Scamming is accepted as a profession within Nigerian society, which is fair enough, considering the level of human & technological development. Afterall, slave trading and ownership was once a legitimate job in American & British societies at some point in their development...

Now this is how it should be handled and not what I read about the lady that lost her life savings in faraway Australia.

Get to the root of these, fish out all the culprits and let pay the money and do the time.

That number 8 is super, most of us can't stand to be corrected.

Man, your words are not perfect neither are your opinions the benchmark for truth, be humble and don't be arrogant.

Most times, the elephant in the room in a group needs a kick in the ass to know that life doesn't revolve around one man.

I don't think I am talking with a matured mind. The number 1 to 3 richest people in Africa are from the north.
Man, I'm talking about what I've seen and experienced, the exceptions of having those whose PINS can't be guessed over here is few.

Being rich or not has nothing to do with that.

Morphinne:
Be fair to the banks you say?
The three banks are actually being economical with the truth. Since the money wasn’t withdrawn through an ATM but sent from one account to others, and since all the banks have KYC details of each of the accounts receiving the money, why then are they doing as if it’s not traceable ? Why can’t they simply provide their names and/or freeze the accounts pending further investigations? You also missed the part that said that UBA claimed that their customer (the one who received 3.93M) didn’t look like a fraudster grin Like WTF is that? How does a fraudster look?
The 800k they are willing to refund, where is it coming from?
The victim also claimed that she was never enrolled for any e-token, why was the bank staff saying she did? Did the victim’s account not have transfer/withdrawal limits?
The elephant banks too are fond of this behavior, they'd protect their customer at all cost even if the funds sent was done error.

So many court orders sent to them all to no effects, it's time we still holding this financial institutions responsible...

this is an insider work, all those information are in the bank. The bank know your 4 digit PIN the bank know your BVN, the bank know the phone you register the app, infact the even have your thumb print.
The bank is responsible for everything.
Banks in Nigeria are more than armed robbers. I don't blame my granny who refused to open an account no matter the persuasion.
Maybe in the northerner part of the country, most of their ATM pins are either 1234, 0000 or simply the year of birth but I can't say the same for the southerner and I'd like to know how you come about the banks knowing your PINS.

I know of the dark web where bank logs could be bought but I doubt if the bank know your pin

All they want is competency, religion, ethnicity or region from which a candidate is coming has nothing to do.

What's even with my business with political business?

Meanwhile, the below submission is true.
But he is not alone. Most political elites in both the North and the South profess religion only for public consumption and to live up to the tyranny of societal expectations.

LagbajaTheBEREAN:
How about the Ewe speaking folks? I've seen some of them in Agbadarigi (not resident but indigenes) and also some of them indigenous to Ghana.

Anyway, I find the Egun link to the Yorubas quite absurd, I'm not denying historical context though but the languages is far apart make we no deceive ourselves, only a Yoruba who had stayed long enough in Ogu land, has shown a deep interest in learning the language can actually communicate in Egun but you can't just pick a Yoruba man from Ile-Ife and you expect such a man to understand Egun, it's nearly impossible.

With all the years spent outside Badagry and Ipokia, I find it hard understanding mother tongue but I can't say the same thing for when it comes to communication inYoruba.

Anything that involved a man being implicated by the other sex should always be innocent until proven guilty.

A lot of false alarm that have been swept under because the accuser has a pair of two balls slapped across her chest and a hole in between her legs.

Greenwood might just be another interesting case. I feel for Mendy though, may we not be unfortunate.
