That's the problem.

Africans particularly, Nigerians never learn, we let history repeat itself over and over again, we are the only people on earth who would gladly test faith by doubting it.

I don't blame our leaders,I blame the masses. The masses that failed to understand who their true enemies are.
Shikena:
Enough with this repackaging as if you guys are addressing fools. Obi is an integral part of the status quo. He is not a newbreed. He was governor of Anambra State. He was a Goodluck Jonathan's PDP appointee. He was Atiku Abubakar's PDP running mate.

You can't simply wish all these away to repackage him while rubbishing his co-travelers. You have your reason for supporting him, tribal or not, which is fine but there is no saint here.

Starting afresh indeed, I would be shocked if you actually believe that.
In the end, none of the big three merit it but the hoi polloi votes will determine their fate.

"Don't believe everything you see on Media!"

I used to think the media don't give a flying F but couple with your experience, the English tutor and one of the the Rellipder Eht whatsApp group member, I've come to realize that it's not all gloomy as the not so gentlemen of the press would always paint it.

Gracias.

Ms Casilli (left) claims both NAB and Commonwealth Bank said they're unable to help her retrieve her money

Atleast a lien of like sum or place the fraudster account on PND would have help a bit but look at what we have up there. I used to think this nonsense attitude of carelessness is synonymous with banks over here never knew the outside world is not that beautiful as they painted it to be.

I doubt if she would be able to recover those funds again. I hate reading stories of people hard earned money gone down the drain just because of the dubious nature and so not good fellows we have roaming about our society looking for victims.

When the CBN outlawed cryptos because, according to them, people use them for fraud, I was terribly disturbed. The question I asked was, "When are they going to outlaw the naira because politicians have been looting it for more than 60 years?"

As for the druggie, he shouldn't worry about leaderhsip. Go and take care of yourself. We have go through enough challenges in the hands of old Buhari. Aso Rock is not an old people's home.

To the preachers,

Jihad or not, the voters will see to that.

To the voters,

However, this is Nigeria, we are so divided along ethnic and religious lines and I'm afraid, the politicians will ruthlessly exploit our gullibility through that.

To the presidential candidates,

I know none of you is altruistic, becoming the president is just a plus to already fading reputation of yours as most of you seems to have no precedents neither is your antecedents that good.

More reason, I will not make the mistake of holding anybody to any rubbish standard, let face the truth, we are mortals and disappointment is written when you think you know what a mere mortal is capable of.

In my dictionary now, I don't trust anybody, we are all after getting undue advantage of each other, either you like it or not, that's the way of the world. It's a coven of snakes, snitches and scorpions.

Corruption should be rooted out in all aspects of our existence
Hopefully, we will also borrow a leaf from their book and do the right thing and not just in football but to all the moribund sectors of which governance/politics is the number one.
