Linked my PR card application to my CIC account
My card shows that it has been dispatched on the 3rd of April 2019, but I’ve still not received the PR card.
Please is this normal?

IRCC won't send your card to you in naija . You have to arrange for who will collect it from the delivery adress and send it to you.

I already have someone in Canada to receive the card, I just wanted to know the best way to have the person send it across

No you don't need to do anything on ur part. Review required means that they would check to see if the answer u gave is legit.

Stat questions means : statutory questions. Have you been denied a visa before or wer u part of the military or did u hold a government position
