Firstly, What can I use to highlight my salary bank statements-Will using a yellow highlighter pen not seem like alteration of d bank statements.

Secondly, pls who has a link for filling the schedule A form online.
I can only find the Schedule A pdf printout online (Under application forms) and this requires me to fill with a pen.

I just received my GCMS notes after almost 2 months and I’m in panic mode. My education and experience have not been met. My education and experience were not recognized. I attached WES document which was equivalent to master’s degree in Canada and my certificates when I submitted my documents initially. What should I do? Should I raise a CSE and attach documents again. My six months elapsed a week ago. Please what should I do? Plus there was a due date for 31st december 2018. Help me please.

Hello good people... So I think IRCC have sorted the issue of biometrics since my wife who is the primary applicant and is an inland application her biometrics and mine id covered. Now we received ADR for aunthoriy to release information to a designated individual IMM5475 this morning. Please this is the second time we are receiving this message the first time we downloaded the form,filled and submitted it the second day now they are saying form needs replacement what’s the issue here? Is it that we didn’t fill be form well or something else is missing? please advise abeg.

So I've been in this court room since morning and I've been wasting away since. That's after driving from Lagos to Sagamu this morning only for the opposing lawyer to text me that he's sick so the case cannot go on. But I still have to wait to get a date. I will like to find out if there will be an issue with having my intnl passport bear four (4) names, while my other docs and IDs bear three (3)names. The names are all same and no ambiguity, just added my native name to the intnl PP.

I have a 13 year old cousin whose mum passed & whose dad isn't exactly available. She currently lives with an aunt of ours & I wouldn't mind adopting her.
1) would it be possible?
2) what are the legal implications, if any?
3) would this affect our application or cause extra scrutiny?
4)when can I commence the adoption process?

Hi all, I have a Bachelors degree in English Language and a PGD in broadcast journalism. I taught English language in a school during my Nysc and now I have 2 years work experience as a journalist.

Can i add my nysc work experience to make it 3years?

Entering the pool with 2 years work experience is resulting to a low crs scores.

Thank you all for your contributions and assistance. I just managed to pass IELTS after 3rd attempt. First trial with the CBT, found it better than paper based in my opinion. LRWS 8.5, 8.5. 7, 7 and with a provisional score of 456. Not yet in the pool as i want to get it right so as not to make terrible errors, I need help on the following:

- I got ECA done by WES for me and my partner. We both Veterinary graduates. Knowing that this profession requires licence to practice overseas, is it safe for us to choose this NOC 3114 (Veterinarian) or go for something related? Moreover the work experience is in the veterinary field.

Secondly, im currently in Australia and family in Nigeria, how do i go about Biometrics and medicals? i mean is it possible for me to do mine here and my family do theirs in Nigeria or do i have to come to Nigeria to do it together as a whole family unit?

Do you think we should still apply as a family(family of 3)?is it possible that i come back in about a month after first entry and visit once in a while until i am done with my commitment in Nigeria?

So the anti climax of this long almost two years ordeal is ending with a refusal due to incorrect NOC code. I applied with NOC code 0213 - Computer and Information System Manager.

This is what I should have done two years back, but I honestly thought I was on the right course. I am sharing so that it serves as a lesson to others getting into the process. Seek all the advice and counsel you can especially wherever you have doubts, even if it make you look or sound like a slowpoke.

5, 6, 7 or more heads are better than 1 or 2.

This is not the testimony I was hoping to drop after a year and 6 months wait, but a lesson for one is a lesson for many. Never too late to do the right thing.

I am currently processing an application via PNP route that has been stuck in Review Required for Job Duties. So, we decided to start a new one with spouse as PA. I have about 6 years work experience from 3 company, the challenge is that I can't get reference letters from my previous employers as one of the companies have folded up and the other is not willing to give a reference letter. I am considering sending my employment letter as a substitute for the reference letter, please do you think I should write a letter of explanation to Alberta relating my situation?

My first year of work experience was gotten from ministry of defence as a civilian staff(housejob) where I worked for the first 8months without pay. The salaries were paid in arrears, 4months first, then 2-2-2-1-1 month(s). I can't get reference letter on letter head;I intend to get a senior colleague to write on my behalf. Can I use the statement of account as additional proof of paid employment ? Sadly,I don't have employment letter because there was a mistake in the salary scale ,the letters were sent back to abuja and was never returned to us after correction.
Please, I need advice on what to do

Same here. I told myself two nights ago on the drive home that I have to concentrate on my job and justify my salary. This Canada waka has really taken up my mind. I think of all future plans with this in mind.

I am practicing IELTS Listening like crazy. I think I must have done close to 50 tests in the last one month (if that qualifies for much). I was on a local flight over the weekend, as I settled in my seat before take off I brought out my practice book. I then made to borrow a pen from my seat mate, she looked at my book, smiled and brought out and MOD/IDP branded pen . I just started laughing loudly (and my loud laugh no be here.
I believe this will be worth it and it will end well for me and for you all in Jesus name.
