of those 3 months. Useless in the sense that you'd have to be extremely devoted to practice and learning every friggin day, utilizing about 16 hours daily on that particular course for 3 months. (nb: I'm not talking about being a quack programmer)

Trust me, y'all saying "forgive and let go" its not as easy as it seems. It's preety hard to forgive one that abused you at a tender age. 20 years down the line, just one stare at the person will rejuvenate extreme feelings of hate. if you ask the person to narrate the ordeal, he/she would be able to remember vividly all major and minor details of the abusive encounter.

It only takes the grace of God to forgive and actually be at peace with oneself concerning these kinda issues.

It's possible to edit an audio without the video. Infact its fairly easy to do. How do you think music videos are done, abi you think its during the video shoot they sing the songs?

Oga, in this case the audio is directly in sync with the video. The sound of the breeze, the sound from flipping over the paper, the "sorry sir scene" even when the guy in suit came over to help him. The sound was in sync with the effects seen on the video throughout. All this brouhaha is just an attempt to cover the IGP's ineptitude.

I guess the sound was doctored without the video abi? The breeze that was blowing continuously, the cloth that was being blown by the breeze in the background and the two men in the shadows shaking their heads were in continuous synergy with the sound and the voice of the igp. So tell me, if the video was doctored how come they were not breaks or loops in what i saw.
