His Look on the Pitch shows he's really what I called him. The Match is over already, I'm ain't panicking anymore hence I have no reason to be angry at him and calling him a Fool again!

I pray we have a fit, injury free, Carl Ikeme for our next Game, otherwise I would prefer Alampasu to him.

What we need to do now is simple: start calling Alampasu for all our games. Make him play in our friendly matches for at least 45 minutes. That's the way to groom him as second choice. All these Akpeyi, Ezenwa will not help our ministry.

Those were the times he was helping out the defensive midfield. Did you notice that the midfield sort of collapse around the 55' to the time Ndidi came in, that was the time Leon was putting in that shift. Seriously, Onazi needs to help our game more. He lacked that urgency to mark out the opposition in this game. I don't think Bentaleb was fantastic, Onazi just gave him space.

The Algerians created chances and drew a lot of fine defensive performances for our players. They caused us problems.

They worked hard and deserve praise for their effort.

We stiffled them so much that all they could do was start shooting from the distance.

There was a time I saw some comments against Balogun on this page about how he is not our best CB, I just shook my head. This game is another confirmation of why he is unplayable in our defence. There was a time he took the ball from defense and took the ball all the way to the final third.

He often drops to the midfield to get take balls from the Algerian midfielders. Chai...that guy can play!

Big Shout out to the Algerians especially Bentaleb, Mahrez and Brahimi. Wow. Those guys took the game to us in the second half and caused us problems. They were a nice test of our growing stars.

You've given them too much applause. We annihilated them. It could easily have been 5 - 0. If Onazi has provided cover and Akpeyi had not been dull, they'd not have scored.

If Kelechi had scored that tap in and Musa had given a better cross in injury time, we'd have scored 5 goals.

They were no match for us. Moses owned their defense. Balogun killed their offense.

We need a solid second choice keeper and a right back. We have enough options to fix problems in midfield and attack. And Elderson is a good defender..

Omeruo played fantastic before he got injured. For the little time Shehu was in, he didn't do badly.

Wonderful player. He did what Onazi was not doing; charging and harrying the Algerians. As soon as he came on, the pressure stopped and we completely dominated the game.

A super eagles where Musa was on the bench and Ighalo didn't play says something. Future is looking bright. We just need them to jell in that middle.

Not really. If you notice, Etebo is the defensive partner of Onazi, which in itself is a masterpiece. Mikel is the one playing with Kelechi.

Why didn't we use the appropriate boys? Using the Amuneke U20 boys would have made more sense. Look at their faces...they look U13. And you ask them to go against Ejaria and Solanke.

People are talking of exposure when these defeats are likely to jeopardize the future of the kids. If we has used the U20 boys, at least we would have put up a good performance and scouts could see one or two players to take abroad.

Was it not the same Mikel who said this before the olympics in his column for the Standard UK
