Greed ke? So for an architect to supervise a building construction don turn greed? Any construction company that wants to employ an architect add site supervision as a criteria. And also Nigerians don't pay the right amount for drawings, so do you expect an architect after collecting peanuts for a design will now let a builder/engineer to make all the money from site supervision? Lastly, site supervision is not rocket science.

I intend to build 8 or 10 self containeds (room and parlour) on a 100 x 100 feet in Northern Nigeria. How much should I budget to accomplish this project! And any floor plan idea will be appreciated.

Depending on location the plot might not be able to take up to 8 units due to building regulations. Like maintaining minimum setbacks from the fence to the building. But the area doesn't have strict building regulations the plot can 8 with parking spaces in the middle. Then for cost, about N2m should be able to build a unit, so multiply that by 8 = N16m then add external works maybe another N2m total will be N18m.

Mind you de sketch I sent to u is one I worked on to fit ur plot size. Why not just be professional enough to tell me what you actually need is a free design? Or simply say u don't need my design. This place "seems" like a faceless forum but behind each name is a human being, pls treat people with some respect cos no one knows tomorrow.

Pls am in urgent need of assistance, i once posted my 4 bedroom duplex ground level plan but now decided to go for a 3/4 bedroom bungalow(but looking for a unique design from the normal,considering a modern flat roof or the normal at a very reduced cost).

Anyone with already prepared or built plan should help
Note: The land is very level and dry (the bricklayer i intend using suggested a 6" block all through including foundation saying a 9" block is a waste).Also its a full plot at 60ft by 120ft but i intend using 60ft by 60ft

no wonder, one guy came here asking for plan, sent him a plan he complained of some things. After adjusting I sent it to him, he now blocked me on whatsapp..... Funny enough the drawing is without a single dimension.

The same reason why most people don't share files on here... he must have asked to see the plan and I sent screenshot of the floor plan to him and that's what he using.. I haven't reproduced this plan for anyone, neither given anyone the permission to build this..

That's so wrong, pls next time share drawings without dimensions, that's what I usually do. Miracle 1997 pls do the needful else ur building will not stand.

From my own view, the plan needs to be worked on. Like the positions of the stairs and visitor's toilet.
