Amongst the front 3, he has the least work rate but wants to take all the shine. He acts like he's humble & calm (on the field atleast), but na wash. He wants to be the one taking all the shine. I have never seen Mane react, ever...Reacting this way, is definitely pent up anger built over a period of time. Yes, "over a period of time". And if care is not taken, Mane would start to ignore Salah on the pitch. |

Sports › Re: Don't Have Dinner With Cristiano Ronaldo - Patrice Evra Warns Messi by JoseRaji(m): 12:32am On Sep 01, 2019 |
WriterNig: Patrice Evra has warned Lionel Messi against having dinner with Cristiano Ronaldo after recalling his infamous lunch date with the Juventus star.
The flamboyant left-back, 38, couldn’t resist having another dig at his old Manchester United team-mate for their now-well-known “training session” meal.
Evra once warned the world against “eating” with Ronaldo as it will turn into a workout – now he’s urged Messi to reject CR7’s date offer.
After Thursday’s Champions League draw, Evra posted a snap of himself catching-up with Ronaldo in Monaco.
The ex-France international captioned the Twitter post: “@Cristiano: ‘Are you coming for lunch or no?’
“Me: ‘Thank you but I just retired so I don’t need another training session.”
The former West Ham and Juventus defender had previously tweeted about Ronaldo, saying: “He is a machine!!
“Just don’t go to his house for lunch it’s like another training session!”
His latest well-natured jibe came after Ronaldo offered to take Messi out for dinner after the Barcelona star clinched the Forward of the Year in Monaco.

Joy2Dwise: I kept receiving pop-up messages from GTB on my mobile app stating that I was qualified to apply for loan but I kept ignoring them cus I knew that getting a loan is not as easy as that. I knew what I went through on few occasions when I had to take loans as small as 300k to sort out some immediate financial needs. It got to a point when I began to expect the bank to request the death certificate of my great grand father before they approve a loan amount that is not even up to my monthly earnings. The most embarrassing moment was when two close friends refused to sign guarantor forms because they claimed it was against their principle. I had to swallow my pride and go to a junior who eventually stood in as my guarantor at the end.
Out of curiousity, I clicked "accept'' just to see if it was real. Next message I got was that "your application has been accepted". To cut the long story short, I received an alert of about 1m.150k just few hours later and this sounded incredible. A scanned copy of the repayment plan was later emailed to me and when I did the calculation, I found out that the total percentage of interest is about 12% as against 22 - 26% which I was forced to cough out in previous loans I took from different banks in the past. This to me was a good deal even though I don't have a specific plan for it. Had to push it to my son's account while I wrap my head around what best to do with the money.
This instant loan and the attractive interest rate kept me wondering on the following:
1. Does it mean the banks now have so much money in their coffers to lend out to customers even without asking? 2. What is the reason for the low interest rate which to me is still far lower than what is obtainable?
I called my account officer to ascertain if I can invest it in FG bond but I wasn't impressed with the interest rate so I'm going to keep it in the bank pending on when I decide on what to do with it. Any good idea is however welcomed. Stop giving out half truths... You mean to tell us that you just clicked "ACCEPT" on an "eligibility for loan" notification, and just like that, you saw credit alert? Bros, you can do better. |

GrabHisBalls: Blame your brother. I thought most of you go by the mantra "Make money and you'll marry any woman of your choice?" the moral lesson in your story is that a lady could love your money and not love you. That was exactly what played out and crashed their marriage.
Secondly, his inability to invest. If he had invested part of his salary, he won't have had reasons to fight over 200k 'cause I am sure he was giving her more than that of which she never accounted for. She realized he wasn't doing so well, so her reason for the disrespect. You point out two shortcomings of the woman. And the OP's brother is still to blame? Na wa o! |

ogododo: Barely 24 hours the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), arrested 80 Nigerians for fraudulent activities, a global firm, Dynamics Intelligence, Friday shut-down its operations in the country.
A statement by its Chairman, Jenna Bourgeois revealed the reason behind the company’s decision to halt operations in Nigeria.
Bourgeois in his Linkedin handle noted that employees and contractors consistently defraud the company.
U.S. air regulators ban some Apple laptops on flights(Opens in a new browser tab)
His words, “Effective immediately, we will be closing our operations in Nigeria. Over the last year, we have faced numerous examples of employees and contractors extorting the company.
“While we kept giving Nigerians a chance to gain skills and employment, we cannot run a company when we can’t trust the people who work for us. Any company interested in conducting business in Nigeria can reach out to us to learn how to avoid being scammed by technical resources.
“It is a kick in our face that we spent so much time trying to give Nigerians the benefit of the doubt to have this happen. Customers who wish to outsource, are well advised to seek an India-owned company for the best results.”
About the company
Dynamics Intelligence is an international recognized company, operating in US, Canada and Africa. The company provides solutions in technology and had partnered with Microsoft and Amazon to create custom cloud based productivity software.

Crime › Re: Armed Robbers Invade Police Barrack In Delta State by JoseRaji(m): 11:33pm On Aug 11, 2019 |
Mophasa: Police officers and their families residing in the ‘B’ Police Barracks along the Benin-Onitsha expressway in Asaba, Delta State have raised the alarm of incessant robbery attacks on them in recent times.
The residents of the barracks who spoke to The Sun on condition of anonymity, said the robbery suspects have taken advantage of the prevailing dakrness in the barracks to unleash series of attacks on them. The barracks was thrown into darkness two months ago after yet-to-be-identified persons vandalized the transformer serving the barracks and who also made away with the cables.
''Robbers have been coming here to dispossess us of our property. We have lost power generating sets, handsets laptops and personal effects to the dreaded thieves. There is uncleared vegetation at the other side of the barrack, through which they gain access to the barrack. They have been tormenting us lately. They come through the bush, and because there is no power supply, everywhere is always dark, so we cannot see them coming in.” a resident said
Another resident who also spoke on condition of anonimity, said they have contributed N3,000 each to fix the vandalized transformer, adding that since the donation was made over a month ago, nothing has changed.
“Our lives are under serious threat as a result of darkness which the hoodlums are taking advantage of. We are very worried at the moment. We have not heard anything since we contributed money to fix the vandalized transformer,” the source disclosed.
Another resident of the barrack however believes that the robbery attacks might be an orchestration of the children of some of the police officers.
“The situation is terrible but there are some children who are above 18 years that are still around. This is not proper. I suspect that the pockets of robberies we are experiencing are orchestrated by these young residents. So we are appealing to the management of the state police command to investigate this matter and save us from the hands of these tormentors,” the resident said
When contacted, the Commissioner of Police in the state, Adeyinka Adeleke, admitted that the barrack has been in darkness due to the vandalized transformer, but denied claims that robbery attacks has been on the increase in the barracks.
