Mindfulness:
I don't agree.

I have fun when I shower.
I have fun when I have breakfast.
I have fun choosing my clothes for the day.
I have fun at work.
I have fun playing with my family.
I have fun when doing the laundry.
I have fun driving my car.
I have fun gardening.
I have fun with my friends, on and offline.

It doesn't matter what you do, it matters how you do it.
I enjoy every minute of the day. This is what I call Mindfulness.

I didn't expect you to, your world is different from mine. You live in a world where things work, I live in a world where things are trying to work. Thus, your idea of fun is way different from mine.

The pleasure is all mine.

I agree to some extent. We need negativity to reach out for positivity but it shouldn't be balanced. Positivity must outweigh negativity by far.

lolz, my confinement gave me a moment of reflection and the time to pen a thread or two.

I also took the time to observe folks here from the luxury of emotional aloofness that I couldn't afford if my main moniker was active.

I see most of them females have knowledge but are wisdom-bereft.

They are like water in sand -- no purpose or value.

LOL. Knowledge and wisdom aren't mutually exclusive, just like information can never compete with knowledge.

But, be that as it may, I'm yet to see a woman here who I'll say is wise. Those who come close, always let their emotion(s) cloud their thought. Hence the reason for public lamentations...
