Anyway, forgive me for talking to you like that. I will modify the thrash. You should do same in your quoted rebuttal. |

If you are not available get the fvck out and allow others in need to show interest. I hooked up my sisters with their spouses and they are happily married. I don't take requests from non entities Im not confident in. I brought his request here cause i know him and confident in him.

Investment › Re: MMM! Scam Or Not? by jopretty(f): 10:44pm On Nov 09, 2016 |
I'm not going to support or condemn MMM either but I see people starting up businesses with money gotten from MMM, couples funding their weddings from MMM, most prostitudes quiting their 'jobs' cos of MMM, and yet govt want to shut it down why because to them, it is a scam? I know about 6 bankers who were laid off their jobs that are into MMM and 4 of them have delved into business and the future looks promising to them. I suggest they let them be. They already know it is a risky deal ( what is not risky now?) if at the end of the day it crashes, then they'll bear and endure the losses, besides it's not like there are that too many ready jobs to keep nigerians engaged and fulfilled. |

By standing your ground oo. Having a long and meaningful convo with them and backing it up with action. A friends once told his parents that if they stop him from marrying the lady of his choice, he'll keep on killing the wives he'd marry and will accuse them of instigating him. The parents had to let him be...hahhahhahahaa. I wish unmarried singles will stop this "I have to obey my family and marry whom they wish" DarlingtonJ: Now what is the best way to pass these messages to our parents because they are not bearing our pains they do not know what we suffer emotionally by the kind of dissensions they make for us. How can we make them understand? |

You cooked it like you would Stallion rice where you pour lots of water and yet it won't get soft (I so dislike it) when making local rice, you add just little quantity of water and keep checking it. If you learn how to cook local rice, you'll discover it is sweeter and better than most of these foreign rice except my sweet lovey dovey indian rice. |

That's a good one, bro. I'm not saying disobediece to one parents is right, but when it comes to matters of the heart and future partner, they should let us be. If the only problem parents have with our chosen partner is based on tribe, then they have no reason to hold us back whatsoever. boobyman: My sister u are so right. Let me use myself as an example. Am from Edo state and the woman I want to marry is togolese and Calabar . My parents where against it especially my mother and even when I wanted to marry from my place they still stood against it because it's not what dey want. I admit it was a foolish thing I did for lots of years just because I want to please them and they don't even care about my feelings. Now am holding on tight to this Togolese lady who grew up in Lagos . I simply following my heart not caring what my parents thinks. Am standing on my decision as a man. |

Most times I blame we the youths, our parents have lived their lives and still want to 'live' ours for us and we dance to their tune all because we don't want to offend them. Question I ask is, what if the man/woman we are meant to marry is from the 'forbidden' tribe, do we still listen to our parents? babyfaceafrica: Until we start doing the right thing and forget what our parents say....some of us follow advise sheepishly.so my parent will tell me not to marry an anambra man and am from imo....what if I bring a Fulani man....!!!...Do the right thing and tell your children good things.....the stories and history our parents say of. Another tribe is not fair..live and let's live!!! |
