naptu2:have Nigeria ever been invited to take part in this competition? |
If all what you say is true, I guess this account for the reason many Christians commit unspeakable acts of debauchery without even feeling remorseful. They cheat, lie, steal, fornicate, commit adultery, owe workers salary, kidnap, rape, maim, murder etc. And you say after they do all this, just because they believe in Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, they'll go to Heaven? Cc: jiggaz. |
Bitterleafsoup:and the second stage is... |
You were disgraced by your own people, own it and make amend, not give excuse. |
midolian:Choi! If this is true, it's a testament that no right thinking Nigerian should fight for any religious or political leader. To think that Corp member serving in channels TV lost his life over the gross foolishness over this whole charade is saddening. |
MrTrend:so are you saying if a gas cylinder expires it will automatically explode? |
alexistaiwo:thank goodness. Cheers. |
alexistaiwo:In Eli's voice: "we walk by faith, not by sight." ![]() |
Obviously some people really can't follow the premise of an argument. Always believing their opinion is sanctioned by God himself. Tssk |
alexistaiwo:who is shifting goalposts. So you're saying you're not the one behind Clubmaster moniker? Now as to your question. In Eli's voice, "we walk by faith, not by sight". |
alexistaiwo:LMAO. See blatant denying sha. Chisos!. You were trolling yet you provided a screenshot to back up your frivolous claim that the vagina is cleaner than the mouth, just like you did yesterday with that screenshot saying Eli revealed to that dude in the library that he was blind. Trolling my ass. Go Sidon Abeg. |
KoiceReloaded:I guess Solara who also wore shades was blind also? Since wearing shades is solely for blind folks. You remind me of a certain joke about a man who died in a natural disaster and went to heaven. On getting to heaven, he lamented to God that God didn't answer his prayers even though he prayed fervently. God told him he sent help to him several times, but the man inadvertently rebuffed all, because the "help" took a modest form.Whatever. |
alexistaiwo:but aren't you the one who posted a screenshot saying Eli revealed to the man at the library that he was blind? After I laid waste to your claims you're now saying your usual bullsh1t. Mr the vagina is cleaner than the mouth. And yes you don't do blind argument, how can I forget. Watch Zatoichi or Blind Bury and see what those guys did with their swords if believing a blind man slicing people's head off is nonsense in movies. |
Ishilove:Ah sorry. If I had known this I wouldn't have started this debate. I apologize. |
KoiceReloaded:plot summary remained unchanged since creation, where did it remain unchanged? Hope not on wikipedia? Did the makers (producers) of book of Eli write it themselves on Wikipedia? Modified. https://www.warnerbros.com/movies/book-eli/ Warner Bros website didn't say anything about Eli being blind. |
KoiceReloaded:of course it doesn't. Want to know why? The useless dolts who posted the wrong information usually rush back to edit it when it's proved the nonsense they posted is false. Just like they did as regard Stella Oduah. It's you who is predictable. I tell you this, stop believing everything you read online. There's a reason why hard copy books are still available. |
KoiceReloaded:Wiki page my ass. Has it ever occurred to you that that wiki page or even Wikipedia is never a viable source for information. I've read several wiki pages created for movies with very wrong info. If you show proof that the producer(s) of the movie say he's blind, then I rest my case, but using wiki page, nope, no can do. |
KoiceReloaded:it's always nice never to join the bandwagon. I believe if the Bible was written in English none of those guys on that site would have said what they said, then again, it would defeat the very essence of the Bible being used as a weapon, no? Rather than post link to a site where people are giving their own opinion about a thing or anything, why not find out yourself? Now there are three times Eli read the Bible in the movie: 1: In the beginning in that old abandoned house. He removed it, looked right at it and read it. You can see his lips move. 2: when he was in Carnegie's house before Solara knocked. Dude was looking right at the Bible and reading it, carefully tracing every word in Braille with his hands. 3. Inside the abandoned nuclear plant. This is the clearest part. Eli read the Bible, looked directly at the Bible and read it. Do blind people look directly at what they're reading, especially when it's in Braille. If you had said Eli is partially blind, then I won't debate this, but saying he's blind like full blown blind like you and those people on that link said, nope, it's a no no. PS: I know a woman who has exactly the same eyes Eli has. I've known this woman right from my childhood and I can categorically tell you she's no where near blind. |
KoiceReloaded:another one. Good lord. So blind people have white eyes or what are you trying to say exactly?. This is just like you saying a man who has what we usually call 'ojoro eyes' is blind. Beside all this, there's no mentioned whatsoever in the movie that Eli is blind. So whatever the subtle hints you chose to see or not see, is just your opinion. |
alexistaiwo:I once said you're the type of person who believes everything he reads on the internet without questioning it or even bothering to find out yourself if what you read is true or just horsesh1t. After reading your baseless and stupid opinion about Eli being blind, I fast forwarded the movie to that particular scene, connected my laptop to my subwoofer and no where did Eli mention that he was blind. When asked what condition the Bible was in, he mentioned that it was "beat up, but it will do the job". After that leader of the library asked if he could see it, Eli answered "yes you may". Fast forward again, Eli asked "do you have anything to write on" the leader of the library told the guy standing close by "could you get us something to write on please" Eli now told the person standing close by "a while lot of it". Fast forward again Eli told the leader of the library "pay close attention and write down everything I say, exactly as I say it"... I'm really not surprise though. |
alexistaiwo:... |
alexistaiwo:nigga is blind? Dude which brand of weed do you smoke? So you think or believe people who are blind are the only ones who can read braille? |
hulk616:which fault are you talking about? |
Why am I not surprise that the states that carry religion on their heads like a woman selling pepper on the street are the ones at the bottom of the list. ![]() |
hulk616:"endgame had one fault" according to you that is, the only one you want to see. ![]() |
Indeed, and it's also making them in humanly stupid. |
hulk616:oh please, if you can find fault in John Wick 3, I wonder why you aren't finding fault in Avengers: Endgame. |
