Delta Politics is very complicated O! The easiest way to win in Delta state governorship election is to contest when the Rotation formula reaches your zone. Federal power will never work in Delta state if Ogboru contest because he is from Delta central, but APC present a Delta North candidate PDP will have sleepless nights.
