Matter arising, let wait for court of public opinion to help us... |
Belteshazzar1: |
No. Pursue peace with everyone, as well as holiness, without which no one will see the Lord. Peace and Holiness must be internalized first before it can be translated outside for the world to see. |
I'd like to see some of their innovative designs.. |

As it stand now, Brighton are not push over, their match against Manchester United was pointed but you know football clubs with their own sentiments, most of the 'big clubs' would've gone back to sleep and say when they meet the same team it would be a walk over... Now it's getting clearer, nothing is guaranteed in the world of football... |
donforeign:Most of this clubs would rather stick to a dying tomatoes farmer as a striker instead of injecting a young blood wasting away on the bench. No mercy though, if Leicester City taste relegation this season, e no too bad, they've been around for close to seven years, it's time they bid the EPL farewell |
Teaser4:Football small sef, inside life we are always reminded to expect the unexpected. |
Congratulations to her. I guess ghostwriters are not well recognized in the music industry that's why we are celebrating Temilade's feat but come what may, there are tons of ghostwriters writing for your favs both local and international and they are not known maybe its because of the nature of contracts they agreed upon or simply a case of goodwill. |
derecho:Statistics are like mini skirts, they don't reveal everything.. |
What's really going? God bless the dead. Come save us abeg.. |
This not rocket science, there's no synergy among the FG. Disunited when it comes to carrying other governmental ministries and bodies along but united in pulling the nation backward |
Commendable! Hopefully, their long hands would be stretch to the border at the northern parts of the country too. |

All this LGBT folks, political correctness and wolks (woke folks) will have an hard time. And to the body positivity speakers, the it could go both ways ambassadors, the nfeminisi influencers and the equality gang may have to find alternative. We've come a long way pandering to what people loves to see and hear forgetting that the uncomfortable truth will always itch our ears and makes us frown but at the end, it's for our good. |
Abuja? All is not well.. |
Highly commendable. That's how it should be done, send those blood thirsty and gun wielding dare devils to the other side of the world. Negotiating with them or putting them behind bars is insidious and do no good to all lives concern. If you lived by the gun, die by the gun. |
Apart from God, Family, Few Friends, Funds and Food, I've always maintain the mantra 'See, If You Can Live Without It' It's hard when I started but along the line, I discovered that I could go with living with things I consider essential in the first place. So you could actually live without checking those phones or going on the internet for hours. There's much out there than the virtual prison we've made for ourselves... |
Tk4all:You know what, there's a branch of Philosophy which is dedicated to Metaphysics and things beyond the ordinary eyes but folks from the scientific world would always want to debate the rationale behind such field. While on Nairaland, I only listen to empiricists here for amusement sake and not for deep talks, they believe the world is a straight line and there's no zig zag. Meanwhile, It's getting to a stage that some biologists are even having hard times trying to put the evolution and big bang theory into one piece, some don't believe in those theories outrightly but rather maintain a facade to gain the respect of the 'enlightened lost men' of our times. |
Stir flour like Semo and eat it. The days we snack on eba and watery noodles. Trenches is not a good place if you ask me. |
But it's in the news already so this level of ignorance is off putting... |
I pray they find her.... Most men gave up the ghost at 18, I broke up with mine a little years lesser than that. It was on that slippery but rocky Bello Street of Bukuru that Tayo would be enveloped by men of the nights, it's 16 years now and the boy would've been 27 years but man is forever away from the family. Jo's taught me a great deal of lessons, while Lagos gave me a baptismal of fire. |
Reminds me of that Basket Mouth 'Assembly Of Gods' featuring The Cavemen, Falz, Magnito, IllBliss & Dremo. Illy Chapo lines was mad but the Falz verse is filled with birthday bars. |

coconutbag:That's the problem. Some offers look too good to be true though. |
The ultra wealthy will still find a way around this... |
Kasssandra:While I like your conclusion, the government shouldn't go home with fat pay packets too, politics is too serious to be left at the hands of saboteurs like the Nigeria government. |
wealthpreach:For a long time, I use to think most Nairaland football hot heads believes in one of the following philosophies: you must win all your matches, a striker must dribble all the opponents and spectators before putting the ball into the net, tap ins and penalties are as good as no goal, Messi or Ronaldo can transform Nottingham Forest to a UCL winning club I never knew there folks who are still realistic and don't emotions get the better part of them during and after every football match, man, I love your POV. Even in life, winning is not guaranteed always, you'd lose one way or the other and if you're smart enough to have cheat code to beat life with your winnings, death await you at the very end and that's still a loss. Sorry for the long epistle. |
morikee:The mods are mad again... |

Not surprised... |
Adamu Garba is part of the problem we are facing in this country, imagine his line of thought.. I know this will degenerate to religious talks.. |
