What does your username mean?.......or in other words why did you pick that username out of million others?

Mine is self explanatory .....am the daughter of Zion! Wat about yours?
I picked my username because my name isn't Joseph and I was born in 1832.

Well I can be both a douche & a punk sometimes tongue It's part of my personality. I can be quarrelsome at the slightest provocation. Can't help it. No shame in my game.

A username like cutiepie or sweetheart just wouldn't be me at all *gags*

So yeah, a "douchess" is a term I coined meaning the female version of a douche *smirks*
Hmm. No wonder you have The Head B1tch In Charge (HBIC) as a pseudonym. Lol.

It's actually quite possible for G-Force to defeat the Voltron Force if both sides use their vehicles. You've probably forgotten that G-Force has a lot of advantages. Like I said earlier, the fiery Phoenix could easily cut through Voltron. The Phoenix also has its solar powered energy blaster and its TBX missiles.

And of course, one advantage that people always forget about is that G-Force can easily outnumber Voltron. Remember that the lions have to merge in order to form Voltron, but G-Force's vehicles can operate independently, so Voltron wouldn't only be battling the Phoenix, it might also be battling four other vehicles at the same time.

But like I said, it all depends on what the writers want.
Well I agree on the embolden. However, I believe the Voltron Force will entirely damage the G-Force beyond recognition, why I say so is because, the voltron lions are actually bigger, aside being bigger, the voltron lions also have an assorted array of weaponry, one that surpasses that of the G-Force.

Even when the lions formed voltron, the weapons voltron have far out class that of G-Force, remember, voltron's electro silver, spinning laser blaz2, ignite lion touches and "release electro force, cross", (a weapon just like Thundersub's energy proton gun).

Hope you remember the voltron lions are powered by the elements?. The black lion is powered by thunder and lightening, the red lion by lava/fire, the blue lion by water, the green lion by the living forest and the yellow lion by earth/sand. Something like the Captain Planet.

So to me, the Red Lion Lava power source can withstand the Fiery Phoenix. I believe Voltron is the combination of man, machine and the elements. That makes it a very potent weapon. Remember the G-Force couldn't even fight The Great Spirit when they tried to unmasked Zoltar? So think about all the dark magic thrown at Voltron yet it remain indestructible.

One-to-one combat.
Princess Allura will kick Princess's derrière.
The rest, a tie.
Hmm I don't agree. Allura isn't skilled in hand to hand combat but Princess in G-Force is.

Keith doesn't stand a chance against Mark, neither does Jason and the rest stand any chance against the G-Force team.

Don't forget, when the G-Force team transmute, they have super powers, but Voltron team doesn't.

naptu2:
cheesy That depends on what the writer wants. grin

However, I'd say that G Force are better at one-on-one combat (without their vehicles). I can't say who would win if they both use their vehicles.
Well I agree with you on the first, but there is no way The Phoenix can battle Voltron and win. No way bro. That's for sure.

I think she's referring to Pidge in Voltron, Defender Of The Universe.
Oh, sorry. That's my bad. However, I don't really believe Pidge was the brain of the group.
TV/MoviesRe: Which Lion Was Yours? by joseph1832(m): 6:22pm On Dec 25, 2015
naptu2:
They are both mecha.

I posted pictures of those three cartoons because they are very similar. Voltron, Defender Of The Universe is very similar to Battle Of The Planets (I actually thought that it was the same company that made both when I first saw Voltron in 1986/87).

Princess = Princess Allura
Mark = Keith.
Jason = Lance
Keyop = Pidge
Tiny = Hunk
Chief Anderson = Koran.

Lotor = Zolta
Zarkon = The Great Spirit

They each have their individual vehicle, but also have a main vehicle (The Phoenix/Voltron) that they jointly use. Both shows also have finishing moves that signal the end of an episode ("transmute into fiery phoenix". "Form blazing sword" ).

And Megas XLR is quite similar to both Battle Of The Planets and Voltron, Defender Of The Universe. In fact, there the G Force appeared in an episode of Megas XLR (they were called S Force).
Hey bro, which team would you say will emerge victorious should Voltron Force battle G-Force one on one?.

Now you've given me another idea. You are referring to their weapons, while I was referring to their vehicles.

Mark had the boomerang (I think).
Yea Mark had the boomerang, Jason and Tiny had the guns (multi-purpose) Princess had the Yoyo, and I can't really remember the name of Keyup's weapon.

Nope. The leader Mark was the Brain of the group. Although, they work as a team.

Princess had the bike, Keyop had that thing that looked like an armoured fighting vehicle and Jason had the car.

I can't quite remember which vehicles were Mark and Tiny's.
Mark had the little jet and Tiny had the Phoenix.

Goddammit bro! you're good.

I love that book and it made me abandon my other books and of course you've got to hide and read adult books. grin

That's the title - ''The Passport Of Mallam Illia'' it was provocative and the suspense was just something out of this world.

Did you finish it?
I was raised by a teacher. Books and tv were all I ever knew when I was a kid.

Does that answer your question?

This bbok's particular story line was based on events in the North and it was centered on a particular beauty Queen in the North and one particular character.

It was about love - I read it when I was 11 ,can't remember the story line anymore ,all I've got in my head is nothing but vivid images of my imagination of the story but certainly not these two you mentioned.

Help a brother for once grin grin

Joseph the carpenter - Let's make peace ,not war. grin
The Passport Of Mallam Illia. El kanemi's daughter, where the king made men fight for his daughter's hand.

Em OP where is your source of did you write this yourself? Cos if you did, I'll want to ask you want if there aren't any abrasion on the pen1s shaft? Will the person still contact HIV?

I'll always say this, people just like to tell tales about things they're too shy or too jealous to do.

I find this write up very bias.

I've read everyone of them, I didn't borrow them to read, I bought them, hard copy.

OP, since you included Things Fall Apart, you should have also included The Gods Are Not To Blame by Ola Rotimi. Its still internationally acclaim just like Things Fall Apart, and its even been adapted into tv series, just like Things Fall Apart.

But its almost a shame African literature is almost loosing its potency.

PoliticsRe: Fayose Distributing Bags Of Rice To People In Ekiti. Photos by joseph1832(m): 7:38am On Dec 24, 2015
TonyeBarcanista:
I have been witholding my position on Fayose's style of 'governance' all these whÍle. I think it's time to express it.

With due respect to Governor Ayo Fayose and his supporters, I think the Governor is abusing governance and is damaging the psyche of average Ekiti indigene on the responsibility of government by his actions.

His stomach infrastructure program has made government to be a "come and chop" affair. Instead of devoting such resources towards capacity building that will boost the human development of Ekiti people, and also wealth creation programs that will empower Ekiti people to be able to increase their financial capacity and build Ekiti economy, the governor rather spend it on non productive stomach infrastructure.

This pattern of sharing rice, cutting animal skin(kpomo), buying seasoning etc doesn't help the state go grow. Has he asked himself, "after eating the rice, what next for the people?" Will he feed them three times in a day? Will he give them money to buy cloths? Will he give them Shelter? Will he 'dash' the people automobile? How can his people get these without real empowerment?

I pray the Governor doesn't carry this form of governance(misgovernance) into the new year! He may not be the worst Governor but he needs to change...
It gladdens my brain that you've not entirely lost it. Lol.
PoliticsRe: The Disturbing Attitude Of Nigerians To The Fight Against Corruption by joseph1832(m): 8:46pm On Dec 23, 2015
The plague of corruption isn't something that is exclusive to our politicians alone. It is something that is very common to everyone, in fact, the very nature of the average Nigerian man is corrupt. How else can you expect people not to be corrupt when the society they live in is corrupt and thrives on corruption.

Nigeria is now a country where corruption is a virtue and honesty is a vice. Everybody shout at our politicians for looting when they themself are guilty of what they accuse our politicians of. How many Nigerians owe their workers salary, how many enforce ghost workers, how many sleep with girls just to give them jobs, how many give favors to those they know etc. The list is endless.

For me, until we re-orientate ourselves, corruption will become our number one culture.
