Guy, why resort to name calling?? I don't get it, o! You can make your point without being disrespectful. The only time you should take your gloves off, is when someone has provoked you or used foul words on you first.

Anywhere, Ojukwu set up something called an Eastern Consultative Assembly. The membership was drawn or hand-picked by him from various tribes that make up the old Eastern region.

They were the ones who gave Ojukwu the mandate to go ahead and prosecute the war.
I have a personal problem with people who refused education but feel they have the right to misinform the public, It is the highest provocation to my sanity, the likes of Nnamdi Kanu is causing chaos using that means, I will do whatever is necessary to stop your madness of misinformation on its tracks even if it will tantamount using anti social behaviors, these are your options;

A) Get your facts right
B) Shut the fvck up.

One more mis information I will spit venom, be warned!!

When a military administrator cherry picks his paddy men like Affiong, Ukiwe, onwuamaizu, etc, is that what you call an Assembly? what kinda education do you have that refused to tell you that an Assembly that represent the South Eastern interest should be enthroned through an election? which date was the election held? which political parties fielded candidates that enthroned them? It was a military government for fvcks sake and there was no need for any stvpid assembly.
The fact that a lunatic like yourself was allowed to sell misinformation in public is the reason you had to recycle the same sh!t to me as a fact,

[quote author=Naijiant post=39642107]This is in response to JPPhillips.

You may want to read my post that you responded to in relation to the OP that I was replying to.

It may be “common sense” for the people of Cross River, Rivers, Bayela and Akwa Ibom to reject Biafra. My argument is that it is not for us (me, you, Cram Jones, or whoever) to reject it for them. My guess may be that they would reject Biafra, but I can’t state that categorically as a fact until they are asked.
We don't need to ask them, the foundation of Biafra did not accommodate them, maybe you need to go and read the laws the Biafran miscreants are quoting to understand why SS does not qualify under the law, I am ruling them out based on the guidelines for a UN backed referendum, simple!! what is there to ask them again? are you not educated? didn't you read the terms of the camp David accord for the Palestine? did not you read how the Kurds failed under the same law? what makes you think UN will grow stup!d over night to accommodate the Biafrans?

You should read what the OP said about landlocked Biafra being a recipe for failure. My point is that just being landlocked is no guarantee of failure. So I pointed at successful landlocked countries. I didn’t claim Biafra would succeed. The claim is that being landlocked doesn’t mean you must fail. I have no interest in a debate about generating power b/c I am not an expert in the subject, but there are rivers in Anambra and Enugu and there is coal in Enugu too.
A landlocked Biafra is a disaster only people with no idea how the real world works think otherwise.

When Shagari pardoned Ojukwu, the latter joined the NPN and denounced Biafra. He formed APGA to run as president of Nigeria. Democratic principles dictate that people have a right for their views to be heard as long as it is within the law. There are people agitating for Texas to separate from the US. It is when you suppress debate and lawful forms of agitation that you allow demagogues like Nnamdi Kanu to prosper.
Ojukwu ran APGA peter Obi's 2003 campaign on Biafra sentiments, if you are not aware or you did not follow up you ask questions, that is the right thing to do, that moment was when Ojukwu should be arrested for violating his pardon the Shagari part was a joke.

Ojukwu did not unilaterally declare Biafra even though he was the recognized military governor of the Eastern region. He was mandated to declare Biafra by the Eastern region house of assembly and if he had not declared Biafra he would have been taken out of the picture and his replacement would have declared Biafra.
Another History deficient student, how can the Eastern house of Assembly dissolved in 1966 as a result of the coup and decree 34 that ensued resurface to mandate Ojukwu a military administrator to declare Biafra in 1967?
This generation is so empty, little wonder Nnamdi Kanu could feast on you guys. How can a military administrator be over seeing a House of assembly? does that not prick your dumb brain for a second?

There was a Bight of Biafra b/4 Nigeria existed, but not a country of Biafra. “Bight” means exit from shipping lanes. The bight was named by Portuguese seafarers.
I agree completely, the Lunatic Nnamdi Kanu told those urchins that there was Biafra before Nigeria, in reality, there was a "Bight of Biafra" before Nigeria, You see why I hate that nuisance for his penchant for spreading mis information.
That Bight of biafra in part lie in our present day gulf of guinea. It was just a ship route in those days not a country let alone land, its all water

3. It may be likely that the people of Rivers, Cross River and Akwa Ibom may not want to join Biafra, but until you ask them, you can’t state this categorically.
It is common sense for them to reject Biafra, first the Biafran struggle is fueled by the "indigenous peoples right 2007" while the lunatic Kanu forgot to tell them there is an addendum to that called "indigenous land right" all UN backed laws.
On whose land right will Igbos claim the resources in Akwaibom land? secondly, those SS states fare better than their SE counterparts, it will amount to parasitism if they should join Biafra. Lastly, there are no 100% igbo speaking zones in those area which is a major requirement for a UN backed referendum, except they are ready to fight a war that will humble Nigeria and subjugate the SS people, then I see no Biafra beyond the SE part of the country.
Selling a prosperous Biafra to the SS is a tough sell because, the SE presently is a deep sh!t. That is why Nnamdi Kanu is doing a "tongue sell", convincing them that they all speak the same language as such qualify as brothers grin grin grin
I really don't blame him because in far away London where his madness started, he never knew that beyond the Ikwerres in Phalga, no aboriginal person speak Igbo till Cameroon mountains.
How do i even expect him to know that anyways, his plan makes a mockery of the UN guidelines hence, he is just a scam feeding fat on people's ignorance.

4. While being a landlocked country is not ideal, it is no impediment to development. Switzerland is an affluent landlocked country. One of the most stable and relatively developed countries in sub-Saharan Africa is Botswana and it is landlocked (the highest ranked sub-Saharan country in the UN Human Development Index).
Arguments like this defeat common sense, the average successful Igbo is an importer, there is absolutely nothing else to do, the few manufacturers are assortments of pickets who piece together imported parts for bigger profit, that Manufacturing capability will die off once the actual Biafra comes to life, Outside Abia state, no other region in the SE can generate electricity independently so what will power the manufacturing base? Enugu, Ebonyi and half of Anambra have no water so what exactly will support manufacturing in the first place?

That leaves them solely with importation, Is it the same with the countries you mentioned? Being land locked equally makes you a bulls eye for belligerent neighbors which, Biafra is surrounded by Enemies, you cant undermine the Naval advantage the enemies will employ.
Switzerland has a very developed arms export hub dating back to the 1920 so their import is quite limited unlike Biafra that must import tooth pick.
The Euro zone arrangement give member states collective access to developed infrastructures in terms of transport, Technology and defense same can not be said of Biafra whose immediate neighbor Kogi state has nothing to offer except war, kidnapping and fulani heards men.

Switz is bordered in the North by Germany, East by France, West by Austria and South by Italy, all prosperous nations, Being a bridge that connects 5 prosperous nations is reason enough for Switz to be developed.
Switz equally have had their fair share of geographical disadvantage, recall that during the second world war, Switz declared neutrality as such should be immune from all hostilities, how can that be possible when Germany needs to drop a bomb in France and Switz is in between?
Their air space was violated countless times, their infrastructures were mulled by several bombs, matter of fact, the Switz citizens suffered every trauma that comes with being a victim of war. that alone is a history they will never forget in a hurry, thanks to being land locked.

Despite all the pros and cons argument, comparing Switzerland with Biafra or using Switz as a model to undermine the geographical dangers of Biafra is like comparing life and death.

As for Botswana, having a high human development index, it does not in any way signify a prosperous nation, is a calligraphy of deception smuggled in to make your argument relevant, individual citizens efforts can account for that more than the impact of the government, even if I choose to accept your position for the sake of argument, I can tell you that with Federal allocations and IGR to biafra in present Nigeria, has only a sh!t hole as results.

5. Nigeria needs to address the Biafran agitation in a mature and democratic way. We can learn from the Scottish and Catalan independence movements. Nobody is suppressing their rights to agitate and they are doing it democratically.

More info:

I don't agree, Shehu Shagari deserves to be jailed for pardoning Ojukwu who started a political party APGA riding on Biafra sentiments, that was the genre of a new Biafra struggle in our democracy, as for Nnamdi Kanu and his cohorts, he must be tried for treasonable felony with a very long prison term, he must divulge the identity of all the IPOB leaders word wide and their locations, they must dismantle radio biafra and slap the brains behind that propaganda media minimum of 20yrs in the gallows, that is the only Biafran solution, till the plebeians in the east are sensible enough to agitate for a better cause.
Politics › Re: How Nigeria Must Deal With Biafra - Cramjones by jpphilips(m):
cramjones:
I have keenly observed the current events that have led to the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu, the self-proclaimed leader of the Biafran movement. I have mixed reactions to the events that have transpired and have communicated my thoughts to the Nigerian Presidency. I will attempt elucidating my thoughts here.

1. I am of the opinion that the call for Biafra is legitimate: Firstly, Biafra existed before Nigeria was created. It was made up of people with similar cultures and language (with majority tribe being Igbo). It is perfectly legitimate for the original inhabitants of the country to yearn to have back their country and resources under their control. However, I do not believe that Biafra is a viable solution at this time.

2. During the Biafran war it is estimated that at least 1 million people of largely Igbo extraction were killed! This is no doubt in mind a genocide. However, the Nigerian government has made a fundamental mistake by:

a. Not recognizing it ever took place, or playing down the number of those that died for political reasons, only serve to fuel violence and the call for secession.
b. They have also made a major mistake by not even having a memorial day to remember those that died during the genocide - This action alone will give a sense of belonging and would foster a deepened National unity.

3. If the government does not look into the creation of a true federation whilst implementing its pseudo-federalism, and pretend that a genocide never took place, then the dissolution of Nigeria or even the metastasis of the Biafrian movement becomes inevitable.

4. Despite the premise I have laid out, I still do not think a Biafran state is viable. This is why

i. The Eastern Goverments are fundamentally corrupt; A visit to present day Imo and Abia will attest to the corruption and rot that have plagued the region. These leaders have all FAILED to develop the east with the resources given to them. If they had made the East the "dubai" of Nigeria, everyone including the international community would have taken the cry for Biafra serious. The argument would be if the "Biafran leaders" can develop their region with the "little" resources given them, it is only fair they secede and do even more for their people and their region. However, this is not the case. A Biafran state will only lead to another mini civil war, and a fight for resources and wealth among Biafrans.

ii. Since 1970 when the war ended the geo-political dynamics of the Biafran region has changed. For example the people of Rivers would not want to be part of a country where their individual tribes become a minority. Same will go to Akwa Ibom etc. This will then lead to a disintegration of the original Biafran state, and would lead to a battle for resource control.

iii. If the above happens, Biafra would essentially be a landlocked country, and this can lead to an invasion and fight of Rivers, in order to fight for port control, oil revenue etc. Igbos will definitely need the ports since most of them are international business men, and won't afford to pay regions like Rivers for all the billions of dollars of imports that takes place in the region.

In summary, an eventual Biafran state through a peaceful referendum will lead to a situation worse than South Sundan.

Way forward:

1. President Buhari MUST as a matter of urgency look into the white paper of the national conference and work assidiously with congress to make sure he implements true Federalism.

2. We must as a matter of urgency accept that at least 1 million Igbos where killed and establish a day to remember these precious lives that were gone. We must go a step further to make sure we teach this history to our kids, and not ban it from being tought in schools.

3. If the Federal government treat the Biafra issue with kids gloves, we may have something worse than Boko Haram in our hands.

4. Release Nnamdi Kanu immediately! Sit down with him and lay out your plans to resolve this issue. It would be a disservice to the Igbo people to compare the rise of Boko Haram with this present agitation, but history has thought us that as dynamic and complex Nigeria is, we MUST as a matter of urgency address the agitation of the Biafrans, before it metastasize to a problem bigger than Nigeria. A stitch in time saves nine!

Personally, I have shared these thoughts to my friend and brother Femi Adeshina with the hope that he would communicate this to P.M.B.

It is my hope that this does not destroy our country in our very eyes.
You must be taking those lunatics too seriously, first I am yet to hear any Igbo Elite push for Biafra, Chinua Achebe only sold his books with the status quo which is understandable from a business point of view.

The Elites of Igbo land are feeding fat from Nigeria and have interests neck deep in Nigeria which a Biafran struggle will mar, those interests will stop at nothing to silence the struggle so don't bother about that.

Take out Radio Biafra and you will not hear of Biafra again in 2016.

Not to worry, Nnamdi Kanu in captivity has released vital info on the workings of IPOB, first is their communication strong hold which is broken, next will be list of all the IPOB cell leaders, by the time Buhari is done with those urchins, they will understand the difference between a trained soldier and a sleeping civilian.
No more radio Biafra will mean peace for a very long time and no mobilization channel, they will only operate in pockets that will make them bulls eye for target practice.
Family › Re: Is It Wise For A Woman To Give Her Husband Part Of Her Monthly Salary? by jpphilips(m): 11:13am On Nov 03, 2015
At jpphilips,

Money put into a joint account towards family expenses or capital intensive projects requires a caveat oooo! before one party begins to spend that money recklessly on very silly things or an extra-marital affair.

Yinka's husband actually uses her money to fund his fast lane lifestyle and extra marital affairs with other women (Yinka is one of those married women I mentioned in my post but I'm not using her real name). How we know this is a long story I can't and won't get into.

My point is - you men are making it harder and harder for us to trust you with stories like Yinka's and the other two married women I mentioned so yes a caveat becomes necessary on a joint account.

Me I don't want to hear stories like baby I used that money to do so so so and so thing, when it is time to pay the childrens school fees or renew rent on property we are renting for shelter.

A lifestyle of debt, owing people money left, right & center without good cause and constantly dodging people like 007 in those James Bond movies is not for me and I'll be damned if any man puts me there through their financial recklessness or stupidity.
Any position you ladies decide to adopt on this subject matter is never in contention because the moment men abandon their responsibilities they start having issues like this.
the point I made there was that no Caveat is required to spend my money in a normal home setting but when a woman's money is involved, even the federal ministry of of women affairs will become a signatory.

I will never stop blaming the men, I don't expect every man to be successful but any man that has what it takes to win the love of a successful woman has something inside that is great hence he must do his best to live within that means and at the same time make the woman to see to the limitation of their means.
I don't get it when men bring women close to their finances, that is a crime I am yet to commit, perhaps because I acclimatized with the reality of African women, I would wield a different opinion of I was raised in an environment that raised the likes of Sirleaf Johnson, Hilary Clinton et al.

African women by default are natural care givers, that psychology contradicts everything finance stands for, several instruments are employed in taking financial decisions especially when you operate at a certain level, there are times to be ruthless, soft, show empathy etc that is not the kinda mat I will spread for a woman to lie on.
Some men get a way with it but hey! I really don't believe it will ever work for me. If she makes her money, I watch and see what she spends hers on, that will guarantee what mine will be spent on.

The moment a man signs a marriage contract he shouldn't be told that a lot depends on him as per responsibilities, having that behind his mind will influence a lot of decisions he takes and how much influence he capitulates to from extended families, online fora and friends.
what we have everywhere are basically adults with beards and tentacles in between their legs, who have masculine body with water proof sense, most men are yet to even discover themselves let alone lead a pack.

You see people who get married for selfish reasons and expect the consequences of selfishness to disappear once the knot is tied, I have actually seen a couple that relate so official in their home, I once thought i was in the office after spending an Hour with them, I couldn't help but slip in a joke that my guy would really need an appraisal form to qualify for sex with his wife. grin grin
those are the kinda sham we celebrate as modern marriages. God help us

Did Scotland fight a war with UK to vote in referendum to seek for self determination. Few SS people is against Biafra because they don't want another war, but when UN allow referendum in former old eastern Nigeria that is when Yoruba eyes go clear, because no sane akwa ibom person will like to remain in Nigeria, the oil they have none of them own an oil well, northerners own all the oil well in akwa ibom. Saddam knew all along that the last weapon of mass destruction he had was the left over of Chemical weapons dismantled in the 80's after the kurds attack in a site called Al muthanna.

Immediately the west started their WMD propaganda, Saddam played along till the last minute, according to pundits, they argue that Saddam played along to appear tougher than Iran, just recently, its apparent that the person who sold the dummy to the the duo was working for Iran.

It takes a lady with such history to put up with a morally broken dog like Tu face, like it or not, I understand you completely.
Gold digger alert quite touchy indeed!!

I know of an investment house that has an investment vehicle paying 14%pa tax free. But you'll get your interest at the year end not before. Also, you cannot retrieve the cash at any time. I don't work for them but I invest with them. Is it okay to put up their name or is that some form of advertising?
Cc Seun
Aren't you bothered about what they do with your funds? how is the liability shared when the investment house does a bad business you did not authorize? What is their assets base and ownership portfolio, to guarantee the efficiency of any court order on your funds? are these terms spelt out in black and white?

I got involved with one in the past that did a buisness I wouldn't do with my funds, after a balooned interest on my funds over a period, I secured a court order to auction their assets, I got the shocker of my life that they are not worth the amount I invested let alone the interest.
Nothing criminal, everyone departed in peace.

Marriage is an unending project so you’re free to try somethings sometimes (with care) to see if they will work for you. It’s true, women earn more than men these days. Personally, I believe you’re only helping yourself if you submit all you have (EVERYTHING) to your husband. Yes!! Don’t strike me yet…continue reading. It works for some people, and doesn’t for others. All depends on the kind of hubby you have. Different families with different formula. Wether one formula works or not depends on the personalities of the couple.

It makes some men lazy (so true), it makes some men sit up and for some others; indifferent.

This is a very critical matter in Marriage. In fact, i’d say so many marriages fail because of this. The worse thing is, it gets to a point they don’t remember what is responsible for the problems in the family. This is because men (with pride) pretend this subject doesn’t matter until they start seeing their wife spend on luxuries they can’t afford and maybe when friends begin to notice. An average man won’t come out to say what the problem is, he won’t want his wife to sense he is being intimidated by her actions. Regarding such matters and the likes, christian women want to hurriedly quote 1Tim 5:8 and Eph 5:25 and what i ask them is why jump to verse 25 ignoring verse 22? Well that’s a story for another day. Let me share my own personal experience.

I am a married man. Ever since i got married my wife has been practising what so many people on this thread call “the insensible”. She does direct transfer of her entire salary to my account and then comes to me when she needs anything. Its not as if i wasn’t working, i was but she earned more. We pay all bills and shop from my account. Well this act of insensibility has made our union stronger. From day one, up till this moment, money has never caused any argument in our house, not the slightest one.

She’s the smartest woman I’ve ever met. It took some time before i understood that if you persistently drop your fetcher in a dry well, you will one day draw out water. At first i thought it wasn't real and that she will change. I’m from a polygamous background and my orientation was that “women are this, women are that, they will ruin you if they know what you’re worth bla bla bla”. To my surprise, 1st yr, 2nd yr, 3rd yr she was 100% consistent (Note: during these years she was earning 40% more that i do).

So towards the end of the 3rd yr of our marriage, I started a company and gave her 100% access to all that I have, made her signatory to all my accounts including my company’s account and gave her the PIN to all Cards. Now ask yourself, who pays the bill? Myself or my wife? Who owns all my salary and proceeds from the company?

Let me tell you how it helped us

1. During the period she was earning more, i didn’t feel the pressure. And today whenever i remember it, I just text her to say “thank you”.
2. She imprinted the idea of “Money is just a tool” in me.
3. Whenever she requests for anything, I don’t say no. Not even when the amount involved is more than our joint salary. You know why?….She’s set the pace by making that big sacrifice.
4. I can’t spend a dime from "my account" without her consent. You know why? Something tells me inside that all the money is hers and i’ll be a gentle man to ask her permission.
5. I got to that point in a man’s life when i wanted to have extra marital affair. I couldn’t because i didn’t know how to defend monies i withdraw for any purpose other than business or home. And trust me, if its business, she knows everything about my business including all my clients. This is just a summary point but i tell you, it helped me overcome that trial at that particular time. Trust me, all married men gets to this cross road sometime in life and if nothing stops them then their relationship starts to decline. For some men, its conscience; their conscience fights them hard and wins, for some its a single church sermon (or other encounter) at the right time that helps, for me it was the transparency and accountability initiated by my wife that prevented me.
6. Then of course, having our monies together makes us do “everything” together (which is a key factor for transparency and accountability in our home”

Let me tell you how it could've been

1. There may not be 100% transparency & accountability. Due to the polygamous background i have, I could've been the kinda hubby that would not let his wife know what he is worth because I'm trying to hide my money (or worth). If you don’t know what he is worth, you’ll ask based on what you are worth or what you perceived him to be worth. That causes crisis because some men like to pretend they have even when they don’t, some like to pretend they don’t have even when they have. It is essential for you to know what the case is always. And for you to know, you will need to have access, for you to have access, you may (like in my case) need to earn it.

2. Who knows? During the times i didn't have much, I may not be able to ask directly and just keep suffering in silence. Trust me if that was the case, we may not be where we are today. This is how it works, whenever a man (not all) is worried especially due to lack of money, he can't have quality sex with you, and in some cases may not have sex with you at all. Now you may be asking yourself “why does it have to get to that point?” Well, situation caused the lack, he has ego, hence may not be able to ask; The fact that he knows you have and you’re not logical enough to understand angers him, and in turn, he will rant at everything you do. Then you’ll be the one to cry to your pastor/neighbour/mentor complaining theres no peace at home.

Thank God the later didn’t happen. We’re happy together. Now we both counsel people as a hobby.

My advise to you…

Know your hubby. Try the peaceful approach first….”submit all”. If you see its not working, halt! address the reason why its not working (he is drinking, flirting, insensibly generous, lazy and so on), after addressing the issue, then resume back. Apparently, Its best to keep both monies on the table and plan. That way you grow fast. The bible calls the woman “a helper”. You can not draw someone up from the ground without you first standing above them, so in that case God knows why you earn more.

Except for a shameless man, if you put your husband in charge of your money, you're only employing him as your manager and in turn getting unlimited access to his own purse. In some cases you're using that to show him how you want him to do. You're telling him you trust him with all you have and thereby enhancing transparency and accountability at home. Lastly, you're forcing him to plan with you; trust me, you'll enjoy it when your husband calls you to the table to plan with you.

........Like i said, this doesn't work for a shameless man. grin
Impressive!! successful homes actually run on common sense. No religious ambiguity, all fundamental laws were obeyed and fundamental results gotten.
Your story is inspiring not because your wife was diligent but because she employed a tool that overtook your personality, she knew the money will only make you buckle up and nothing more, woe betide you if you were the lazy type, you would have been wondering the kinda woman you married.

I think that money should go into a joint bank account created for the purpose of funding family/household projects - but I'm a single lady what do I know.

Three married women I know did this sort of thing on a regular basis, it led to their husbands becoming lazy and slacking off on responsibilities like paying school fees, house rent etcetera practically leaving those responsibilities to their wives to handle.

My only concern and fear is that your husband may go the way the men described above did. On the other hand another true life story of a married couple I know was different from the women above.

Tunde (not real name) was unemployed for seven years and all his attempts at business and finding a stable source of income wasn't yielding fruits. His wife (let's call her Kanwulia) on the other hand was gainfully employed and each time she received her salary she would give all of it to Tunde.

I figure she did this to honour Tunde as her husband and the head of the home. Tunde never took things for granted and always used the money wisely & prudently. No one ever knew the situation in that house for as long as it lasted not even their family & friends.

Today, Tunde & Kanwulia handle pre-marital counseling & classes at a certain church and they often share their story with intending couples.

You know your husband better than I do. Will he in the long run behave like Tunde or the other three husbands I mentioned?

A joint account thingy is what I would do in your shoes and since you earn more you can as well fund the account at a higher ratio than your husband with a caveat.

That caveat being that you are both signatories to the account and one person cannot withdraw funds without the knowledge & signature of the other. That way you are kept in the loop and aware of where your monies collectively as a couple is going to.
Funny how we need "caveat" to spend a woman's money while a man's money just require "asking" for it. Anyways, I blame the guys who are crazy about working ladies, the story is always the same everywhere at anytime.
that is why it is a marriage, if you can not afford it, dont get it.

Mrs Folorunsho Alakija.

I would advise Yoruba's and others to stop mentioning this woman's name whenever "Female Billionaires" are being discussed. It' an embarrassment. No body leap frogs from being a Tailor to an oil billionaire over night. Till today, I don't even know the name of her company.

$12 billion in the 80s no be joke. IBB has to find a way to clean this loot. Unlike Abacha, nothing has been traced to IBB in the Western world. This is because this cunning crook used local cronies to stash his loot within Nigeria. Fast forward to Mike Adenuga and Alakija amongst others.

Mrs Folorunsho Alakija doesn't even want her name mentioned. So, stop calling out this woman.
Go and study the case between Nigeria Govt vs Famfa oil and you will understand the source of her wealth, your biggest challenge is illiteracy, deal with that first and I promise you, Alakija will no longer be your problem.
