READING EVERYTHING... SHAKING MY HEAD ABOUT HOW PEOPLE TELL LIES...
Is that all you have to say?

How people tell lies? Who is telling lies?

Don't use the unknown to fool us.

I have one important question; why are you charging partners 20k for drivers registration? why didn't you include it in your terms?

Nobody should boycott anybody. People need to do their own research before going into business with anyone. These guys are not scammers to me at all. They had you sign their T&C without been at gun point. They people that did sign took a gamble. People need to start taking responsibility for their own decisions and not blame others for their bad choices.
There is a reason, i suspect these guys are acting more like scammers, read what complanaint wrote.

In the terms & conditions, there is no drivers registration fee, along the line, when they feel the investor is hooked and desperate they demand 20k

for drivers registration, who behave that way? scammers...

romeo3 & ogunvic41 are people with questionable character, the greed in them is beyond the greed in our politicians.

These are no mistakes, they are intentional.

I honestly agreed with you that your "anger cannot be fully understood."
Going by your explanation I honestly see many lapses. But, I will not want to comment on the side concerning @Ogunvic until seeing what he had to say. Although @Romeo3 already alluded to the fact that you both have issues which will be treated outside NL.
I strongly believe they will make further statement in due course.
However, if you want me to bear my mind truthfully to you, please quote me. I see areas where you made mistakes.
Honestly, I expect you to be smarter than this.

This so called ogunvic41 fleet managers are seeing this business from one perspective, drivers!!!(because they are drivers) Meanwhile nobody is asking owners how they manage to get 2m to buy a car, instead of owners enjoying the luxury of the car, they throw it out for taxi purposes, hoping they recouped their investment.
Nobody is telling owners, there could be land he will buy for 2m in 2 years will be selling for more than 5m.

ogunvic41 and romeo3 knew, most investors will be interest when they hear 50k weekly return, by the time u call them, you are hooked, no alternatives, just stick to them and pray to god to succeed.

ogunvic41 and romeo3 opinions are the final, dont argue with them, they own share holders in uber, keep quite until they finish talking.

Honestly, romeo3 and ogunvic41 are scammers... the 50k weekly payment was to lure you and extort you.

You can imagine you will buy phone for the driver, and spectranet modem, and also a fuel of 30k. at the end you will still pay another 20k for drivers useless training, not to talk of the very expensive mechanic maintenance.

Nobody is talking about the drivers default, which many drivers like @bodefakorede are using to scam plenty of partners.

Nobody is asking these boys questions, their history, how they started... they only come here and claim graduate..Forget; these boys no enter school, if ogunvic41 enter school, he will behave maturely. ogunvic41 is just a danfo driver, that migrate from danfo to uber, now claiming poch.

I don't see how these hate comments have helped in alleviating this matter but rather making it worse. U may hate someone or what he does but u don't have to brazenly show ur intentions of wanting to destroy.
Every startup business has its teething challenges and I think ogunvic and co have grown faster than they should.
Pls let's all show restraint and @ogunvic should please do the needful.
So we should clap for ogunvic41 for doing a stupid job?

How about the complainant?

How do you think he feels, after so called fleet manager abandon his car?

I was once cheated by his friend, rather than say the truth, he came to defend him by saying he is honest and hardworking guy, claiming I was blackmailing the guy online, when i bring out more proof, none of them refuse to talk about the matter.

I repeat, ogunvic41 has a questionable character. Partners be warned!

I am not saying more than i already have. I am sorry. There are a lot of things you do not know, and I refuse to be dragged out on a one sided affair.

I owe no explanation to you about how to run, or how i run my company. If i ask that you pay a one time driver recruitment fee of 20k, i have my reasons. It's part of my terms. If the terms do not favour You, i will not force. Not everyone is comfortable with the terms sir, and not everyone has done biz with us despite being comfortable with the terms and conditions.

Options.

Do not castigate the way i run things simply because you do not like them.

The honda issue isn't your business either. You do not know what truly happened, and i owe you no explanations. I choose to remain silent over it.
You are showing me ur true colors... Your explanation makes zero sense.

20k for drivers registration and be paid by partner?

Terms and conditions.

The story above has a lot of parts that favours the complainant. There are always 3 sides to a story.

When the complainant was agreeing to terms and conditions, he didn't make it public. There are many parts to this issue that was conveniently hidden. I refuse to be drawn into an online back and forth squabble, especially when everyone waiting for the downfall of us have drawn out daggers. There are more mature ways to settle an issue, and that is the path i insist on towing.
Is that all you could say? 3 sides of story? He agrees to your terms? So you could mess with him and take advantage of him?

So he didn't make the terms public, means if you choke him, he should just accept and wouldn't shout?

Come out and explain the 20k registration for driver, you extorted from the owner?

That owner you destroy his honda, will soon arrest you.

You can only understand the business, if you have invested ur hard earn money in buying cars for Uber business. You will be able to judge it from the investors’ side.
When I complain about @bodefakorede, @ogunvic41 came in his defense, despite knowing what @bodefakorede did.
I will say it again ogunvic41 has a questionable character, investors be careful of this guys,
You can imagine now he is asking partners to pay 20k registration for drivers, this guys are yahoo fleet, they are looking for a way to take back the money they are paying you.
@prodigyx1 if you need help to arrest this guy, and see him in court on Monday, let me know, there could be couple of criminal charges, that could link with what you have detailed.

Ogunvic41, you have plenty of cars under your care, why didn’t you give him a car?
I can see how you intend managing vehicles put under your care, since you justify his actions.
Why the driver has more than 10 phone numbers?
Why he keeps creating different monikers, looking for cars?
Why does he have multiple uber accounts?
What he does is take your vehicle over use your vehicle make good money with it, and then dump it without paying you.
Then create another moniker, (while using ur vehicle) looking for another partner to swindle.
His pictures need to go online to identify who is under those monikers.

Ogunvic, there is a claim that weekly rental to you is 50k. Hmmm I hope this is no true Cus I see you as someone who is trying to help those willing to work hard.
In business is all about interest.

If this honest man ogunvic , have a bad car or his car develop a problem beyond repair, will you support him and be his driver? the answer is no.

If this man makes above 100k weekly driving, dont expect him to employ a lazy driver, infact he will wish for a driver that can do better than him. because he wants the driver to progress.

What he charges for weekly rental doesn't mean he is not helping people.

If you are driving in Uber/taxify and @ the end of the day you are able to go home with 3k after rent and fuel money, believe me you far better than a banker.

some bankers you see dont go home with 2500/per day, if we are to divide their salary in a month.

Some ladies can frustrate drivers, probably the driver must have been waiting for long b4 the lady turn up for the ride.

Since Taxify pay is good, the driver would have remain calm and complete the job.
BusinessRe: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by jpworld(m): 11:39am On Jul 20, 2017
Uber partners dont need to be in street of lagos to protest.

Going completely offline alone, Uber wont notice you. but collectively, You can make it happen

For example drivers can decide to go offline from 6am-12pm Monday. then plan another week for offline.

Next week Tuesday, 12-9pm, gradually you increase it.

This wont affect your earnings, but it will affect Uber, because when no cars available in Uber, riders will seek alternative.

So lets get minimum of 100 members to get started.

Its for your good.

Bros thanks. That's what I'm talking about. We need action. As my own solidarity move, I've stop putting on my uber driver app. Uber don't give us cars. Uber don't buy fuel for us. Uber don't repair our cars. We are not working under uber. We are in partnership with uber. We need our own voice in this matter. Their fare is too poor even d riders complained its too cheap. Some ladies will insult u at d end they will pay peanut
Where is @olugbenga and co.

Please create a platform where Uber drivers will unite against Uber slavery, dont pressure anybody to join, let them see reasons why this is important. If you see any Uber driver on the road, make friend with them and invite them to join.

We need minimum of 100 partners for a start. There will be a well planned consistent offline strike.(maybe once in a week) By the time offline strike affect them and give taxify the advantage they will have a rethink

Uber is happy with the fight going on here, even the super natural romeo3 will be happy the price is increased, that will be for him paying off his HP in less than 6months.
BusinessRe: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by jpworld(m): 8:41am On Jul 20, 2017
If a rider makes you wait above 5mins, cancel his ride and get your cancellation.
You are not his personal driver that he or she will keep waiting.

We need minimum of 100 Uber cars owners for a start, to voice out and frustrate Uber.

I will be coming up with strategy that will make Uber rethink and focus on taking care of their partners.
Is time to complain with actions...?

Did you know Uber revoke cancellation fee, with only a notification via email? But when Rider complains of anything they flashes you via the app and warn you via sms, but when they deduct ur money which is the most important thing you are working for, they won’t let you know.

Is time for action? Stop complaining.
