kabe1: Nigerian Navy SBS Commando and a US Green Beret pose for pictures after joint training exercise. Just a little question, US Green berets likes covering their faces from the media, even during documentaries they act, they will cover their face and distort their voices.. But here this guy is gladly smiling to the camera , am thinking that the guy's they send here "might not" be the main Green berets but maybe some good Army instructors... Just my thoughts thou, I may be wrong |

sizzorchan: So you expect such for every single soldier who died in our war? How does that make sense? Because then they'd all have to quit their jobs to throw a parade. It's easy to do this when you aren't at war and you lose 1 or 2 soldiers, but in our case, we've lost too many, this won't make sense to do. We are at war they aren't Baba rest how do you guys even sleep at night when you justify things that doesn't make sense? ...now you want to use "we are at war" as an excuse for not honouring fallen heroes?? Let me give few instances 1) The time we lost 100+ men(can't remember the actual location, a company or so was attacked and almost wiped out) what did the president do, he went to commission a railway station at Lagos instead of attending burial of soldiers 2) The COAS died on official duty, did the president attend the burial?? What of vice?? 3) One happened recently a major died together with some soldiers, but the focus was just on the major and it was a if the soldiers were worthless. How do you then tell soldiers and officers that their sacrifice is been acknowledged?? I still praise Ret. Air marshal Sadiq Baba. We have seen in situation whereby US will fly a single dead soldier in a C130 from middle East down to the states (am not comparing US with Nigeria). All am trying to say it that these men deserves to be buried with honour war or no war.I rest my case |

bidexiii: Bleep the respect. What do you people don't understand is way beyond your imaginations, you'll rather listen to an hypocrite in Israel. Am from a Yoruba tribe dude and I grew up in the North, and I met the destruction caused by the Maitatsine crisis, I witnessed the Zangon Kataf crisis. I go on and on like that. Now the BH, go to these places and see what war has done to this regions it will take to recover what was destroyed. I will say it has the matter his, if the east turns to a battle ground young soldier would be sent there and some will die but the people that would suffer the most are the indigenes of the region. Am not here for the likes or support, and I would not take sides. They should embrace peace there is no justification for them embracing arms ! There you go again.. still dodging what was thrown at you...but let's just move on |

bidexiii: NAF LOSES SF PERSONNEL IN GUN DUEL AS TROOPS OF SECTOR 1 OF OPERATION HADARIN DAJI NEUTRALIZE 30 ARMED BANDITS AT MAJE RIVERLINE IN ZAMFARA STATE
Troops of Sector 1 of Operation HADARIN DAJI have neutralized no fewer than 30 armed bandits at the Maje Riverline near Yar Katsina under Bungudu Local Government Area of Zamfara State. This was achieved when the troops from Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) at Kekuwuje, Kwatarkwashi and Maru, comprised mostly of Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Special Forces (SF) personnel, were mobilized in response to reports that scores of armed bandits, along with a large number of rustled livestock, were spotted heading towards Kekuwuje-Yar Kastina Road.
The troops made contact with the armed bandits along the Yar Katsina Road and overpowered them with superior firepower in the ensuing gun battle. The troops subsequently pursued the bandits and cornered them at the Maje Riverline, neutralizing 30 of them. Unfortunately, one NAF SF personnel, Aircraftman Sunday Enwa, who fought gallantly during the encounter, paid the supreme price while 3 others, who sustained gunshot wounds during the operation, have been evacuated for medical treatment.
The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, on behalf all officers, airmen, airwomen and civilian staff of the NAF, commiserates with the family of the fallen hero and prays that the Almighty God grants his soul peaceful repose. The CAS also urges all NAF personnel to remain resolute and continue to work assiduously, in synergy with sister Services and other security agencies, to rid the Northwest of all criminal elements.
IBIKUNLE DARAMOLA Air Vice Marshal Director of Public Relations and Information Nigerian Air Force 18 January 2021 This is one thing I like about NAF...they value their Airmen and officers..they brought out official statement on the death of an airman unlike NA |

From the 30 second videos. I can determine the Soldiers were well disciplined and significant restructuring of the 200,000 Soldiers is complete. This is the other side of the perspective. Drop link |

Mr toju that knows the type of training that is been given to soldiers of the army. Well done sir. Do u even know intimidation is part of the army way of life. There is even a course given to cadet in the NDA. Where they re taught to intimidate. I have 4gotten the name of the course. After completing it, they will be sent to intimidate civilian and record it to show it to their superior as evidence. Failing to do it, they will be punished. I was told this by a soldier friend. It's not a course sha, it's a task that you will be given, more like a tradition, but no longer obtainable.. It's called plooming 101. |

Stephandesward: For there to be an explosion there needs to be adequate amount of oxidizing agent in this case, oxygen to cause an explosion....a fuel drum of diesel has little space for oxygen, the lower the volume of diesel or fuel, with higher quantity of oxidizing agent, the higher the chances of explosion. And the explosion strength increases with the higher number of charged particles in the mixture of fuel , and oxidizing agent....if you want to make a home made bomb more powerful, introduce powder particles into the air using fan or any means, pour fuel and light matches in a somewhat enclosed place. ...you will get a giant fireworks bang, and possibly dead bodies. Thanks |
