Most ladies think of now and not later. Ladies, if he's true to you, loves you, wants you for keeps but earning low or close to nothing now, your duty is to encourage him, love him and always pray, pray, and pray some more. Thank God for you, Op dear. |

What if my bf is very large and I'm thin, I should still back him to prove what? Biko, leave this talk. No wonder most ladies develop severe back pain. |
Where in Kd? I'd love to attend. |
You already know what to do. Unfortunately, persons like this might go the extra mile to inflict injury on their benefactor when they refuse to lend a helping hand again. Maybe you should call the elders in your family and have a meeting. |
What's his view about his parents broken marriage? If he's strongely against and condemns it, then he's a keeper. I know parents opinions matter but my dear, it's your life and not theirs. Most people from broken homes strive to keep theirs intact no matter what it takes. And I hope he's not the type that listens to and act upon advice of parents else each parent might poison his mind. As for the 3rd guy, you should imagine the kind of children you'll have if you married him..though that's a secondary consideration when it comes to matters of the heart, but you see the womanizing aspect, it's a "no no" don't even think of getting married to such a person cos there's no guarantee that he'll change after marriage. I'm even surprised your parents mentioned him, that means they care about wealth and not their child's happiness. As for the Pastor, pls he should find another Sister to marry. |
gregvash:hmm! This is deep. Just talk to her about your feeling and the lack of affection you've developed towards her due to her character. Give her a second chance, if she still exhibits same character, pls let her go before you lose your mind and sanity. I wish you well and Good luck! |
I can only imagine what you are going through. In as much as Christianity abhors divorce, the Bible clearly states that it's better to stay on the roof of a house that live in a house with a troublesome woman. I believe your wife doesn't really understand what marriage is all about and her vows at the alter was formed at the tip of her tongue and without meaning to her. My candid advice is you tell her you can't live with her again cos of her character and you need time to get your mind settled, then watch what her reaction will be and her nxt move. And again, pls 'fall out of love' with the other woman and work on this issue. And by the way, have you communicated with your inlaws? Since they took her in the first time (which they weren't supposed to do) I bet they know their daughter and the things she can do. Lastly, it's only a foolish woman that'll disrespect her husband because she's older than he is. Once a man marries you, whether you're 20 or more yrs older, just drop it at the doorstep before entering his house and see him as your lord, master and ruler of the home and stay humble. My one cent though. |
Must you even request for alcohol? And yes, you look underage. ![]() |
