That's rough. Pretty rough. You are definitely a boss for sharing this to help others. I hope you can apply again and a better run this time. Rooting for you. xtosync: Hi there, So the anti climax of this long almost two years ordeal is ending with a refusal due to incorrect NOC code. I applied with NOC code 0213 - Computer and Information System Manager.
This is not the testimony I was hoping to drop after a year and 6 months wait, but a lesson for one is a lesson for many. Never too late to do the right thing.
special thanks to Zutlin, Abubuyaya. You guys give me the courage to do this. |

1. Put all their names. You can use last known addresses and add a LOE that you are using last known address and are no longer in contact with them. 2. You don't need a big excuse. Just say he is not ready to migrate yet. hipstar2: Thank you. 2 more questions pls, if you don't mind.
1. We plenty for our family, half brother and sister things. But I only want to put one person's name? Is this advisable? I can't be calling the others to request for their details.
2. My spouse is not coming with me. He is still doing 'gbonku, gbonku' (lol) What reasonable excuse can I state pls? |

Full-time is 30hrs per week. Upton: Please I was able to convince my PPA to list out my duties and salary as required by CIC. The problem now is that they refused to state the nature of employment as fulltime; they insisted they weren't the ones who employed me. However, the agreed to include that I worked 40 hours per week. I hope CIC won't have issues with this letter. Every other thing that ought to be on an ideal reference letter was included except that it didn't state fulltime or not. I hope the hours worked that was stated will suffice |

You are unlikely to be asked for your secondary school certificate. If you have different names on different documents, best to do a 'one and same person' affidavit. Sashafiercediva: Hello guys I need clarifications. Got ITA and I’m meant to fill Schedule A form because I was refused visitors visa to Canada before . On the form it says we should specify our education from secondary school, though I used my bsc only for my Wes. I hope they won’t ask for my secondary school certificate because my middle name on my waec is different from the middle name on my Intl passport, work experience , education and every other thing. Do I need to indicate that I have an other name in my or application ? And do I need affidavit to claim all the names or should I indicate no on the other names enquiry? |

You can show funds in 2 accounts. IRCC wants to know that the money is yours. Building from $0 to $max will bring scrutiny. You are talking about increments of hundreds of thousands or millions per month. You will need to explain the source of funds. Best to keep most of it for 6 months or get a gift. A gift can come once and anytime in the process. thomyladey: Hi everyone! The canadian proof of funds process is confusing me. Can I build my acccount from $0 to the required amount in 6 months then submit bank statment or the required amout has to be in my account from day one to the sixth month? Also can I show funds in two accounts (savings & current) thanks in advance. |

You will need to do ECA for both OND and HND to get points for 2 or more certificates. MzPearl1914: Hello House,
I need an advise here. Having completed the IELTS exam with a score good enough for FSW application. I understand that I need to do ECA with WES. Here is my question. I have OND from YABATECH, and HND from Federal Polytechnic Ede. Would I need to submit the two certifications to WES, or the highest certification, which is HND. Thanks. |

You can switch. May sure you add an LOE to explain why/how you did not include the undergraduate studies in your initial applications. benatokwu: Hello house,
Please am about to embark on this journey and need to ask a question for clarification. In the first quarter of 2016 ,I applied for undergraduates students visa to Canada and somehow got denied. My B.Eng was yet to be out by then so I was hoping to cross over by applying for undergraduates and eventually switching to masters when I get there. Collected my result on the 8th of September 2016 and started working the next month. Now I want to know if I can opt for Express entry without any issue considering the fact that I never mentioned I was doing an undergraduate program when I applied.I’ll be 27 on the 2nd of June and just started my Pgd and also preparing to write CIMA next month. |

No now. Fill the form and put extra information on a plain paper. See here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=016&top=4Vacations should fall under Travel and Address (if long vacation) history not Personal history. Olohi2018: Thanks for your prompt response.
Does this mean i leave the form blank and say see attached sheets. If yes then how do i validate and sign.
In the personal history section am i to include all vacations in between jobs
Thanks |

For those of us post- MEP/BIL, this is a reminder that we can use our BIL to register for Planning for Canada/CIIP online pre-arrival service. It is the only service accepting BIL that I know. Go to https://www.planningforcanada.ca/ to register. After registering you will given the option to choose your online group session. It takes place over 2 days, 3.5 to 4hrs per day. You will later be assigned a one-on-one MAP session. You use your PC, tablet or smartphone for the sessions. You will need data and battery charge. |

Mm. Ignorance is not an excuse under the law. Stencil: I'm not trying to scare anyone with this but the statutory questions worried me after I read a rejection case. The person in question answered "no" to the best of his knowledge but his application got denied. He later found out that when he was a child his parents applied for a visa with him as a dependent.
His parents were rejected so the rejection applied to him as well. His parents did not initially remember this as it was so long ago. Some advised he hire an immigration lawyer. Hopefully it worked out for him.
This made me call my parents to interrogate them. lol. It was intense."Daddy where were you in 1993 at 2pm" |

I don't know about the online versions, but there are a lot of free online services you can use to compress your file. Try searching compress pdf on google. lamigift: Good evening house and congratulations to the PPR clinchers.
Elders in the house,
Please I need clarification on Statement of Accounts from Bank.
Is it a must that the SOA be signed and stamped?
I'm thinking of using the downloaded version, but the issue there is that the online version is not stamped and signed.
This is so because my 6months signed and stamped SOA is like 16pages and it's very bulky (like 2mb) after scanning it. The online version has the same no of pages too, but it's not more than 200kb.
Please assist.
Thank you. |

The "To Whom.." is it a Statement of Results or is it a "To whom... we made a mistake on the certificate"? For WES: If it is a "To whom... we made a mistake on the certificate", use both it and the certificate. If it is a Statement of Results, use it only instead. For your application: You will do a one and same person affidavit that you will submit with your application. I don't think NECO should be a problem. Abk2019: Please, help a sis! while I was filling my WES app form ystday,I saw a place where am to fill my name as it's on my degree certificate, but my name was not spelt correctly(FUNMBILAYO instead of FUNMILAYO) and I was given "TO WHOM" to back it up then, but while filling it, I spelt my actual name. And secondly,my third name is Oluwafunmilayo but on my Neco d initials was written as F. While d initial on my degree certificate was O. I hope dis won't be a problem |
