In my opinion, I don't think you need to call him yet, he's doing his due diligence and will come back to you if it checks out you're the true owner of the domain.

It's only logical for ID card name to match bank name if that's the ID you used in opening the bank account. In my case I didn't include my bank middle name in the Payoneer form as there's no option for it. Just stick to first and last names

I decided to list it there with other names. 3 months later name sold. Glory be to God .

Moral of the story : Sometimes it's good to have a lot of patience in this business. What you didn't sale today might still sale tomorrow for much more than you expected. Another lesson learnt is that if you have a name that once had an offer and it didn't work out well, hold it tight once there's an interest it means name is valuable and will definitely sale someday.

Thanks to God for this sales. How did this come to be? On 23rd, I felt I should create an account on Sedo and list few of my domains after I seeing sales report on Facebook and saw Sedo as part of Marketplace that domains were sold through.

I just listed 10 names including 8investments.com. I did necessary settings and move on with hope. I checked on 24th during the day and I saw 3 unique clicks on my dashboard. I also saw the country where the clicks were coming from. Lo and behold I checked my mail at past 11pm and I saw 8investments.com sold. I quickly log in and discovered that the fourth click bought the name. Also the other domains has gotten clicks. I quickly added more names. At a time I saw more click on one of the name, I increased price if not by now it would have been bought.

I was amazed like this because I had never used sedo before, just less than 24hours after listing, I sold a domain that is about to expire.

If you have not used Sedo please do now. Who knows.

This is true. A lot of things work against us here.. Reputation and all.. A Nigerian in Nigeria is perceived to be a scammer, they judge you before they even get to know you. A buyer requested for a call once, made the mistake of calling with my naija number, that was the end, he never responded to any further emails from me. Those who end up buying regardless are the ones who look beyond where you from
